GRAAAGHH!!!
Before the Gorosei in the office could even make out what the blood pool rising from the island was, they saw hundreds of rampaging monsters surge out of the smoke and dust from the falling islands.
Whether it was a mantis even more grotesque than an elephant, or a chira with a horse’s head and a tiger’s body, these creatures, which would have been a rare sight in the outside world, now shared one common trait: they were all completely berserk.
Before the dumbfounded eyes of the agents at the gates of Mariejois, the monsters charging from the islands began to be enveloped in red plasma. Their sizes visibly increased. In less than half a minute, they were completely transford, looking like fiendish beasts from hell, making everyone want to flee.

Sengoku’s tactics were completely logical. He used the three strongest Logia Vice Admirals to deal with Kaido, suppressing him for the ti being. While they couldn’t win, it avoided the worst-case scenario.

"Kong, send a portion of the Marine forces to reinforce Mariejois. Alucard has attacked."
With just that one sentence, the Gorosei on the other end hung up. One could tell how urgent the situation was over there.
