That golden war god, bolstered by Sage Mode and the wooden armor, was already beyond frightening.

The long sword in the Susanoo's hand was slowly drawn at that mont.
The Susanoo raised the sword high and then swung it down hard, and a dazzling sword beam erupted in an instant.
The sword beam cut across the sky in an instant, and the sky appeared as though torn apart by an invisible giant hand, leaving a massive rift.
At the sa ti the ground shook violently, and great cracks spread outward in all directions, while the enormous boulder ford from black cubes was instantly split in two by the sword beam.
"Such power!" Isshiki Ōtsutsuki was speechless with disbelief.
He could not comprehend how anyone, without consuming a chakra fruit, could have grown this powerful.
By this point in the battle, Isshiki Ōtsutsuki, having overtaxed his power, deteriorated rapidly in physical condition.
His skin cracked open and thin trails of blood seeped through, and he began to lose the ability to support his own body.
Yet even so, the pride buried deep within him left him unable to retreat.

His body began to crumble piece by piece, dissolving into countless tiny particles that scattered in the wind and finally turned to ash.
In the last mont of his life, Isshiki Ōtsutsuki stared directly at Roy, and with a trace of helplessness and admiration in his voice, he struggled to speak three words: "You are strong."
