Nico Robin was in utter despair. With little understanding of navigation, she had originally intended to steer the Traveler out of this sea area.
But after her chaotic and clumsy handling, not only had she failed to escape—she had actually turned back toward Sig Town instead.
If not for this, no matter how fast Bege's large ship was, there was no way it could have caught up to the Traveler so quickly.
Boom! Boom! Boom!
The warship's cannons fired continuously. Along with the thunderous explosions, towering columns of water surged upward once again, engulfing and obscuring the Traveler.
This made Arashi so anxious he almost drew his blade and rushed out to slice the warship apart!
Fortunately… he didn't have a sword with him right now.
"Hey, hey—what is that woman even doing?!"
On the deck of the rapidly approaching ship, Arashi rubbed his hands in frustration and said urgently, "She's been roaming the West Blue for so many years—don't tell she doesn't even know basic navigation?! My Traveler… please don't get wrecked!"
"Mr. Arashi, we've already entered the warship's range!"
At that mont, a mafia mber hurried over and nervously asked, "Should we… fire at the warship?"
Smack.
Before he could finish speaking, Bege slapped him on the head and snarled, "That's the Marines! Open your eyes and look carefully—that's the Marines!! Not those useless ground security guards! Got it?!"
Bege was truly getting a headache from his subordinates.
Ever since witnessing Arashi's monstrous strength, they all seed to think they had reached the peak of life. No matter who they saw, they'd ask things like, "Mr. Arashi, should we cut them down?" or "Mr. Arashi, should we shoot?" or "Mr. Arashi, should we go all out?"—arrogant nonsense like that.
Acting cocky on land was one thing.
But this was the Marines.
The mont they fired on a marine warship, they'd be wanted criminals imdiately!
If Arashi hadn't made it clear he didn't like him killing his own subordinates, this idiot would already be a corpse.
The Traveler once again entered the range of the warship's cannons. Without giving Robin a single mont to breathe, shells tore through the sky and exploded violently around the ship—one of them even detonated directly on the deck.
"Not good…"
Seeing the Traveler take a direct hit, Arashi's gaze sharpened instantly.
Then, he suddenly stepped back, his eyes locking onto the Traveler a hundred ters away.
Before Bege and the others could react, Arashi took a deep breath—
And leapt straight off the deck.
"??? Mr. Arashi!!!!"
"Arashi—Mr. Arashi is flying! So fast!"
Bege and the others had never imagined that Arashi would lose patience and jump directly off the deck, heading straight toward the Traveler a hundred ters away.
At first, they were completely unprepared. But when they saw Arashi actually stepping through the air, their eyes widened in shock. So of the mafia mbers even dropped to their knees in awe.
Arashi moved at incredible speed.
The mont he left Bege's ship, he activated Soru from the Six Powers, darting forward at extre speed. Then he imdiately used Geppo, stepping through the air several tis—
In just an instant, he appeared directly above the Traveler.
"Colonel, there's soone on the Traveler!"
"W-What?! He jumped down!"
On the warship, two soldiers beside the colonel watched everything through binoculars. When they saw Arashi land steadily on the Traveler's deck, both of them sucked in a sharp breath and turned toward their superior.
Of course, the colonel had seen it too.
He also knew exactly what Arashi had just used—the Six Powers, the combat techniques that marine officers were required to master.
The Six Powers were physical techniques that pushed the human body beyond its limits. Their power was imnse. If fully mastered, even ordinary Devil Fruit users wouldn't pose much of a threat. Though they required rigorous training, there were rare individuals who could grasp their essence after seeing them just once. Because of their practicality, many marine officers had mastered at least a few of these techniques.
However, what shocked the colonel wasn't that Arashi knew the Six Powers—
It was that Arashi clearly wasn't a marine.
The Six Powers were exclusive to marine officers and certain World Governnt forces. They were never taught to outsiders.
Just as the colonel was lost in thought, Arashi, who had landed firmly on the deck, looked at the flustered Robin and said in a deep voice:
"That's enough! Woman, your terrible navigation is going to wreck my Traveler. Stop already!"
"My Traveler?"
Still fumbling with the controls, Nico Robin glanced at Arashi, who had descended from the sky, her expression turning wary.
Whoosh—
The mont she spoke, Arashi's figure vanished.
By the ti she reacted, he had already appeared silently behind her, one hand gripping her neck.
"S-So fast!!!"
Robin had never expected Arashi to act so suddenly—or to approach her so ghost-like. Panic flashed through her eyes. "W-What are you trying to do?!"
"What am I trying to do?!"
Still holding her by the neck, Arashi glanced up at the sails, then decisively lowered them.
As the sails ca down, the Traveler imdiately ca to a stop on the sea.
The marine colonel, seeing that the Traveler had stopped as soon as that mysterious man appeared, couldn't help but pause.
Could he be… one of ours?
Or perhaps from an intelligence division?
With that thought, the colonel signaled to cease fire and, still puzzled, decisively ordered:
"Move in!"
Very soon, the warship closed the distance, stopping less than twenty ters from the Traveler.
"Told you not to ss around!"
"You don't even know navigation, and you dared to run a ship? Look at the trouble you caused!"
"Let's see if you dare do that again!"
As the warship approached, all the marine soldiers on deck—including the colonel—were stunned by the scene before them.
On the deck of the Traveler, Arashi held Nico Robin by the neck, scolding her as if disciplining a subordinate—
And repeatedly smacking her on the rear.
Before the marines could even process what they were seeing, Arashi suddenly looked up and said with a smile:
"Thanks for your hard work, brothers of the Marines! This is a maid I hired—she doesn't know navigation or how to operate a ship, which caused this little misunderstanding!"
"Oh, right—my na is Huiguo. I'm just a traveler!"
