Dragon was not swayed by Tiger’s words. He rely glanced at him before returning his gaze to King Neptune. "Didn’t King Neptune share a sake cup with Whitebeard? By that logic, the Marines should have co to eliminate you, but they haven’t because of Fish-Man Island’s unique geographical location, right?"
After a short pause, Dragon continued, "If that’s the case, what’s the harm in adding another ’Whitebeard’? Our Revolutionary Army is willing to set up an outpost here afterward to help the people of Fish-Man Island deal with all the problems caused by pirates. The people of Fish-Man Island yearn for peace. Let us humans handle these things."
