The people in the streets cheered as they watched the argo flying in the sky. They already knew that the ones sitting aboard were the Marines who had saved Alabasta.
Hera looked at the cheering crowd below and thought, "The people here should have a higher level of recognition for the Marine now. If the New Navy wants to enter the Grand Line, they can start from here."
Just then, Hera's transponder snail rang. Upon answering, she heard Smoker's exasperated voice: "I've mastered Haki! Find soone to replace quickly, I want to go to the Grand Line!"
Hera quickly moved the transponder snail a bit further away and said, "Oh, so you've already mastered Two-Color Haki?"
Smoker nodded and said, "What's so hard about that? Where's the Straw Hat crew? I heard you went to Alabasta too. Didn't you catch them?"
Hera said directly, "No. As you know, they run too fast."
After thinking for a mont, she said, "Fine. Once you've finished handing over your duties, you can co to the Grand Line. Rember, you must ensure the operation of the New Navy in the Four Seas."
