By telling Doflamingo about the endless iron in outer space, El wasn't afraid that, upon learning of it, Doflamingo would tell Kaido, who might then follow his example, fly into outer space, and bring teorites back to Earth. If Kaido really did that, El would certainly applaud—and then teach him a lesson.
From entering the New World until now, El went to outer space every night. Using his monstrous physique and Life Return (Seii Kikan)—which allowed him to instantly recover stamina by eating—he continuously seized control of teorites.
Aside from newly arrived teorites drifting in from elsewhere, the teorites nearest the New World were already marked by El's Float-Float Fruit ability.
Just like Sugar's Hobby-Hobby Fruit ability, unless El released them voluntarily or soone knocked him out, the Float-Float Fruit's effect would never fade.
The ability of the Float-Float Fruit was like an invisible energy, undetectable by Observation Haki. If Kaido carelessly brought teorites back to his weapon factories, with a single thought El could steal all the weapons when no one was paying attention—or use the Float-Float Fruit to liquefy them, rendering Kaido and Doflamingo's efforts completely futile.
Therefore, El had no fear of others flying into space and bringing teorites back to Earth.
Their efforts would only be helping El. Even if Fujitora used his Devil Fruit ability to pull a teorite down from outer space, he would still need El's permission.
Otherwise, even exhausting his stamina wouldn't bring a single teorite down.
Even if El couldn't stop Fujitora and allowed him to pull a teorite down, when it was about to strike land or sea, El could use his Float-Float Fruit ability to alter its landing point, catching Fujitora off guard.
Faced with El's coercion and temptation, Doflamingo had no power to refuse. With his intelligence, he could imagine that if he dared refuse El, the entire Dressrosa would no longer belong to him—all his years of hard work would simply make a wedding gown for another.
After witnessing that super-tsunami, Doflamingo had already placed El on the sa level as Kaido.
Perhaps El's individual strength wasn't equal to that of the Three Emperors, but that strategic-level attack—aside from Whitebeard, the World's Strongest Man—made Doflamingo think no one would dare engage El in an all-out war.
Just as the "Red-Hair Pirates" kept climbing the pyramid, seizing a piece of the pie from the Three Emperors' hands while others could only watch them grow.
Because the Red-Hair Pirates possessed two top-tier fighters and nurous powerful crewmates, if one force attacked them, it would create an opportunity for others to stab them in the back.
Doflamingo believed the news of the super-tsunami would spread across the world at extre speed. In the eyes of major powers, El's threat level would be elevated to a rank no less than Whitebeard's or Shiki's—perhaps even surpassing them.
Because during Shiki's peak, compared to the Float-Float Fruit, his most famous and strongest ability was his dual-wielding swordsmanship.
In Shiki's hands, the Float-Float Fruit was completely overshadowed by Whitebeard's Quake-Quake Fruit. Had Shiki possessed imagination like El's, how could the Quake-Quake Fruit be called the "Strongest Paracia-type Devil Fruit"?
Since there was no way to deal with El, the best course was to beco such a monster's ally. Doflamingo saw himself before El just as he was before Kaido—utterly unable to resist.
The displeasure in his heart vanished, replaced by excitent. Because Doflamingo, who already had deep partnerships with Mary Geoise and Kaido, now had a super-monster voluntarily becoming his backer. Who in the underworld could still be his match?
Thinking this, Doflamingo's attitude toward El suddenly turned enthusiastic. Seeing his eagerness, El nodded with satisfaction.
The reason El chose to cooperate with Doflamingo was precisely because he was a smart man with wide connections but relatively weak personal strength.
Without absolute strength, Doflamingo had only two choices in this world where the strong were respected:
First, go to Paradise or the Four Blues, occupy a corner of land, beco a local lord, and pray no powerhouse targeted him.
Second, attach himself to a powerhouse, just like the affiliate pirates of the Whitebeard Pirates, relying on the identity of "Whitebeard's son" so that no one in the New World dared provoke them.
Doflamingo and his Donquixote Family were the latter.
After finalizing cooperation with Doflamingo, El returned Dressrosa to its original location once the sea had cald.
Then El returned to the Pegasus with soone in tow—Violet, the Glare-Glare Fruit user. El disliked being spied on, so he took Violet as a hostage.
Doflamingo had no objection to this—nor any ability to object.
Knowing El could read mories, he must have already grasped all his intelligence.
Even so, El didn't take Sugar hostage but chose Violet instead. Clearly, El genuinely intended to work with him.
Moreover, when El left with Violet, he also permitted Doflamingo to send an informant to monitor the hostage's situation.
Doflamingo readily handed over Violet and returned with his Family mbers, beginning to busy himself with the next task.
The cooperative relationship between the Donquixote Family, Mary Geoise, and the Beast Pirates had shifted now that the "Flying Pirates" were joining. Thus, all parties needed to be inford of the change in how the pie was divided.
