Enel's electromagnetic perception and Observation Haki blanketed the entire island, even extending into the surrounding cloud belts.

Denissa, anwhile, wielded the power of the Death Soul Fruit—able to sense the essence of life itself. Those too weak to escape Enel's Haki were caught in his detection, while those powerful enough to resist him couldn't escape Denissa's soul sense.

"This one's pretty strong," Denissa murmured softly.

"What? You scared already?" Enel teased with a smirk.

"Hmph. I think it's you who's trembling," Denissa shot back coldly. "Aside from Rosinante's Silence Fruit, no one can restrain ."

"Eh, your fruit's troubleso, I'll admit," Enel replied, sparks flickering across his skin. "But this guy's no pushover either. A Light-Light Fruit user… and a Navy Vice Admiral, no less. So, how about it? Wanna help take him down?"

"Borsalino, is it? No wonder his soul presence is so bright," Denissa said, eyes narrowing. "But if you're not afraid of another trip to the black room, then I suppose I don't mind."

Having spent years in the underworld, Denissa naturally knew all about the Navy's infamous "Monster Vice Admiral."

At the ntion of the black room, Enel visibly shuddered. "O-okay, okay, maybe we should… report to His Majesty before doing anything reckless, huh?"

And who could bla him? Even with his lightning powers and near-omniscient Observation Haki, Enel dreaded that place.

The "black room" had been specially constructed by Rosinante himself—built from soundproofed aluminum alloy that completely blocked both sound and electromagnetic waves.

Inside that pitch-black chamber, Enel could sense nothing. No sound. No movent. No life. For soone accustod to perceiving everything, that kind of isolation was pure tornt.

So, whenever he even heard the words "black room," the once-proud "god" of Skypiea trembled like a frightened child.

As Enel reluctantly shuffled off toward Rosinante's quarters, Denissa smirked in satisfaction, her lips curling upward before she gave a soft "hmph" and followed behind.

"Borsalino, huh?" Rosinante murmured calmly after hearing their report, utterly unsurprised.

If the Navy hadn't sent anyone after such a large-scale movent, that would've been the real shock. The fact that they sent Kizaru ant only one thing—the Navy took the Gray Country very seriously.

"Your Majesty, shall I go chase him away?" Enel asked, lightning crackling faintly around his shoulders.

"No need," Rosinante said, shaking his head. "Borsalino's annoying, but if we drive him off, the Navy will only send soone worse. Still, we can't leave him unchecked."

He turned toward Katakuri. "I'll leave him to you."

Katakuri nodded, calm as ever. "Understood."

With his ability to foresee the imdiate future, Katakuri was the perfect counter to Kizaru's light-speed movents.

Rosinante stood, stretching slightly as his cloak rustled. "It seems Jack and the others have arrived. Shaxia, gather everyone in the main hall. It's ti for our pre-war eting."

"Yes, Your Majesty!" Shaxia bowed and hurried out.

Monts later, under her lead, Jack and the other division commanders entered the vast main hall of the villa.

As they stepped in, they were startled to find several unfamiliar figures already seated.

A petite body cloaked entirely in black.

A man crackling with lightning, standing stiffly—Enel, wearing his usual arrogant grin… though this ti it looked oddly forced.

Beside him sat the ever-serious Katakuri, his presence heavy and composed, while behind him lounged a young man with a sharp gaze, glaring at the newcors with open provocation.

And finally, sprawled across a sofa with his legs on the table, laughing in that distinctive "Fuffuffuffu" tone, was none other than Doflamingo himself.

Seeing these figures gathered together, Jack and his n froze in disbelief.

Rosinante's main hall wasn't a place just anyone could enter. Among the four divisions, only the highest-ranking commanders were permitted inside.

Yet now, seated here were several people whose power and aura made even seasoned warriors like Jack's n uneasy.

Aside from recognizing Katakuri, the rest were complete strangers to them—each radiating enough nace to make the air itself feel heavier.
