On the Moby Dick—
Whitebeard turned his head and glanced at Luffy lying on the deck, and a look of realization flashed in his eyes.
"So they're all from the sa 'D' lineage…"
"No wonder none of them are ordinary."
His gaze lingered on Luffy for a mont before he withdrew it.
And at the very instant Whitebeard turned away—
Luffy's finger twitched slightly.
Elsewhere, floating high in the air—
Golden Lion Shiki let out a low laugh.
"So the leader of the Revolutionary Army is actually that old bastard Garp's son? What a strange twist of fate."
Even he couldn't help feeling surprised.
He knew Garp wasn't so lone wolf like himself.
But he had always assud Garp's son would be another Marine—soone quietly nurtured to inherit the title of Marine hero.
Soone whose identity had been hidden from the world to avoid becoming a target for pirates.
Never—
in his wildest imagination—
had he expected that son to be the leader of the Revolutionary Army.
"That Blackbeard Teach really dropped a bombshell."
"Aren't you afraid you'll get killed on the spot?"
Shiki muttered as he glanced toward Blackbeard on the fortress wall.
On the wall, Blackbeard grinned widely.
"That's right…"
"Let the whole world be shocked!"
"The more chaos, the better!"
He looked up at the News Coo circling above, then at the boiling discussions across Marineford, and laughed inwardly.
He had revealed that information precisely to stir things up.
The more chaotic the situation beca—
the easier it would be for him to act in the shadows.
But just as he was secretly pleased with himself—
his expression suddenly froze.
He felt it.
Two killing intents had locked onto him at the sa ti.
Blackbeard slowly turned his head.
Behind him—
Garp's eyes were fixed on him like iron clamps.
And from the front—
Dragon's gaze was just as cold, just as lethal.
For an instant, cold sweat broke out across Blackbeard's back.
A chill crawled up his spine like a venomous snake.
"Not good…"
Blackbeard's heart skipped.
He might be arrogant—
but he wasn't foolish enough to think he could take on Garp right now.
Let alone—
Dragon.
But after a brief mont of thought, he forced himself to calm down.
The reason was simple.
He was still a Warlord of the Sea.
And right now, the Marines were desperately short on manpower.
There was no way they would attack him at this mont—
especially not during a live broadcast watched by the entire world.
As for Dragon—
if he made a move now, he'd have to consider whether the pirates would seize the chance to strike him from behind.
And after the war?
Blackbeard wasn't worried at all.
Because once he obtained Whitebeard's Devil Fruit and built his own crew—
he would beco the strongest man in the world.
That was his absolute confidence.
Thinking this, Blackbeard regained his composure.
His gaze drifted once more toward Whitebeard, and a sinister smile curled at his lips.
And reality unfolded exactly as he expected.
On the execution platform—
Garp clenched his fists so tightly that his knuckles cracked, clearly on the verge of rushing forward and beating Blackbeard senseless.
But he couldn't move.
Because Sengoku's hand was firmly pressing down on his shoulder.
"This is being broadcast to the whole world…"
"After the war… we'll deal with it then."
Sengoku spoke in a low voice, his tone heavy.
Attacking a Warlord who hadn't officially betrayed them—
in front of the entire world—
would cause catastrophic consequences.
Not to ntion—
the Marines could not afford to turn on themselves at a ti like this.
But once the war was over—
Sengoku swore he would personally abolish the Warlord system…
and throw Blackbeard into Impel Down.
Hearing this, countless emotions surged through Garp's heart.
mories of his life in the Marines flashed through his mind.
Slowly—
he loosened his clenched fists.
His expression returned to calm as he looked at Sengoku.
But deep inside—
he had already made a decision.
After this war—
he would submit his resignation.
He would completely abandon his identity as a Marine.
As for Dragon—
he had no intention of acting yet.
Not because he lacked resolve—
but because Rōmu had not made a move.
But the mont Rōmu acted—
Dragon would personally kill Blackbeard without hesitation.
At this point—
the battlefield of Marineford had clearly split into three great factions:
The Marines.
The Pirates.
And the Revolutionary Army.
What had begun as a rescue operation for Ace…
and a war between Marines and pirates—
had now escalated into sothing far greater:
A confrontation between the World Governnt and the Revolutionary Army.
"Hey… Dragon, was it?"
Golden Lion crossed his arms and stared down at Dragon on the flagship.
"Which side are you on?"
"Planning to stand with us pirates?"
"Because if you think you can just sit back and take advantage…"
"we don't mind wiping you out first."
His voice was cold and sharp.
The appearance of the Revolutionary Army had thrown everything into uncertainty.
Even though their ultimate goal was to overthrow the World Governnt—
that didn't an they were allies of pirates.
And with Garp standing among the Marines—
their position beca even more complicated.
Golden Lion's words imdiately drew the attention of every pirate present.
Their thoughts were the sa.
If the Revolutionary Army intended to swoop in and reap the benefits—
they would not show any rcy.
Dragon's voice ca, low and steady:
"We are not on the Navy's side."
"And we are not on yours either."
His eyes were sharp as blades as he t Golden Lion's gaze.
The aning was clear.
"Damn it… so you really are here to take advantage!"
Golden Lion spat angrily.
"Fine. Then we'll deal with you first!"
The pirates under his command erupted in fury.
"Damn it! Thought they might be allies—turns out they're just trouble!"
"Trying to play the oriole, huh? We'll crush you first!"
Not just them—
even the Whitebeard Pirates and the Beasts Pirates showed clear hostility.
Marco.
Jozu.
King.
Queen.
Jack.
None of them had any goodwill toward the Revolutionary Army.
"An enemy's enemy is a friend"—
that logic didn't apply here.
Not after Dragon's words.For a mont—
the atmosphere across Marineford grew even heavier.
Three massive forces stood locked in opposition.
A fragile, explosive balance.
"The Revolutionary Army and the pirates are about to clash?!"
"Hahaha! A three-way war!"
"This just keeps getting crazier!"
"The Marines might actually get so pressure taken off them!"
"…Wait, why is Dragon looking at Rōmu?"
At that mont—
as countless eyes turned—
Dragon's gaze had shifted.
And it was now fixed directly on Rōmu.
