"Open Crew Status."
Inside his private quarters on the Magic Protector, Drake tapped the newly generated interface.
[Crew Details]

Bell: Swordsman. Special Observation Haki (Future Calculation - Incomplete Awakening). Combat Power: 1968.
Locke: Sword Grandmaster (Jianhao). Interdiate Armant, Beginner Observation Haki. Combat Power: 5389.
Ann: Sword Grandmaster (Jianhao). Sea Spirit Fruit (Healing). Beginner Armant & Observation Haki. Combat Power: 2088.
The Crew Status page had unlocked once he reached four mbers, providing a clear look at their health and relative power levels. He had already consulted the system regarding Haki grades.
He learned that Haki has special "Awakened" states that can fundantally change a person's combat potential. Bell's Observation Haki was a pri example. Unlike Katakuri's ability to see a few seconds into the imdiate future, Bell's power was a rare variant focused on "Future Calculation."
While standard Observation Haki focuses on intent and presence, it has different developntal paths. So masters focus on Range, others on Precision, and a rare few on Foresight.
It was much like Armant Haki's Ryuo vs. sheer Hardness. One didn't need a special state to be powerful; Drake suspected Vice Admiral Garp's strength ca from pure, concentrated hardness and a staggering volu of Haki. If a simple punch can level a mountain, who cares if it has a "special state"?
As for Bell, his Observation Haki felt more like "divination." While not optimized for micro-movents in a duel, it allowed him to calculate the "best path" for the crew's future. Drake was certain that Bell would beco the strategic compass of the Dragon Flag Pirates.
It had been a full day since the clash with Akainu. Upon returning to Navy Headquarters, Akainu's first move wasn't to find Sengoku, but to demand new bounties.
Inside the eting room, Akainu ignored the topic of the new Fleet Admiral for a mont. He had a more pressing warning.
"Before we begin, I must report this: Drake, the brother of Fire Fist Ace, has sohow acquired powers identical to Whitebeard's Tremor-Tremor Fruit!"
"What!?" The room erupted. Even Kizaru, usually unfazed, blinked in surprise.
"The details are unclear, but whether it's a stolen fruit or a unique ability, he is now a catastrophic threat. I recomnd raising his bounty to 1 Billion Berries imdiately."
The high-ranking officers whispered among themselves. If an Admiral made such a claim, it was as good as gospel.
"Sakazuki, are you certain?" Kizaru drawled. "The boy truly used Whitebeard's power?"
"I felt it myself," Akainu said, his jaw tight. He thought of the blood Drake had drawn from him. "Their crew is newly ford, but none of them are ordinary. We must issue a full-crew bounty order for the Dragon Flag Pirates."
"Understood!"
Just then, footsteps echoed outside. Fleet Admiral Sengoku and Admiral Aokiji entered. The room fell silent. They were here for the final transition of power.
News of the battle in the New World and the debut of the Dragon Flag Pirates spread like wildfire.
"War God Drake" and the Dragon Flag Pirates beca household nas overnight. The New World was reeling. Powers like the Yonko and the Warlords stared at the newest bounty posters with newfound focus.
Drake was setting a record for the fastest bounty inflation in history. From 400 million to 1 billion in a matter of days—it was a level of infamy that demanded respect.
Dressrosa.
Donquixote Doflamingo lounged in the sun, reading the report. A twisted, predatory grin spread across his face.
"Fuffuffuffu... Hehehaha... A rookie? A rookie who can trade blows with an Admiral? Fuffuffu..."
"I wonder what role you'll play in this era... The New World is getting interesting! Whitebeard and Blackbeard are about to clash—why does Teach have the guts to challenge the old man? He knows Whitebeard better than anyone... and yet he moves. Why? Fuffuffu..."
"And the Navy chooses a new leader... Akainu or Aokiji? The gears are turning!"
"Doffy," a strange old man with a perpetually running nose, Trebol, waddled over with a grin. "The ti for our trade with the Dark Clan is coming up. Are we moving?"
Doflamingo's expression flattened into a mask of cold indifference. "Yes. The Dark Clan has been getting a bit too disobedient lately. Let's finish it."
"Hehehe! York probably still thinks he can beco a regional hegemon. He has no idea what he's dealing with... We're going to give him a real surprise, behehehe!"
As Doflamingo plotted, the first sparks between the Whitebeard Pirates and the Blackbeard Pirates began to fly. Two eras were colliding, and the world held its breath.
The Dragon Flag Pirates are now officially a "Billion-Berry" crew! With Doflamingo planning to move against the Dark Clan—the very organization holding Bell's sister—your path is set. Will you arrive in ti to intercept the Warlord's plot?
