Big Mom grinned fiercely. "Mama mama, Vegapunk, don't underestimate your own value."
Kaido let out a snort, hot air escaping his nostrils as he spoke coldly, "I need you to help repair Pluton."
Big Mom followed imdiately, her tone filled with expectation. "As for , I want you to continue the human gigantification experint. It's sothing I've always wanted, so you must make it happen, Vegapunk."
Vegapunk's expression changed at once. "Human gigantification? That kind of experint has long been banned by the World Governnt. Even I cannot complete it."
He was firmly opposed to such inhumane research. He had once attempted to explore it, but the results had proven impossible to stabilize. Even if ordinary humans gained the bodies of giants through artificial ans, the consequences were severe.
So lost all sense of self and beca nothing more than mindless shells. Others retained their awareness but had their lifespan reduced to only a few years.
Every outco ended in failure. Continuing such experints would only lead to death.
Big Mom's face darkened. "What do you an impossible? The Numbers from the Beasts Pirates were test subjects from Punk Hazard. Even if they died during the Egghead incident, their strength was undeniable."
Vegapunk's voice rose sharply. "Those were failures. They lost themselves and beca creatures driven only by instinct. That is no different from killing them. I will never conduct that kind of experint again."
Big Mom's expression turned cold, and killing intent spread from her body as pressure filled the air.
Vegapunk imdiately stepped back and moved behind Marco. "Marco, you promised I wouldn't be forced into anything I reject. This experint will only create more victims."
Marco understood Vegapunk's stance. Despite being a scientist, his principles were far stronger than those of others like Caesar, Queen, or Judge. His work had always been ant to benefit humanity.
Marco had no intention of letting that change.
He looked at Big Mom. "If you want him to agree, then convince him properly. Force won't work."
Without waiting for a response, Marco turned back to Vegapunk. "What I need from you is simple. Repair the Seraphim, transfer their authority to , and recharge the energy core for the giant robot, Et."
Kaido imdiately spoke up, his tone sharp. "Marco, don't forget our agreent. I get at least one Seraphim."
Big Mom added, "This old lady wants control of one too."
Marco nodded. "Fine, but only after they've been repaired."
He already understood how the authority hierarchy worked. As long as his level remained above theirs, control would not be an issue.
Marco shifted his attention to Kaido. "It seems Gild Tesoro has replaced Joker as your partner."
Kaido gave a slight nod.
Marco continued, "Then bring him into the alliance. He has more money than anyone. With Vegapunk's equipnt destroyed, rebuilding will require massive funds. There's no reason you should be the only one taking advantage of him."
Big Mom's eyes glead. "Exactly. Pull that gold hoarder in. Soone that weak doesn't deserve that much wealth."
Kaido laughed. "Worororo, I was thinking the sa. Leave it to . If he refuses, then his life isn't worth keeping."
Not far away, the Revolutionary Army listened quietly, gaining a clearer understanding of the alliance's direction.
Monkey D. Dragon spoke firmly, "My plan remains unchanged. It has been in motion for years. The nations under the World Governnt must be overthrown. They are the source of its soldiers and resources. Only by dismantling those nations can the system begin to collapse."
Kaido snorted. "Do whatever you want."
Dragon said no more. Instead, he tossed a Den Den Mushi toward Marco.
Marco caught it easily.
"We'll use that to stay in contact," Dragon said. "If anything happens, we communicate."
"Understood."
With their matters settled, both sides departed.
In the latter half of the New World, within the giant kingdom of Elbaf, events were already unfolding.
Figarland Shamrock, leader of the God's Knights, had led his forces to invade Elbaf. A portion of the giants had already fallen under their control.
To secure absolute authority over them, Imu personally took action, possessing a host and forming a contract with the giants, turning them into obedient war slaves.
Through her vessel, Imu spoke, "The giants of Elbaf now belong to Imu. They will be transported to the Holy Land."
Shamrock lowered his head slightly. "Imu-sama, transporting giants will not be simple. We would need to pass through territory controlled by the Emperors Alliance. Discovery is inevitable."
Imu remained composed. "Then deploy the Marines. This will also serve as a test of their strength."
Shamrock responded without hesitation, "Understood. Your orders will be carried out."
