Hustace's words made many people suddenly co to their senses; just now, they were too imrsed in the discussion of another world and forgot an important matter.

Tobin is also here.

Under Hustace's reminder, everyone stopped their discussion and collectively looked at Rostov.

Governor Rostov remained calm, unhurried: "Later, let Dean Hoffman lead the way; I'm unfamiliar with how to navigate this basent."

Although one person no longer had the chance to articulate who the enemy was, he still didn't forget this matter and occasionally brought it up, though at this ti, few were willing to discuss it with him.

Stan Sol naturally was eager to see his brother, Perkins was anxious to et an old acquaintance, Dean Hoffman was to lead the way, and Governor Rostov was always aloof, so Igor was now only able to discuss these matters with Hustace.

Hustace had always greatly admired Igor; now he appeared insatiably curious, full of intrigue.

This indeed made Igor feel a bit awkward.

Thus, Igor had no choice but to give up, obediently following the team into the basent.

This was originally the place where that League Guard was detained; now the League Guard had been taken out for rescue, leaving only an empty underground chamber.

"Everyone needs to step back a bit; this space is small and not easy to turn around in," Dean Hoffman said.

Igor was then curious, wondering if there might be a secret chamber within this basent.

Igor's curiosity hadn't even finished when the originally flat floor suddenly cracked with a 'snap,' revealing another staircase in front of them.

"There's another layer below...?"

"That's right, there's another layer, and Tobin is sleeping below," Dean Hoffman said while motioning for everyone to follow him.

The downward staircase was very long, and it seed custom-made; ordinary craftsn couldn't create sothing like this.

"If I'm not mistaken, this staircase should be the work of the Dwarves," noted the knowledgeable Perkins, confident in his judgnt.

"Sharp eyes; indeed, this is crafted by the Dwarves. In this world, no one else like the Dwarves can build such a staircase." As they walked, these staircases began to emit a faint light, gradually brightening up, quickly illuminating this entire level of the basent.

Igor was amazed at all this; anything he hadn't seen before always sparked stars in his curiosity.

"How many Fluorescent Stones would this staircase require, it must have cost a lot of gold coins?" Perkins asked, knowing the Dwarves were famously greedy, crafting such a bright staircase for a basent certainly wouldn't co cheap.

"Believe it or not, it didn't cost a penny," Dean Hoffman chuckled, having already reached the end of the staircase.

The brightness of the staircase suddenly exposed the bottom of the basent to everyone.

An Ice Bed was placed in the basent, and upon it lay a solemn-looking man, strikingly similar in appearance to Stan Sol.

"Ladies and gentlen, this is Tobin Sol, founder of the Thunder Army, savior of Luona," Dean Hoffman solemnly announced.

Perkins, still reeling from the previous shock, now received another; unexpectedly, Tobin had another identity, as a savior!

Stan Sol stepped beside the Ice Bed, not speaking; hand in hand, he could feel Tobin's blood flowing.

"Apologies, I must place him on the Ice Bed because only this way can he calm down," Dean Hoffman explained to Stan Sol.

"I understand," Stan Sol softly replied, signaling others not to speak.

"Okay, then we will wait outside for you; we'll leave you two brothers alone," Dean Hoffman said before preparing to lead the others back upstairs.

Igor and the others were puzzled; why enter this basent only to leave again so soon? Was it rely to see Tobin?

"Let them have a mont of exchange," Rostov sighed, gazing far away, his eyes filled with thoughts.

"I really couldn't imagine Tobin would end up like this," Perkins still couldn't quite believe the scene he had just witnessed.

"Why do we have to go up?" Igor always asked questions at the wrong ti, but this ti he genuinely didn't understand why they had to leave.

"Their brotherly spiritual connection must not be disrupted by outside thoughts. Our presence would disturb their communication. Let's wait for them to finish, then we'll go back down..." Dean Hoffman patiently explained to Igor, believing his explanation was sufficiently detailed.

"But maybe I can wake Tobin up!" Igor said seriously.

But everyone seed to think he was telling a joke.

"Igor, I know you want to help, but Tobin's condition isn't as you think; he must rely on the Ice Bed to maintain body temperature, or his skin will dry out, and he needs extre quiet to restore his mind; any noise would weaken his nerves..." Dean Hoffman continued patiently explaining; he never attempted anything he wasn't sure would succeed, maintaining Tobin's body was already incredibly laborious.

"But—"

"Just wait until the brothers finish communicating before voicing your theories; truly, maintaining this state isn't easy."

"Uh..." Dean Hoffman's explanation left Igor speechless; he couldn't confront these elders...

"Don't worry, Igor, everything will be okay," Perkins consoled. "You know getting the Dwarves to craft a free staircase is no easy task, so you have to trust Dean Hoffman."

"Even if you don't believe , at least trust Lord Governor; he has expended great energy for Tobin as well."

"Yeah, Igor, don't worry; soon we'll know the situation. Aren't the Sol brothers here?" Even Hustace began to comfort Igor.

Igor felt an indescribable feeling in his heart; he wasn't worried about anything.

He simply believed he could wake Tobin up.

Moreover, he didn't think he was exaggerating; he truly possessed the ans.

Because he felt Tobin was rely trapped in the depths of the Inner World, surely held captive by those Spirits, unable to escape!

He had full capability to enter the depths of the Inner World and summon those Spirits out...

As long as the Spirits were summoned, he could uncover Tobin's whereabouts and bring him back.
