One Piece: Alucard the Immortal Chapter 142: The Three Monsters Gather

"Please." Perospero gestured towards the city, inviting Alucard to enter Cheese Town with him.

Suddenly, a massive building made of cheese in front of them was instantly destroyed by imnse force. Fragnts of cheese whizzed past Alucard’s face. By the ti Perospero recovered, a mountain-like figure had appeared before them.

Many of the virgins who had been standing on either side of the cheese carpet, respectfully welcoming Alucard, were blown away by the massive gust of wind, but no one paid them any mind.

It was Kaido the Beast!

"Kaido-sama, it’s ti for the tea party today. Could you please... calm down a little?" Though Perospero held contempt for Kaido, a man who only knew destruction, the latter undoubtedly possessed strength on par with his Mom.

Thus, even as Big Mom’s second-in-command, Perospero remained relatively polite. More importantly, this bastard in front of him wasn’t the type to listen to reason.

Upon seeing Kaido’s imnse body and overwhelming aura, many Big Mom Pirates crewmates instinctively recoiled two steps.

"It’s good you’re here, brat. I ca to deal with you!" Kaido completely ignored Perospero’s words. While he hadn’t yet developed his future habit of seeking suicide, Kaido’s volatile temper and battle-crazed personality seed to be innate.

Alucard’s lips curled into a smile. "Just a mad dog. You’re not even worthy of being my opponent."

"Haven’t seen you in a few years, and you’ve gotten better at flapping your gums, huh!" Kaido wasn’t angry; instead, he let his actions speak. He pulled out a spiked club from behind him, his fighting spirit soaring.

eting Charlotte Linlin was only one reason for his visit; more importantly, he wanted to spar with Alucard. He’d heard Alucard had also fought Whitebeard to a draw. Did that an Alucard might already surpass him? The thought made Kaido restless.

"Kaido-sama! This is another one of the Three Monsters’ territory! Please, don’t cause trouble!" Many mbers of the Kaido Pirates also erged from the debris of the destroyed building, urgently trying to dissuade Kaido.

Alucard walked past Perospero’s shoulder, taking off his sunglasses. He pulled his twin pistols from beneath his crimson coat, a look of wild joy on his face. He held both arms level, gun barrels pointed at Kaido. "That’s right! That’s how it should be. A mad dog should act like a mad dog. Alright, co on! Mad dog!"

"Ooooh!!" Kaido roared, swinging his spiked club down violently.

Crack!

Lightning flashed, instantly scorching the cheese ground between Alucard and Kaido, montarily halting Kaido’s advance. It was a bolt of lightning with a face! A frowning, resentful bolt of lightning.

Alucard lowered his hands, looked up at the lightning, and chuckled, "I’m seeing sothing interesting!"

"Mama..."

"M-Mama." At this mont, the strangely dressed Big Mom Pirates crewmates throughout Cheese Town began uttering the sa word in succession.

Alucard, Kaido, and the others not from the Big Mom Pirates turned to look.

A tall, curly-haired woman with heavy makeup and extrely extravagant attire was leading a group of people dressed like snacks, rushing towards them. It was one of the "Three Monsters," "Big Mom" Charlotte Linlin.

"Mamamamama! You’re here! Immortal! Beast! Sorry I’m late!" She was clearly laughing, but combined with her witch-like face, straight out of a children’s horror story, it sent chills down one’s spine.

The frowning lightning bolt automatically returned to the sky above Cheese Town as Charlotte Linlin arrived.

’It seed that was Big Mom’s ability...’

Though Alucard had called Kaido a "mad dog," he wasn’t completely brainless. Plus, he hadn’t yet developed his constant death-seeking habit. Facing the other two "Three Monsters," he decided to at least hear what Charlotte Linlin wanted by calling them here.

"Why’d you call here, Big Mom?!" Although he had put his spiked club away, Kaido remained as foul-mouthed and obnoxious as ever.

"Mamamamama! Don’t rush, Beast! Let’s all enjoy the desserts here, and we can talk while we eat." Charlotte Linlin let out two loud laughs, then looked at Alucard. "Immortal, don’t you think enjoying ourselves is more important? The won I provided..." Charlotte Linlin stopped mid-sentence and looked around, suddenly realizing that all the virgins she had gathered were nowhere to be seen, blown away to who-knows-where. It seed Kaido’s earlier burst of aura had indeed blown them all away.

"Never mind! There are plenty more in the city! Co on, everyone!" Charlotte Linlin said, turning to lead the way.

Alucard was similarly too lazy to explain Charlotte Linlin’s misunderstanding. Like Kaido, he was very interested in why Charlotte Linlin had suddenly called them both for a tea party, especially on the sa day as the Pirate King’s execution.

In front of a massive circular dining table, Alucard’s height of over two ters seed utterly normal compared to the towering figures of Kaido and Charlotte Linlin. The various desserts on the table began to sing, like living animals, calling out to Alucard, who had his feet propped on the table, "Hurry, hurry and eat us!"
