Sengoku and Garp were extrely wary of Bins's wormhole traps.
Before coming here, they had repeatedly scanned the area in advance, making sure they felt no sense of danger.
Garp had personally encountered wormhole traps before.
Back then, whenever he approached a wormhole coordinate, he would instinctively sense a looming threat.
For soone of Garp's level, if he investigated carefully, he could indeed perceive the existence of wormhole coordinates.
Precisely because they feared falling into a wormhole trap, or even Bins's new technique, the Wormhole Corridor, Sengoku and Garp had thoroughly examined the area before arriving.
They had discovered that although there were so wormhole coordinates present, they were not dense enough to form a true wormhole trap.
Finding a few wormhole coordinates near the high platform was perfectly normal. After all, this was the venue for the opening ceremony. If there were none at all, that would have been suspicious.
They had scanned the area several tis and found no configuration capable of forming a wormhole trap.
Yet now, these densely packed, chilling waves of danger… what were they?
"It's Rosinante's ability," Garp said grimly.
"Rosinante's ability? You an he muted these spatial coordinates from the very beginning and deliberately waited for us to walk in?" Sengoku's expression changed drastically.
"In other words, that bastard had already prepared for this battle long ago," Garp said.
"Sengoku, Garp, since you're here to protect the Celestial Dragons, then you'd better protect them well," Rosinante said calmly at that mont.
"Rosinante, what are you trying to do?" Sengoku and Garp shouted at the sa ti, their expressions changing.
But what answered them were two gunshots.
Pff! Pff!
Blood sprayed violently from Roswald's legs as two bullets appeared out of nowhere, piercing straight through both of them.
"Ahhh!"
As a Celestial Dragon, Roswald had never suffered such pain. He scread miserably as his legs gave way and he collapsed to his knees.
Seeing Rosinante directly order an attack on Roswald, even Doflamingo's expression changed.
When Rosinante appeared, Doflamingo had finally breathed a sigh of relief. The pressure of this situation was simply too great. Without Rosinante present, the Gray Nation had absolutely no chance of winning.
With Rosinante's combat power on the field, the Gray Nation would at least not be completely passive. They would have leverage to negotiate with the Celestial Dragons.
But when Rosinante punished that BloodSworn Guard earlier, Doflamingo already realized sothing.
Rosinante had never intended to de-escalate.
He was going to resolve this matter in the most brutal way possible.
Still, seeing Rosinante strike directly, and even bypass CP0's protection to injure Roswald, left Doflamingo stunned.
"Heh heh heh… what a reckless bastard," Doflamingo said, eyes wide in shock.
Being able to attack a Celestial Dragon under CP0's protection ant that the Gray Nation now possessed a bargaining chip that made everyone present wary.
But once a Celestial Dragon was attacked, it also ant that this matter would be almost impossible to end peacefully.
"This is troubleso…" one of the CP0 agents said.
Their faces were hidden behind masks, making their expressions unreadable, but the icy glint in their eyes revealed their anger.
Yet they did not act imdiately. Instead, they continuously scanned their surroundings.
They were wary.
Wary of this silent, invisible sniping.
Under such an attack, even they could not guarantee the safety of the Celestial Dragons.
"T-The Celestial Dragon has been attacked!"
"This is insane. He actually attacked a Celestial Dragon directly!"
"I can't believe Rosinante really dared to do it!"
"Where did that attack co from? There was no sign at all. The bullets looked like they appeared out of thin air!"
"That's Bins of the Gray Nation. His ability uses wormholes for long-range attacks. It looks like the bullets appear from nowhere, but in reality they're fired from very far away."
"Such a terrifyingly convenient ability…"
The crowd erupted into shock and screams. Everyone was completely dumbfounded.
No one had expected Rosinante to truly make a move against a Celestial Dragon.
All the Celestial Dragons present showed expressions of both terror and rage.
Terror, because even under the protection of two high-level CP0 agents, Roswald had still been injured.
Rage, because Rosinante actually dared to attack a Celestial Dragon.
"What a grand gift. How could I possibly accept it? You're a lofty Celestial Dragon, after all. Just a few whispered words from you, and the City of Nightless that I worked so hard to build suddenly belongs to you. I'm so scared. With you kneeling like that, wouldn't I have to hand over my life as well?" Rosinante said with a gentle smile.
"Rosinante, do you know what you're doing? Don't act recklessly!" Sengoku shouted angrily.
Sengoku knew that in the presence of the wormhole traps, no matter how strong he was, he could not stop the Gray Nation from attacking the Celestial Dragons.
With so many Celestial Dragons here, if anything truly happened, even he would not be able to bear the responsibility.
"Of course I know exactly what I'm doing. Isn't this just war? The Gray Nation has never feared war. We simply find it troubleso and unprofitable. But do you really think I'm the type to just stand there and get beaten? Sengoku, you've misjudged the situation."
"Since you like war so much, then I shall grant you war."
"From this mont on, the war begins," Rosinante said coldly.
Bang!
With his words, another gunshot rang out.
Under the stunned gazes of everyone present, under the disbelieving eyes of Roswald and the other Celestial Dragons, a head exploded in a spray of blood.
