Chapter 484: Dinsional Strike, Sweeping the Legends

Garp violently threw his right fist. There was no sound, because the speed of the punch had completely eclipsed the speed of sound. The highly compressed air took the form of a roaring tiger, carrying an apocalyptic wave of blue energy as it pounced toward the two pirates. Wherever the tiger passed, God Valley’s hard crust tore open like fragile paper, instantly carving out a massive abyss hundreds of ters wide.

Roaring, Roger and Rayleigh unleashed their strongest slashes to et it. Their twin streams of Conqueror’s Haki collided with the Dayti Tiger. The stalemate didn’t even last a fraction of a second. Roger’s Supre Grade Sword let out a mournful wail as its blade bent to an exaggerated angle. Rayleigh’s longsword simply snapped into three pieces.

The furious air cannon slamd unhindered into their chests. Both n violently coughed up a massive spray of blood. Spinning like leaves caught in a hurricane, they tumbled through the air dozens of tis before smashing brutally into an abandoned castle miles away. The castle collapsed with a thunderous crash, completely burying them beneath the rubble.

Garp blew the steam off his fist, looking a bit disappointed. "Too weak. Why is a young Roger so fragile? I didn’t even use the Tremor-Tremor Fruit yet."

He shook his head and turned to the other side of the battlefield.

The apocalyptic onslaught of True Several Thousand Hands: Buddha Summit Enlightennt was finally nearing its end. God Valley’s western coastline had been quite literally pounded out of existence. Seawater rushed into the massive crater, emitting a deafening roar.

Kaido’s proud, monstrous physique was a tragic sight. Having been relentlessly pumled by hundreds of gigantic wooden fists, he had been driven deep into the ground like a nail. Only his two broken horns remained visible above the soil.

Big Mom’s "Iron Balloon" had been thoroughly deflated. Her prized pink dress was reduced to rags. Her sword, Napoleon, was snapped in two, and her homies, Zeus and Protheus, had long been beaten to a pulp. She lay sprawled in the muddy water, clutching her head and bawling her eyes out like a 300-month-old toddler.

"Stop hitting ! I won’t eat Marine souls anymore!"

Golden Lion Shiki had it the worst. He thought he could rely on the Float-Float Fruit to escape, but the wooden arms on Sengoku’s back could stretch. Hundreds of hands swiped wildly at the sky like they were swatting flies. Shiki was swatted right out of the clouds. His legs hadn’t been cut off yet, but most of the bones in his body had been pulverized. He lay in a crater next to Kaido, frothing bloody foam, his eyes rolled back in his head as he drifted into unconsciousness.

Standing atop the Buddha’s head, Sengoku let out a long breath of stale air. The golden Buddha light gradually receded, and the massive True Several Thousand Hands dissolved into a flurry of wood shavings that scattered into the air. He rubbed his bare chin and nodded in satisfaction.

"Refreshing. All the stress I’ve built up over decades is gone. Being an Admiral is nowhere near as satisfying as being a cheater in God Valley."

Garp hopped over using Moonwalk, landing on a relatively flat piece of a broken wall. He surveyed the wreckage and curled his lip. "Sengoku, you’re absolutely ruthless. You beat those brats into pulp. If Rocks sees this, he’ll probably cough up blood."

Sengoku snorted coldly, deactivating his Buddha form and reverting to normal. "Since when do we show rcy to pirates? Those bastards caused us endless trouble over the years. Consider this collecting so interest in advance."

.....

The central zone of God Valley was originally supposed to be the main stage where the Rocks Pirates slaughtered the Celestial Dragons. Now, it was so quiet you could hear the wind brushing against the gravel.

Young Marine Admiral Kong stood on a high vantage point, the spyglass in his hands shaking violently. His jaw was nearly touching the ground. He rubbed his eyes and pressed the spyglass back to his face. In his field of vision, the crater left by hundreds of massive wooden fists was still steaming. Kaido’s proud horns were twitching weakly at the bottom of the pit. Big Mom’s hoarse sobs echoed from another crater. Golden Lion Shiki hung like a ragged doll over a snapped tree root.

Kong turned his head to look at another patch of ruins. The future Pirate King Roger and his vice-captain Rayleigh had been punched into a castle by Garp and still hadn’t crawled out. Whitebeard Newgate lay in a pool of blood, his chest heavily caved in.

Kong swallowed hard. What the hell is going on? He rembered Garp and Sengoku complaining to him about the Marines’ poor supply lines just half an hour ago. How had his two subordinates turned into absolute monsters in the blink of an eye? What kind of Devil Fruit produced a giant golden thousand-ard Buddha? And what the hell was that blue steam pouring out of Garp?

Kong felt his entire worldview collapsing. He genuinely began to suspect he had fallen victim to so hallucination-inducing Devil Fruit.

Not far away, on an opulent raised platform, Saint Figarland Garling—commander of the God’s Knights—clutched his rapier tightly. His signature crescent-moon hair fluttered ssily in the wind. Garling had co to God Valley to participate in the Celestial Dragons’ hunting ga, believing himself to be the highest, most powerful existence in the world. But now, his proud Celestial Dragon bloodline felt utterly aningless in the face of such pure, unadulterated violence.

When that thousand-ard Buddha had struck down, Garling had nearly dropped his sword. Looking at Garp casually picking his nose, and Sengoku stroking his bald chin, Garling deeply questioned the phrase ’The Marines are the dogs of the World Governnt’ for the first ti in his life.

Whose dog can punch through the earth’s crust? Whose dog can spawn thousands of hands and swat the infamous Rocks Pirates like insects? Garling took a step back, his boot crunching on a loose rock. He decided it was best not to show off today. The hunting ga could wait; staying alive was slightly more important.

.....

At the edge of the battlefield, the remnants of the Roger Pirates huddled together. Scopper Gaban, gripping his twin axes, was drenched in cold sweat. He stared at the castle ruins where Roger and Rayleigh were buried. Beside him, the fish-man Sunbell’s voice trembled.

"Mr. Gaban, shouldn’t we go dig up the Captain and Mr. Rayleigh?"

Gaban glared at him. "You want to go dig them up? Do you not see that Marine Garp stretching his wrists over there? He carved out a canyon with one punch. Are we so eager to die that we’d walk over there right now?"

The Roger Pirates fell into a collective silence. They usually ran rampant across the seas behind Roger and had seen all sorts of wild things. But this? They had never seen anything like this. That old dog Garp didn’t play by the rules at all. He didn’t even use Haki—he just crushed everything with pure physical strength.

Gaban took a deep breath. "We’ll dig them out when Garp leaves. The Captain is tough; he probably isn’t dead."

Deep within God Valley, an aura of darkness ten tis more terrifying than Roger’s and Whitebeard’s combined surged into the sky. Dark red Conqueror’s Haki blanketed the island’s sky like tangible storm clouds.

Rocks D. Xebec could no longer sit still.

The overlord of the old era, a man with a bounty exceeding 4 billion Beri, stepped out over the debris. With his wild black hair and eyes filled with cruelty and madness, Rocks had originally intended to wait in the center of the island for the Marines and Celestial Dragons’ highest combat forces. He wanted to end the World Governnt’s rule right here and take the Empty Throne for himself.

But he never could have imagined that before his grand ambition had even truly begun, his four strongest fighters would be completely wiped out. Even the future Pirate King Roger had been beaten half to death.

Rocks walked to the edge of the crater Whitebeard had created. He glanced down at the unconscious Newgate, then looked up at Golden Lion hanging from the tree roots in the distance. The corner of Rocks’s eye twitched violently.

He turned his head and locked his deathly stare onto Garp and Sengoku in the distance.
