In the beginning, he had listened to the most magnificent and mysterious songs in Moonflow Stream, entranced, and unknowingly beca ensnared. Although he had not been able to find anything unusual, he still stumbled upon the many traps hidden within Moonflow Stream. However, the traps were no longer of any use to him, since nothing here could threaten him. He had sothing unthinkable planned, sothing that would give him a full view of all corners of the mountain without taking a single step.
This was dubbed Invasion in Dark Arts. Like darkness itself, once it blotted out the sun—that luminous sphere—everything would be covered. The next thing he would do was to cover all things imbued with Spirit Power. Hence, a sense of looming death erged atop the mountain.
The shortcut for a Dark Wizard with Spirit Sensing Ability was quite unique. He would not use the primitive thod of sensing them one by one. Instead, he would leapfrog to extract them. He needed an entire prairie; a re patch of green would be useless to him.
Countless spirit forms, all originally destined for the Eternal Tranquility Realm, were obstructed by him in a despicable manner. This tactic wasn't extraordinary, just vile. Information traders had let him know the many unfulfilled desires of others. These desires beca his leverage, and in this world where anything could be traded, no deals were off-limits. But what would be the outco of such a trade after it was done was not the concern of Wizard Reed.
Those Spirits that wanted to stay were forced to linger in this world because of these contracts; they could neither go to the Eternal Tranquility Realm nor leave this world. The grievances started to build up, but no matter how much these trades were bartered, the traders would never find a satisfactory outco. As a result, these people beca lost and restless. However, without a body, without a Spirit Entity, they beca nothing and could only submit. If they chose not to, they risked being devoured by other malevolent spirits.
These grudges were Reed's assets. He exploited these grudges to form a vast network, while also utilizing these grudges bit by bit to serve him. The world he constructed grew increasingly vast, gradually turning into a powerful Spirit Power. Therefore, the commanded snowflakes could freely transform into Snown at will. Therefore, Wizard Reed was successful in trapping Arnold of Moonflow Stream, who had set the Ti Trap. Duplicitous Arnold could not drag Reed's true body into the Ti Trap since he could not locate it; the body he saw contained too many Spirit Entities. This was also the reason Kevin and Xiso were detained, and why the Great ntor found themselves in a wholly passive position. Nobody could have imagined that this Dark Wizard was not using his own power to resist; he was relying on the power of others. Moreover, these others were being hindered from reaching the Eternal Tranquility Realm. The power of their grudges, combined with the residual power of imbalance, caused spatial distortion. It was under this distorted space that Reed's chief controller gradually ca into being.
These Malice Spirit Entities, entwined with his chain of trades, could only exist by clinging to him; otherwise, they would vanish. They could neither go to the Eternal Tranquility Realm nor return to this world; they would be nothing more than ruins in this world. So, Wizard Reed could command this bunch of Malice Spirit Entities, using them in the darkness for his own purposes. He turned his chain of trades into a vast ocean and then used this ocean to devour other Living Beings.
