Now reading: Chapter 116 117 – Give Me Back the Nun! Rosinante’s Frustrat from One Piece: Silent-Silent Fruit, a Action novel by ElvenKing20.

Rosinante swung his sword in a fierce slash, but Charlotte Linlin only gave a cold smile and, with a wave of her blade, effortlessly snuffed out his attack.

However, before anyone realized it, Rosinante was already in front of Charlotte Linlin, his sword flashing toward her in a strike so fast it was almost invisible.

"What speed!" Perospero exclaid in shock.

"I didn't even see him move!" Daifuku blurted out.

"It's unbelievably fast. Even my Observation Haki could only sense the faintest trace of his presence!" Owen said.

But while Perospero and the others were stunned by Rosinante's speed, Charlotte Linlin raised her blade without so much as blinking and blocked the lightning-fast strike with ease.

"Don't think that just because you've gained a little skill, you can call yourself my opponent. You're still far from it!" Charlotte Linlin pushed with overwhelming force, forcing Rosinante back against his will.

"What terrifying strength. I heard you destroyed the chief of a giant village when you were only five years old—guess the rumors were true," Rosinante remarked as he retreated.

The instant he regained his footing, his figure blurred again like a phantom. Appearing beside Charlotte Linlin, he gripped his sword with both hands and brought it down in a ferocious strike.

"Heaven-Crushing Slash!" Rosinante roared.

It was the sa technique, but this ti, instead of sending the slash flying outward, he compressed every ounce of power into the purple-hued blade itself.

Clang! Charlotte Linlin's long sword intercepted the blow.

She had blocked it easily, yet now her expression turned utterly nacing.

"How do you know about that?" she demanded, her voice laced with fury.

That incident had happened when she was a child—sothing she had never told a soul. Not even her own children knew.

It was a mory far too important to her, one she would not allow anyone to pry into. Only a handful of people in the world knew of it.

Now, seething with rage, Charlotte Linlin's Conqueror's Haki erupted in a crushing wave. Even without clashing directly with another Conqueror's Haki, the black lightning that crackled from her aura alone was enough to make the air oppressive and suffocating.

Rosinante unleashed his own Conqueror's Haki in response, forcing back the pressure. Their wills collided again in a violent clash.

Conqueror's Haki couldn't physically harm a master-level fighter, but it could influence a battle. Especially Linlin's brand of Haki, which seed to strike directly at the soul—if one's mind faltered even slightly, it could suppress reaction speed, instill fear, and in the heat of battle, that was lethal.

As their auras collided again and again, Rosinante's figure flickered rapidly, striking at Linlin from all angles.

But each ti, she knocked him back with ease.

"Tell —how do you know about this?" Linlin's voice was cold, almost lethal.

One hand wielded her sword Napoleon in sweeping slashes, while the other unleashed blazing explosions from Protheus. Her strength was monstrous; any single strike could kill even a Vice Admiral-level expert.

"I know more than just that," Rosinante replied, his body darting between attacks while countering in return. "For example… Sister Carl."

The mont those words left his mouth, every mber of the Charlotte Family froze.

What… what did he just say? Sister Carl?

He actually knew about Sister Carl?

That was one of Totto Land's greatest secrets! How could Rosinante possibly know?

At every major event in Totto Land—such as Mama's tea parties—there would always be a photograph placed before her. It was of a woman dressed as a nun.

The family didn't know who she truly was; they only knew her na: Sister Carl. But asking about her would instantly draw Mama's wrath—no one was allowed to probe her precious mories.

From Mama's reactions, the children understood one thing—Sister Carl was more important to her than even her own offspring.

"Could Katakuri have told him?" Perospero speculated.

Katakuri, as Linlin's second son, also knew about Sister Carl.

But when Perospero turned to look, he saw Katakuri himself wearing an expression of utter shock—eliminating that possibility.

So how did Rosinante know? The entire Charlotte Family was baffled.

"You know about the nun—how? Was it Katakuri who told you?" Charlotte Linlin asked coldly, her mind imdiately leaping to thoughts of betrayal.

"That tight-lipped guy? Even if I asked, he wouldn't tell . And why would I suddenly ask him about a nun anyway? Besides, he probably doesn't even know as much as I do. For example… the House of Lambs."

"You really do know about her… You must be involved in her disappearance!"

"The nun… The nun… Give the nun back to !" Linlin's eyes began to turn crimson.

mories surged into her mind—days spent with Sister Carl and the other children, eating Semla together at the House of Lambs.

Thinking of how Carl and everyone else had vanished so suddenly, her eyes grew bloodshot, her consciousness clouded, her temper spiraling out of control.

"This is bad!" The entire Big Mom Pirates crew turned pale.

"Why is Mama's hunger pangs triggering now?" Daifuku cried in disbelief.

"Of all tis… it had to be now!" Perospero's face twisted in frustration.

"Mama…" Even Katakuri's eyes reflected a flicker of concern.

"Give back the nun!" Linlin roared, swinging her massive sword down toward Rosinante.

At this point, Rosinante could only feel frustration and helplessness.

He had intended to use the knowledge of Sister Carl as leverage to negotiate with Linlin. But instead, he had triggered her hunger pangs, sending her into a frenzy.

Seeing her blade already descending upon him, Rosinante was forced to draw his sword and block.

Yet her strength seed to have surged to new heights—one casual strike sent him flying backward.

"What insane power… even stronger than before. But she's lost her mind," Rosinante muttered with a frown.

Steadying himself, his figure flashed once more, appearing at Linlin's side, sword ready to strike again.
