All the Celestial Dragon family heads present looked at the photo for a mont, and Saint Rosward spoke up, "So, what’s wrong with this man? And... that kid Mjosgard isn’t here. What’s going on?"
Saint Mjosgard was the youngest of the Celestial Dragon family heads. He had only taken over the position so quickly because his father had been caught up in Alucard’s attack on the World Governnt. However, his abilities in all aspects did not et the standards of a Celestial Dragon family head, so many of the Celestial Dragon family heads present secretly looked down on him.
"He was kidnapped by the man in the photo." The white-haired Celestial Dragon elder waved Dragon’s photo in front of everyone again.
Everyone present was startled by these words. Kidnapped? A Celestial Dragon kidnapped? What a joke!
"Can you just get to the point?" Alucard couldn’t stand the fragnted pace of the conversation anymore and finally spoke.
The white-haired Celestial Dragon glanced at Alucard, a hint of anger in his eyes, and then said, "Speaking of which, this matter has sothing to do with you, Aptheim."
"Oh?" Alucard said in a flat tone, unfazed.
The elder continued to explain, "The idea you gave Mjosgard earlier gave him a taste of success. He planned to use the sa thod this ti, but he didn’t expect to fall into the Revolutionary Army’s ambush and get captured in one go."
"..." Alucard couldn’t help but laugh out loud. "Isn’t that his own problem?"
Now he understood what had happened.
Saint Mjosgard wanted new fish-man slaves, so he used the thod Alucard had suggested last ti to capture more fish-n from Fish-Man Island. But he didn’t expect to fall into an ambush by the Revolutionary Army. He didn’t capture any slaves; instead, he got himself captured.
However, this only showed how idiotic Mjosgard was. Did he think the royal family of Fish-Man Island would fall for the sa trick twice?
But did Dragon and his group really have the patience to lie in wait on Fish-Man Island? Or... was there a mole for the Revolutionary Army in the Governnt who found out about this?
Saint Hadilly habitually covered her nose and mouth with her fan and asked, "So what do we do? Although I don’t want to get involved in this matter."
"This mysterious man nad Dragon, after taking over the Revolutionary Army a while ago, has already caused two countries to be overthrown due to his ideology. This ti, he dared to kidnap a Celestial Dragon, either to make a na for himself or to achieve so kind of goal with this incident," the white-haired Celestial Dragon elder continued. "According to the ssage from the Marines, he’s demanding the Governnt to send a Celestial Dragon to negotiate with him..."
"Are you kidding ?" Before the elder could finish, soone started shouting. "Aren’t the Revolutionary Army traitors who defy the Governnt? How can our noble race face such a dangerous person?"
"That’s right! This is the result of that kid Mjosgard’s recklessness! He’s reaping what he sowed!"
"No way. I’m not going."
Hearing the protests in the eting hall grow louder, the white-haired Celestial Dragon said coldly, "So, you’re saying you’re just going to leave Mjosgard to die?"
When they heard this, the protests quieted down a bit, but everyone still looked impatient and unwilling. Although the Revolutionary Army wasn’t a major force yet, they had been an anti-governnt force for a long ti. It was impossible to ask these Celestial Dragons, who were afraid of death, to go and face a criminal.
"Can you give us the details? Where is the eting place?"
Suddenly, Alucard’s question caused the atmosphere to fall into a dead silence. The dozen or so Celestial Dragon family heads all looked at Alucard.
"Saint Aptheim" was a relatively young Celestial Dragon family head. He was not yet married and had no children, so he was the only Celestial Dragon in his family. The plan to capture the fish-n almost half a year ago was his idea. Although many family heads had heard rumors that Saint Aptheim and Saint Mjosgard had a good relationship, was it good enough for him to risk his life for that idiot?
The white-haired Celestial Dragon saw that "Saint Aptheim" seed to be willing and took the initiative to explain, "The eting place is on Secon Island in the New World."
"The New World?" Hearing those three words, the expressions of the Celestial Dragons present changed again.
Although they could do whatever they wanted in the first half of the Grand Line, it was different in the New World. That place was almost entirely ruled by great pirates, and they didn’t care about Celestial Dragons or anything else. What was even more terrifying was that the super pirate crews, led by two of the Three Monsters and Whitebeard, didn’t care about Celestial Dragons at all.
People said they were afraid of the Celestial Dragons, but in reality, they were afraid of the Marine Admirals. If soone hard a Celestial Dragon, an Admiral would co after them. But the Three Monsters and Whitebeard weren’t afraid of the Admirals at all, so why would they be afraid of the Celestial Dragons?
As such, Celestial Dragons would not enter the New World unless they were protected by a large number of troops and escorts.
"Secon Island... I rember that’s where Vegapunk conducted so research..." Alucard tapped the armrest of the giant chair with one hand, thinking to himself.
The other Celestial Dragons also focused their attention on him. The white-haired Celestial Dragon also really wanted a Celestial Dragon to go. Although all the Celestial Dragons were arrogant and unwilling to suffer any losses, this incident was a once-in-a-lifeti opportunity. If they could send one person, it would be for the best. He quickly reassured Alucard, "Marine protection has been dispatched. Admiral Sengoku and Vice Admiral Kuzan, along with the Governnt’s CP0, will also be there. Your safety is absolutely guaranteed."
Don’t even ntion the Marine Admirals; even if the Fleet Admiral personally escorted them, it would still be difficult for these Celestial Dragons to agree. But no one knew that the "Saint Aptheim" they saw was no longer the original him. Whether there were escorts or not didn’t matter. What mattered was whether the situation was interesting or not.
"The Revolutionary Army’s Dragon, just now becoming the leader of the Revolutionary Army? Interesting." Thinking of this, the corners of Alucard’s mouth curled up. "Alright, then I’ll go."

Secon Island was first translated as Sekken Island, thinking it was an original in this fic. If you can’t rember, that was the island where Alucard absorb a marine officer and disguised as one.
