An overwhelming, invisible pressure bore down on him, and he realized with shock that under the Will of Eternal Silence, his Devil Fruit power was being suppressed to an unprecedented degree.

Executing techniques like Lion's Might was nearly impossible; even his flight speed had slowed significantly.
