Ben used the computer and the picture of a snail appeared. It had a red hat and red glasses.
“Hello,” Ben said.
“You finally called scum," Belo Betty retorted, her voice laced with anger.
“Music to my ears, BB,” Ben responded with a smirk.
“This is the second ti you've called after all this ti,” Belo Betty continued, “Scum,” she emphasised.
“I love you,” Ben said. “I love you with all my heart. Even when we don't talk, I know you're there for . You have a special place in my heart, and my heart always wants to reach out to you.” He thought that sounded cheesy, however it was the truth.
There was no response. “You are scum but I love you too,” Belo Betty laughed.
“My BB,” Ben stated.
“So what has occupied you, are the girls keeping you busy,” she teased.
“The crew has gotten bigger,” Ben said.
“I knew that was going to happen,” Belo Betty replied with a smirk. “You are quite the charr,” she added.
“I aim to please,” Ben responded, grinning.
“I can see that, especially with that thing in your pants,” she joked. “So, tell , who’s new?” she asked.
“Well, there is Eraude, Rubis, Saphir, Conis, Raki, PR, NT and Ivy,” he replied.
“We were at 16 when I last counted, so that ans 24 girls,” Belo Betty noted. “You are a busy man,” she added.
“Eraude, Rubis and Saphir, are they sisters? They're nas are similar,” Belo Betty asked.
“Yes they are fishwon, Saphir is with us while Eraude and Rubis are in a lab helping NT get her devil fruit powers. PR will be joining them soon to get her power,” Ben replied.
“You’re a naughty man, collecting all the won in a single family. Us older ones need to be wary of you,” Belo Betty joked.
“But you’re so young! I thought you were 19,” Ben teased.
“Flattery only gets you so far,” Belo Betty replied.
“Is it working?” Ben asked with a grin.
“You will find out,” Belo Betty said.
"Conis, a skypian, and Raki who is a Shandian have joined the crew right now," Ben added.
“Skypians, there was a rumour people lived in the sky,” Belo Betty replied.
“They exist and I hope they can et you soon, all of them,” Ben said.
“Soon,” Belo Betty said.
“What about Ivy?” Belo Betty asked.
“She joined the crew today. She knew Vivi and everyone insisted on her joining. She seems like a sweet girl,” Ben replied.
“I trust your ability to judge Captain,” Belo Betty replied. She added, “How is Nico Robin?”
“Like I said, she is a nice person, she is always happy to help and is in need of love. She still keeps a bit hidden, however she will open up soon,” Ben replied.
“I trust you to keep everyone safe,” Belo Betty replied.
“I will, I love them all and you,” Ben stated.
“So how are your adventures going?” Belo Betty asked.
“Without you, a little bit dull,” Ben replied. He smiled and laughed.
“But, we had a rollercoaster, we fought these ancient robots guarding crystals. There were other groups there, including CP6 and the Neo-Marines as well as other pirate groups,” Ben explained.
“Hmmm, it is never a good sign the World Governnt gets involved, what was the treasure?” Belo Betty asked.
“A large round ch-like creature called Shushibaruba who had many forms, we beat and destroyed him. We did obtain his blueprints,” Ben replied.
“So we can create one for ourselves?” Belo Betty asked.
“Maybe, sothing to explore later,” Ben replied.
“They could have been after that,” Belo Betty remarked. “The Neo-Marines, have not heard of them, are they spin off the Marines?” Belo Betty asked.
“No, they’re led by a man nad Zephyr. They see the Marines as weak and spineless and want to replace them,” Ben explained.
“We agree on that point, but I sense a catch,” Belo Betty said.
“Yes. They’re ruthless. They kill civilians, pirates, anyone who doesn’t follow their code. In that sense, they’re not much different from pirates,” Ben replied.
“This Zephyr, he’s the Marine instructor, is he?” Belo Betty asked, her mory piqued.
“Yes, I think he’s leading a double life,” Ben remarked.
“Interesting,” Belo Betty said, intrigued.
“We also fought a fake God up there and found another lab,” Ben added.
“Fake God?” Belo Betty asked.
“Yes he had a Goru Goru no mi, a powerful fruit but we had Luffy his natural counter and defeated him. His entire goon squad was defeated mainly by the girls,” Ben proudly said, emphasising the last part.
“They sure are getting strong,” Belo Betty said. She added, “But no one knows haki,”
“It is difficult to learn it,” Ben replied.
“Once, I am there, you all will learn it,” Belo Betty stated.
“I just want you to be with us,” Ben replied.
“Soon, we will,” Belo Betty said.
“So is Blackbeard going ahead with the plan?” Belo Betty further asked.
“We t him briefly, but it’s looking that way,” Ben replied. “We’ll know for sure in the coming weeks,” he added
“Like I promised, I won’t tell anyone,” Belo Betty assured him.
“Thank you,” Ben said gratefully.
“Well, I’ve got to go,” Belo Betty said.
“Bye, love you, BB,” Ben said.
“Make sure you call soon,” Belo Betty replied as she hung up the call.
Ben smiled. It always feels good to talk to Belo Betty.
Unknown Base
Belo Betty got up from her seat. She was in a room inside the base of the Revolutionary Army. She pulled the transponder snail towards her chest and smiled. She thought it was nice to hear his voice, he is charming but he should call more.
“Can I stop now?” Ahiru asked as she was doing another push-up. Her body was covered in sweat.
“No, give 200 more,” Belo Betty replied.
“But,” Ahiru tried to protest.
“No buts,” Belo Betty said.
