The last CP0 agent was devoured by the Blacklight Virus.
After letting out a tragic shriek, his massive body was riddled with blood whips like a beehive. Once completely enveloped by Alucard’s blood, his entire body, just like his superior’s, was swallowed into Alucard’s cells.
In an instant, countless images flashed through Alucard’s mind.
"This is for the best. According to Dr. Vegapunk’s analysis, leaving him at large in the ocean will be a nace. It’s best if the governnt deals with him as soon as possible."
In this CP0 agent’s mory, he was facing several old n in black suits.
"The previous battle with Roger yielded considerable results, proving it’s worth a try. However, the reports I received indicate that the best outco is to capture him alive. Another old man, also in a black suit but with brown-yellow hair unlike the others’ white, stated.
"Deploying three high-ranking CP0 agents at once is an extrely rare occurrence in governnt history," added a man in a kimono with round spectacles, holding a large katana. "Success is the only option. Failure is not permitted."
His thoughts snapped back. Alucard suddenly opened his eyes and burst into roaring laughter. "So that’s it! That’s how it is!"
Through the effects of the Blacklight Virus, he had fully grasped the entire cause and effect of the situation, and now understood why CP0 had co for him.
Were those the legendary Five Elders? And Dr. Vegapunk, ntioned in their conversation, also left a deep impression on Alucard. The man rumored to possess a technological intellect five hundred years ahead of the world.
Alucard suddenly rembered the Seastone bullets he had been tirelessly searching for. If this was the man who could create Pacifistas...
"Good, it’s decided." Alucard silently affird to himself, then turned towards the city behind him. "Seen enough, Gold Roger?"
A blur of motion, and Roger appeared before him, scratching the back of his head with an unconcerned laugh. "Ah... I certainly saw sothing interesting today."
"Can you convey a ssage for ?" Alucard asked abruptly.
"Hmm?" Roger mused slightly, beginning to listen to Alucard’s words.

On Water 7’s North Coast, when the CP0 Chief Officer, clad in a blood-stained white suit, walked towards them, the governnt agents’ hearts nearly leaped out of their chests in fear. However, being professionally trained, they quickly raised their hands in salute. "S-Sir!"
The Chief Officer said coldly, "Mission failed. Recall everyone and return to Marine Headquarters."
"Fa-Failed!?" The agents’ eyes widened in disbelief. Only one of the original CP0 trio had returned, and he was covered in blood.
’Had the other two already... ’
The agents dared not ask; they didn’t want to die. The CP0’s standing in the minds of governnt agents was akin to that of an Admiral among the Marines.
Could CP0 actually fail? It was simply unbelievable.
Even if the governnt tried to conceal it, this was the largest port in the first half of the Grand Line; it couldn’t be kept secret. It wouldn’t be long before the news of CP0’s defeat spread across the entire sea.
After the ship set sail, an agent brought a Den Den Mushi to the Chief Officer’s side, respectfully saying, "Sir, the Gorosei have a call for you."
These were the highest authorities in the entire world; everyone had to show them respect.
The Chief Officer reached out and brought the Den Den Mushi’s receiver to his mouth. "This is CP0."
"I hear your mission failed. What happened!?" The speaker on the other end was one of the Five Elders, his tone and expression vividly conveyed by the Den Den Mushi.
Hearing the Five Elders’ cold tone, the professionally trained agents on the ship broke out in cold sweat. One wrong move, and they might all pay the price.
"Dracula D. Alucard possesses abilities that are exceedingly troubleso, no less so than the great pirates currently dominating the seas. This failure was indeed unexpected, but it wasn’t due to our carelessness; it was simply because he was too difficult to deal with."

After hearing this, the Five Elders fell silent for a mont. As the five individuals holding the highest power in the world, they possessed a fundantal ability to judge their subordinates. CP0 was a valuable tool of the governnt; they wouldn’t simply discard them for one failure, but they also wouldn’t let them off scot-free.
After over ten seconds of contemplation, the Five Elders on the other end stated, "Your disciplinary action will be discussed upon your return. Be prepared. You are to personally et Kong and clearly brief him on this matter."
"As for Alucard, designate him a wanted criminal!" The Five Elders pronounced each word distinctly.
