The Going rry shot straight toward the sky along the Knock Up Stream.

The violent air currents made it difficult to breathe.

Everyone on board was tossed back and forth by the turbulence.

Only Luffy managed to stand upright at the bow, calmly staring into the sky.

Monts later—

The rry burst out of the cloud layer and landed smoothly upon the Sea of Clouds.

However…

The Going rry permanently lost its "chicken wings."

anwhile, far below the Knock Up Stream—

Marshall D. Teach and his crew drifted on a piece of floating wood.

"Zehahaha! What a pain… they got away."

Teach laughed.

"But there's nothing to regret."

"The strength of Straw Hat Luffy has already surpassed the level of a 300 million Berry pirate."

"We were just trying our luck."

"After all, pirates with bounties over 100 million aren't easy to find in the Grand Line."

"What are you talking about, Captain?" Jesus Burgess said hot-headedly.

"Shouldn't we figure out how to chase them?"

"Chase them?" Van Augur looked at the floating log beneath their feet.

"With this?"

He clearly questioned Burgess's intelligence.

"Zehahaha! Why the rush?"

"They didn't disappear from the world."

"The Grand Line is huge."

"Sooner or later… we'll et again."

"Zehahaha!"

High above the sea—

On the Sea of Clouds.

Nami lay in Luffy's arms, coughing weakly.

"Luffy… I feel awful…"

"It's okay," Luffy said reassuringly.

"We shot up thousands of ters in an instant. Difficulty breathing is normal."

At the sa ti—

A gentle power flowed from Luffy's hand into Nami's body.

It was Armant Haki.

In this story's system, Haki had several levels beyond simple strength.

Basic Armant Haki

Used mainly for coating and reinforcent

Enhances attack and defense

Weak users struggle to even touch Logia-type Devil Fruit users

Interdiate Armant Haki

Can cover the entire body

Usually appears as a faint gray coating

Most fighters avoid full-body coating because it drains too much stamina

It's mainly useful when fighting destructive opponents like Admiral Akainu

Advanced Armant Haki

Enables internal destruction (similar to the Wano concept of Ryuo)

Allows Haki emission beyond the body

Functions almost like a form of energy or "aura"

At this level, Armant Haki could even suppress certain negative effects depending on the strength of the opponent's Devil Fruit and Haki.

It was sowhat similar to the concept of internal energy in martial arts novels.

As for the level beyond that—

No one knew.

But Nami wasn't the only one suffering.

Everyone else struggled to breathe as well.

"What's going on…?!" Zoro coughed, soaked with seawater.

"Is everyone okay?"

Then he noticed sothing strange.

Nami had already recovered and was leaning comfortably in Luffy's arms.

anwhile Luffy stood there casually.

His Observation Haki expanded outward.

It covered nearly ten thousand ters, though anything beyond one thousand ters beca blurry.

Within that range—

Luffy sensed Angel Island.

He also sensed several Sky Fish approaching them.

But he didn't care.

They were too weak.

"Why are you two perfectly fine?!" Zoro shouted.

"Because you're weak," Nami teased playfully.

"If you're weak, train more!"

"Damn it! I'll cut you!" Zoro struggled to stand.

"Zoro, don't move," Usopp said, lying on the deck like a corpse.

"Just stay down."

"Where's that curly-brow cook?" Zoro asked.

He turned around.

Sanji was sitting in the corner, muttering gloomily:

"Nami-san… why… why him…"

Zoro smirked mockingly.

"Alright, stop arguing," Luffy said.

"Look outside."

Everyone turned.

Endless white clouds stretched across the horizon.

"So… we're literally standing on clouds?" Zoro realized.

"But why aren't we falling through them?" Nami wondered as she slowly let go of Luffy.

"Uh-oh! Usopp stopped breathing!" Chopper panicked.

"Quick! Chopper, give him mouth-to-mouth!" Luffy laughed.

Usopp's "playing dead" had basically beco his passive skill at this point.

"I volunteer to give Nami-san mouth-to-mouth!" Sanji shouted.

"Get lost!"

He was instantly knocked down.

"So this is the Sea of Clouds, right?" Nami asked.

"Yeah," Luffy replied.

"We're about 7,000 ters above the sea."

"And Skypiea is about 10,000 ters high."

"So we still have another 3,000 ters to go."

"How do you even know that?" Zoro asked.

"I saw it with Observation Haki."

"You can't see it?"

"Of course not!" Zoro shouted.

"Observation Haki can see that far?!" Usopp asked nervously.

"Of course."

"It's essential for snipers."

Luffy grinned.

"Zoro! You still have the Haki notes Luffy gave you, right?!" Usopp said urgently.

"Give them to —I want to train!"

"I already finished reading them," Zoro said.

It was just notes from a Marine Vice Admiral, nothing particularly advanced.

He tossed the notebook.

But Sanji intercepted it mid-air.

"Idiot! Why should it go to you?"

"I've been waiting for this for ages!"

"That moss-head already pulled ahead of !"

"Yeah," Zoro sneered.

"Unlike soone who doesn't even have a bounty poster."

"It's only 60 million," Sanji snapped.

"What are you so proud of?"

Robin watched the scene with a gentle smile.

"It's nice… seeing everyone like this."

"For the first ti in a long while, I feel truly free."

To her, they were already companions.

"Just a heads-up," Luffy suddenly said.

"Sothing's coming."

The next mont—

A group of enormous creatures burst out of the clouds.

Even the smallest ones were two or three tis bigger than the Going rry.

The largest were ten tis bigger.

"Damn!"

Zoro drew his swords.

Sanji raised his leg.

Usopp aid his slingshot.

Robin crossed her arms.

But Luffy waved casually.

"Relax."

"I've got this."

He stood at the bow facing the charging monsters.

"Go ahead," Zoro said tiredly, sitting down.

"Show us what you've got."

Luffy's eyes suddenly changed.

A terrifying pressure erupted from his body.

Dark red lightning crackled in the air.

"Don't think…"

"You can wreck our ship."

BOOM!

Waves of dark red lightning exploded outward.

They curved around the rry and struck the incoming Sky Fish.

Instantly—

The gigantic creatures flipped over and collapsed unconscious on the Sea of Clouds.

Everyone stared in shock.

"Wait…!"

"Can Haki do that?" Zoro asked.

"You an knocking people out with a glare?" Luffy said.

"Yeah!"

"Nope."

Luffy answered imdiately.

"Why not?!"

"Didn't I explain before?"

"Explain what?!" Zoro shouted.

"You just threw us a notebook!"

"Oh."

"Right."

Luffy scratched his head.

"Haki has three types."

"Armant Haki."

"Observation Haki."

"And Conqueror's Haki."

"The last one is extrely rare—about one in a million people possess it."

"It's the Haki of a king."

"Only those with the potential to stand at the top can have it."

Robin looked surprised.

"So Luffy… you have the qualities of a king?"

"Well, yeah."

"I'm going to beco the King of the Pirates after all."

Zoro asked seriously:

"Does Mihawk have Conqueror's Haki?"

"…Probably."

Zoro clenched his fists.

"Of course he does."

"What a stupid question."

"Soone like him would definitely have it."

"Zoro—"

"I'm fine," Zoro said firmly.

"The gap between us might be huge…"

"But I'll close it step by step."

"Until one day…"

"I defeat him."

"Thanks, Luffy."

"Now I understand the distance between us."

"Conqueror's Haki… huh?"

"One day I'll catch up to you monsters."

Luffy smiled.

"I'm glad you're okay."

Then he casually stored the unconscious Sky Fish in his system space.

The crew barely reacted anymore.

They were already used to Luffy doing ridiculous things.

"Tell sothing, Luffy," Zoro asked again.

"Do you know how strong Mihawk actually is?"

Luffy tilted his head.

"He's really strong."

"I can't beat him."

"That much I already expected!" Zoro snapped.

"I an how strong exactly, idiot!"
