Giant Slayer "Great Blade" burned with rage as he glared at Charlotte Linlin, who was still pretending to be pitiful. With such imnse strength and the power of a Devil Fruit, what was the point of putting on an act?

"You will always be the enemy of the giants! You murdered Elder Jorul! The Giant will never forgive you!"

Great Blade raised his massive weapon and unleashed a flurry of strikes at Charlotte Linlin. The combination of terrifying strength and remarkable speed was what had made him a renowned bounty hunter.

However, as an outsider to Elbaf, he had never mastered the ultimate techniques of the giants.

Even so, with the natural talents granted by his giant bloodline and years of relentless training, he had reached his current status. In the New World alone, he had taken down over a hundred bounty targets.

Unlike the weak pirates of the Four Seas, who barely had bounties in the millions or tens of millions, those in the New World were on a different level. If not for the giants' enormous appetites, he could have easily saved up billions of Belly.

Among the half-giants, he was undoubtedly the most diligent and the best at making money.

"No! I will create a kingdom where all races can live in harmony! How could I exclude the Giant race?!"

Charlotte Linlin roared in fury upon hearing the giants' hatred toward her. Her eyes turned bloodshot, and her aura grew increasingly wild. The sun homie, Protheus, had already incinerated or driven off the other bounty hunters.

anwhile, the thundercloud homie, Zeus, unleashed lightning upon Great Blade. Enraged, Charlotte Linlin joined in, launching a barrage of attacks against the "little giant" who dared to slander her.

She was convinced she could befriend the giants. This puny half-giant wasn't even a true giant—what right did he have to speak for them?

Her steel-like fists hamred against Great Blade's massive weapon, producing deafening tallic clangs as sparks flew in all directions.

Standing at a distance, Streusen watched with a cruel smile. He casually caught a stray chunk of rubble, drew his sword, and activated his Fruit ability, transforming it into several cherries, which he popped into his mouth. He chewed leisurely, enjoying the spectacle of two "small giants" locked in fierce combat.

With a resounding crack, Great Blade's massive weapon shattered under Charlotte Linlin's bare-handed strike. He imdiately leapt backward, knowing full well that he was no match. Without hesitation, he decided to retreat.

But the enraged Charlotte Linlin had no intention of letting anyone escape. Protheus and Zeus intensified their assaults, raining fire and lightning down on Great Blade, forcing him into a desperate flight for survival.

The chaos spread to a bustling district, where fire and lightning reduced everything to rubble. Every building in her path was obliterated.

"Is he here to catch pirates or to aid them in destruction?!"

"Soone drag Charlotte Linlin into the ocean already! This is going to ruin us!"

rchants and business owners wailed in despair as they watched their livelihoods go up in flas. Years of investnt and hard work were reduced to ashes in an instant. So even wondered how they would explain this disaster to their powerful backers and infamous pirates.

Trailing behind, Streusen followed Charlotte Linlin as she pursued Great Blade. The chaos stretched from East Street all the way, with entire sections of Broc Coli Island set ablaze in her wake.

Never—never anger Charlotte Linlin, the terrifying Iron Balloon. Streusen shuddered, recalling the tis she had looked at him with that sa crazed expression. That was nothing short of a brush with death.

...

At the coast of Broc Coli Island, Great Blade, now at his limit, dove headfirst into the sea to escape. Zeus continued sending bolts of lightning into the ocean, while Charlotte Linlin prepared to mount Zeus and give chase across the waters.

"Linlin! Stop! Have you forgotten our goal? We need to find Brook!"

Streusen hurriedly called out, stopping Charlotte Linlin before she blindly rushed out to sea with no way of returning. He realized that while her strength had surged in her fury, controlling her was becoming increasingly difficult.

With his words sinking in, Charlotte Linlin's red eyes gradually regained clarity. Protheus, once a raging inferno, shrank into a small, goofy-looking fireball. Zeus, too, transford from a nacing thundercloud into a docile, fluffy white puff.

"Streusen... he said the giants will never forgive . What do I do? I really want to be friends with them!"

Now calm, Charlotte Linlin looked genuinely saddened. Had the entire Giant race truly turned against her?

"Don't worry, you still have . And soon, we'll et Brook!"

For the first ti, Streusen considered that joining a powerful pirate crew might not be such a bad idea. If the giants truly sent an army after Linlin, he would be caught in the crossfire. Linlin might survive, but he was just a cook—he had no intention of dying for her.

As thick black smoke billowed into the sky from Broc Coli Island, it was visible even to the pirates out at sea. Weaker pirate crews, recognizing the scale of destruction, turned their ships around and fled. Whether it was a battle between pirates or an attack on an island, they wanted no part of it.

...

High above the sea, aboard the Golden Ark...

"Captain Brook, the Den Den Mushi signal is getting stronger. It looks like the smoking island ahead is where our new mber is."

Antonio reported to Brook. The Den Den Mushi he had cultivated were becoming more advanced, allowing for stable and precise tracking. Soon, Brook planned to distribute more of them.

But how to "naturally" get them onto the ships of major pirates and the Marines? If he simply sent them through News Coo delivery, they might just get crushed upon arrival—what a waste that would be!

Each Den Den Mushi had taken great effort to raise and train. Letting them sit idle was pointless, but simply giving them away for free wasn't the answer either. Even though the Hell Pirates weren't strapped for cash, these "agents," "spies," and "informants" had to be put to good use.

Perhaps Mortomas could organize a newspaper lottery—buy a newspaper, enter a drawing to win a Den Den Mushi. That way, both pirates and Marines would think they were just lucky winners getting a valuable communication device.

Each newspaper could have a unique number. Buyers would cut it out and hold onto it. The next edition would publish winning numbers. Those who won could redeem their prize when they bought their next newspaper, and within three days, a News Coo would personally deliver their Den Den Mushi.

Brook thought this plan was brilliant. Even if it had so flaws, the success rate would be high. And who knows? It might even boost newspaper sales and expand the influence of their news network!
