On the side of the World Governnt.
The Gorosei listened to the report coming through the transponder snail, their expressions turning grave.
"Did Marco truly say this himself?" one of them asked.
The transponder snail confird, "Yes. According to verified intelligence, those were his exact words."
"I see. Continue to remain hidden and report any new information imdiately."
"Yes, Elders."
The voice on the other end hesitated briefly before adding, "At the mont, Kaido is in communication with Marco and Big Mom. However, my clearance is not high enough to access the content of their discussion."
Saint V. Nusjuro spoke coldly, "That is irrelevant. Maintain your position. Any valuable intelligence must be reported without delay."
"Yes."
After the call ended, the room fell into a heavy silence.
Saint Garling, newly appointed among them, spoke first. "If Marco himself has confird that Monkey D. Luffy is Joy Boy, then we should eliminate him as soon as possible."
Saint V. Nusjuro nodded slightly. "Previously, it was only suspicion. The true na of that Devil Fruit is the Nika fruit, yet for eight hundred years, no one has successfully awakened it. However, if he truly is Joy Boy, then awakening it becos far more likely."
Saint Saturn spoke in a low tone, "What concerns is how Marco knows all of this."
Saint V. Nusjuro replied, "As Imu-sama stated, he has obtained power that does not belong to this world."
Saint Saturn frowned. "What exactly does that an?"
"No one knows," Nusjuro answered. "But one thing is certain, his strength continues to grow, and the rate of that growth exceeds anything we understand."
Saint Peter added, "If that power truly originates from another world, then we must treat it with extre caution."
Saint Garling looked at the others, curiosity evident in his expression. "Then does Imu-sama also possess such power?"
The atmosphere instantly turned cold.
Saint V. Nusjuro's gaze sharpened. "Garling, you have overstepped. Matters concerning Imu-sama are not for us to question."
Garling paused, then gave a slight nod, his tone becoming respectful. "Understood. I spoke out of line."
Saint Saturn said firmly, "As servants of Imu-sama, our duty is simple. We carry out every command without failure."
Nusjuro shifted the discussion back. "Now, regarding Straw Hat Luffy. Since we have confirmation that he is Joy Boy, he must be eliminated. Marco alone is already a serious threat. If Joy Boy is allowed to grow, our rule itself may be shaken."
Saint Saturn crossed his arms. "The issue is his whereabouts. After the Marineford War, he separated from the Whitebeard remnants at Sabaody Archipelago. Later, he reappeared at Marineford with Silvers Rayleigh and rang the Ox Bell. Since then, there has been no trace of him."
Saint Peter spoke coldly, "I believe this is connected to the Kuja Empress."
The others turned toward him.
"How so?" one of them asked.
Saint Peter explained, "Luffy's appearance in Impel Down was highly unusual. A pirate infiltrating that place alone is nearly impossible. Soone must have aided him."
He continued, "During the execution of Portgas D. Ace, aside from Monkey D. Garp, only the Kuja Empress had a private eting with Ace."
"Garp always travels under Marine supervision, so he could not have arranged Luffy's infiltration. That leaves only one possibility."
The na did not need to be said aloud.
The others exchanged glances, finding the reasoning plausible. Although it was difficult to imagine the proud Empress forming ties with Luffy, the sequence of events now made more sense.
They had suspected her before, but at the ti, the war had already ended. There had been no urgency to pursue the matter further, especially regarding a Shichibukai.
Now, everything had changed.
Saint V. Nusjuro spoke again, his tone firm. "What is our course of action? Boa Hancock is unlikely to cooperate willingly."
Saint Garling answered without hesitation, "Whether she cooperates or not is irrelevant. This matter must be investigated thoroughly. If she refuses, we will strip her of her Shichibukai status imdiately."
The others nodded in agreent.
To them, a disobedient Shichibukai held no value.
If necessary, she could simply be replaced.
And if she continued to resist, then Amazon Lily itself would face destruction.
