Chapter 252: Kizaru Forced to Overti, Light Dust Release Shocks the World!

This won’t do, Sengoku thought, his brow furrowed as a glint flashed behind his round glasses. I can’t let them keep fighting like this.

Although Garp appeared to have the upper hand—the old lunatic was currently pumling the Susanoo—Marineford couldn’t take any more punishnt! If they kept going, they wouldn’t need to move the base; this place would sink and beco a branch of Impel Down at the bottom of the sea!

Furthermore, in a battle of this caliber, even he, the Fleet Admiral, would gain nothing by intervening. He hadn’t entered a Dungeon yet. If he rushed in and got accidentally injured by those two "cheating" freaks, where would he hide his face?

"Ahem..." Sengoku coughed into his fist to hide his awkwardness. Although he was the user of the Human-Human Fruit, Model: Daibutsu, transforming into a giant Buddha now would just make him a bigger target. He was just a near-retired old man, after all. Such a heavy responsibility should be left to the younger generation... or rather, the "top student" who just returned from a Dungeon.

With that in mind, Sengoku slowly turned his head. His gaze landed on the tall figure beside him, who was currently crossing his legs and casually clipping his nails with a lewd expression.

Kizaru Borsalino.

The man was squinting, pouting as he watched the distant battle in amazent. He wore a face that said "how scary," but his backside hadn’t budged an inch.

"Borsalino," Sengoku said deeply, his tone brooking no argunt.

"Hmm?" Kizaru paused, turning his head slowly. His eyes blinked behind his tinted glasses, projecting an innocent look. "What is it, Fleet Admiral Sengoku? That battle over there is so scary Even I feel my legs going weak just watching it~"

Sengoku’s mouth twitched violently. Weak legs? Your legs were moving faster than anyone’s when you were running away earlier!

"Stop playing dumb." Sengoku kept a straight face, pointing at the battlefield where the world was being torn asunder. "Garp has the advantage, but Shiki’s ocular technique is too bizarre. No one knows if he has another trump card. To avoid any further complications, go help Garp and end this farce as quickly as possible."

Hearing this, Kizaru’s playful face froze instantly. The nail clippers fell to the ground with a clack. He widened his eyes and looked at Sengoku through his glasses in disbelief, as if he had heard an absurd fairy tale.

"Ehhh—?!" Kizaru let out a long, resistant cry. He pointed a finger at his own wrinkled face and then at Garp, the violent madman currently tearing into the Susanoo. His voice shifted in pitch. "Who should intervene? ?! Give a break, Fleet Admiral Sengoku If an old man like gets caught in a fight between monsters of that level, I’ll be crushed into powder"

Kizaru shook his head like a rattle. Was he kidding? Was that a battle a normal person could join? Hadn’t even a stubborn guy like Akainu been beaten into a state of self-doubt?

And most importantly... he had utterly screwed Garp over in the Dungeon! Not only had he shot Garp with a laser, but he had also tead up with Shiki to gang up on the old man. The "Fist of Love" he received on the warship earlier was still throbbing. If he rushed in now and Garp happened to be seeing red, what if the old bastard beat him too?

"Enough nonsense!" Sengoku clearly saw through Kizaru’s thoughts. He sneered, crossing his arms. "Borsalino, think about the ’good deeds’ you did in the Dungeon. Garp complained to the mont he got back. He said you were a brat with no martial ethics who ambushed a senior colleague with an outsider."

Sengoku paused, his tone becoming aningful. "You know that old bastard’s temper. He holds a grudge. You’ve already offended him. If you don’t help him now and let him finish Shiki alone... when he finally has his hands free..."

Sengoku didn’t finish the sentence. He only gave Kizaru a look that said, figure it out yourself.

"..." The lewd smile on Kizaru’s face vanished completely, replaced by a deep sense of irritation. He recalled the image of Garp rubbing his face into the harbor ground earlier. If he didn’t take this chance to earn so points and make up for his mistakes, that old brat Garp would definitely drag him into a month of "hellish training" once the battle was over.

"Sigh..." Kizaru let out a heavy sigh, his entire deanor visibly deflating. "What bad luck... I just wanted to slack off~"

He grumbled as he slowly stood up from the ruins, patting the dust off his tattered yellow suit. Though he voiced his reluctance, his aura underwent a subtle change at that mont. The previous laziness and nonchalance vanished, replaced by an incredibly sharp, terrifying vibration that seed capable of decomposing all things.

Hum—

A speck of blinding white light condensed at his fingertip. It wasn’t the usual power of the Glint-Glint Fruit. At the center of that white light, a transparent cubic barrier could be seen spinning rapidly. This was the reward he had obtained in the Dungeon—a Kekkei Tota that transcended Kekkei Genkai: Dust Release!

"Since the Fleet Admiral says so I suppose I’ll have to work so overti" Kizaru twisted his mouth into a smile that looked worse than a sob.

The next second—shoo! His figure instantly turned into countless photons and vanished. When he reappeared, he was already hovering above Shiki’s massive Susanoo.

"Hey there, Brother Shiki" Kizaru kept his hands in his pockets, looking down at the man with the wild golden hair. His tone was as annoying as ever, but his gaze was cold. "Even though our cooperation in the Dungeon was very pleasant... for now... could you please just die? After all... my salary is quite hard to earn"

Before the words fully landed, Kizaru slamd his hands together and pulled them apart. A semi-transparent cube radiating an aura of destruction instantly ford in his palms. The heart-stopping vibration caused Shiki, who was preparing to swing his sword at Garp, to snap his head up. His Mangekyo Sharingan flashed with alarm.

"This is..."

"Light Dust Release: Atomic Dismantling Jutsu!!!"

A pillar of golden light, brilliant to the extre, descended like a spear of divine judgnt. Carrying the terrifying power to decompose all matter, it slamd into the Susanoo’s indestructible body!
