Before Stussy could finish speaking, Elior appeared right in front of her. Before she could react, an overwhelming pain shot through her stomach.
The next second, she was sent flying by a massive impact.
But Elior was faster. He appeared behind her instantly, landing a kick on her shoulder before slamming her into the ground.
Boom!
The ground shook violently, dust flying everywhere as a crater ford beneath them.
"You—"
The pain in her body filled Stussy with fear. Of course, she could endure pain—she was CP0.
But the man standing before her now was Elior.
The Gorosei themselves had admitted that Elior was the strongest of the Yonko!
And Stussy knew she could never defeat him.
Elior crouched down, lifting Stussy's chin so she had to et his eyes.
"As a World Governnt agent and CP0 mber, Stussy… I knew your identity long ago. That's why I didn't kill you back on Paradise Island. Do you know why?"
Elior smiled innocently, but to Stussy, he felt like a devil.
"How could you…?"
Stussy couldn't understand how Elior knew her identity. It was supposed to be one of the governnt's best-kept secrets.
"Look at ."
Elior's eyes locked onto hers. Stussy instinctively t his gaze—
And in that mont, Absolute Command was unleashed.
Slowly, Elior gained full control over Stussy's will.
After all, she was soone who worked directly under the Gorosei. Her value to Elior couldn't be overstated.
But this ti was different—it took far longer to break her will.
Doflamingo, Judge, even Yamato—Elior had never needed this much ti with them.
A full twenty seconds.
He could feel her fierce resistance the whole ti.
It proved Stussy was an incredibly strong-willed woman—Stronger than anyone he had ever controlled.
"Be mine, Stussy. From now on, call your king."
"Yes, my king!"
Stussy knelt before Elior respectfully. Her eyes returned to normal, but in her mind, Elior's commands were absolute.
The Gorosei would never imagine their most trusted agent had already fallen under Elior's control.
Stussy ranked third in strength among all of CP0. Not only that, her intelligence work was among the best in the entire World Governnt.
But now, she belonged to Elior.
"Stussy, does the World Governnt possess a Devil Fruit Encyclopedia?"
Elior asked. It was said there were only a few such books in existence—certainly fewer than five.
Now that Elior could remove the side effects of Devil Fruits, he had to find them all.
He needed that encyclopedia.
"King, the World Governnt has one," Stussy said. "It's kept by the Gorosei. I don't know its exact location."
"Then look into it. I need that book. Get it for if you can."
"Yes, my king."
"And if the Gorosei ever give you any missions involving , you will report to imdiately."
Looking at the obedient Stussy, Elior was very satisfied. The Gorosei—masters of manipulation—had just been outplayed.
