Alucard licked the fresh blood of a newly slain World Governnt agent, acquiring another "revival coin."
Even with the awakened Blood Siphon Revival ability, the conditions for successfully obtaining "revival coins" were often quite stringent. Besides needing to consu the target’s blood, he also had to personally carry out the kill and drink the blood himself.

"Just curious about what you’re doing," Roger said with a laugh, not comnting on the blood-stained street. "CP0 agents are looking for you everywhere, yet you’re here playing with small fry. What are you up to?"
From Roger’s words, Alucard gathered that he had just arrived and hadn’t witnessed his recent bloodsucking. However, Alucard saw no need to explain himself. Turning around, he simply said, "That’s my business. Don’t interfere."
"Hahaha, I’m just here to watch the show," Roger chuckled, allowing Alucard to depart.
Two hours later, on Water 7’s East Coast, the top three mbers of CP0, their wide robes flowing, walked along the shore. Once they confird no one else was around, the leading man said coldly, "Is this sufficient, pirate hunter Alucard?"
A grating sound reached their ears. On the opposite edge of the coast, countless bats flew from the city onto the shore, coalescing into a human silhouette that finally transford into Alucard himself.
"Oh, so the CP0 agents are quite sensible. I thought you wouldn’t agree to talk in an uninhabited area," Alucard remarked, genuinely surprised.
When the leading CP0 trio was patrolling inside Water 7, Alucard had used a thod to signal them to co to this deserted coast.
He had initially thought these governnt dogs wouldn’t listen to him, but to his surprise, they had obediently co.
"It’s nothing. The information we need to convey to you is also a highly classified secret that cannot be revealed to outsiders. Discussing it in a secluded area benefits both of us," said the leading man, who was of relatively normal build, about 1.9 ters tall.
"Oh, then why did the World Governnt send CP0 to find ?" Alucard asked with interest.
Unbeknownst to the CP0 trio, Roger was sitting on the rooftop of a nearby house, not far behind them, watching the situation on the coast with great amusent, as if just missing a plate of peanuts to fully enjoy the show.
Later generations would comnt that Roger possessed one of the strongest Observation Haki in the world, capable of hiding himself and detecting hidden enemies with ease.
While CP0 was not weak, in this regard, they were no match for Roger.
"Regarding the chief executive of CP7, Bradley, who ca looking for you so ti ago, how is he doing now?" the leading CP0 agent inquired.
"Who knows? I deal with too many enemies all day long; I can’t quite rember," Alucard answered evasively.
’He’s dead, of course,’ he thought. He just wanted to toy with the CP0 agents.
"Well, never mind that. We now need you to co with us. This is the governnt’s order."
"What if I refuse?" Alucard countered.
"The governnt’s order is to capture you alive, but that doesn’t necessarily an unhard." The CP0’s ssage was clear: as long as he was alive, it was perfectly acceptable to drag him back half-dead.
"Hehehehe... As expected, governnt people are truly annoying. It’s great to be proven right on that point!" Alucard stepped forward, removing his round spectacles. From beneath his crimson greatcoat, he drew his black Jackal and white Casull, aiming them at the CP0 trio. "That’s it! How else could it be? Co on then, you governnt dogs, CP0!"
"Hahaha! This is going to be interesting! Watch closely, Red-Haired kid!" Roger laughed heartily from the rooftop, while Shanks, eyes wide, eagerly anticipated the unfolding events.
