Rosse spoke calmly, casually twirling his sword, not even entering the Shikai state. He simply held his Zanpakuto in its normal form and faced Sui Feng.
A Sui Feng with only third level spiritual might, which the system rated as only S-, wasn't enough to make him exert any effort.
If not because he wanted to attract the attention of the other spectators, he wouldn't even need to release his spiritual pressure.
The captains rushing over all showed slight changes in expression when they sensed Sui Feng's explosion of spiritual pressure.

Facing an attack capable of flattening a mountain, Rosse didn't even move his feet. He simply shielded Shiba Kukaku behind him and raised his other hand.
"Bakudo no. 81, Danku."
No chant, no preparation, just softly speaking the spell's na.
He hadn't been idle these past years.
The mont his words fell, a nearly transparent reishi barrier ford in front of him out of thin air.
The next second, the golden "missile" slamd into it.
Rumble! Rumble! Rumble!
In that instant, all sound was buried under an explosion like a nuclear blast.
Almost at the sa ti, a man-made sun slowly rose above the Shiba household, lighting up the night sky of all Seireitei as if it were midday.
A terrifying spherical shockwave spread wildly from the center of the explosion, turning the Shiba courtyard into scorched earth in an instant.
At this mont, Byakuya Kuchiki, who had rushed over after sensing the spiritual pressure, had just appeared on a wall a hundred ters away.
But what greeted him was a burning wave of heat strong enough to lt steel.
His face changed drastically. Without hesitation he used flash step, retreating hundreds of ters before he barely stabilized himself.
Even from this distance, the aftershock made his heart race.
An attack of this Bankai level, even being grazed by the aftershock would lightly injure him.
If he were hit directly without protection, he would be gravely injured if not dead.
Thinking of this, Byakuya stared at the Shiba courtyard with anger in his eyes.

The explosion's remaining force continued to rampage wildly.
The blazing air current lifted smoke and debris into the sky, then slamd them down like heavy rain.
The once grand and luxurious front yard of the Shiba family had beco a field of charred ruins. Even the grand gate carved with the family crest had been shattered to pieces.
If not for Rosse's Danku precisely protecting the main residence behind him, half the Shiba estate would have been wiped out.
As the smoke slowly dispersed, the devastated scene was revealed.
"Are you f***ing insane? What is wrong with you!"
Shiba Kukaku glared at Sui Feng through clenched teeth, cursing nonstop. Her beautiful eyes looked as if flas would burst from them.
She was never a proper lady, and watching soone blow up her ho with her own eyes completely set off the violent temper she had been suppressing.
If Rosse hadn't blocked it, her entire ho would already be gone.
Luckily, thanks to Rosse's protection, the main residence was unhard. Only the unprotected front yard was destroyed.
For the Shiba family, this was the best outco they could hope for in such a disaster.

But before Kukaku could finish cursing, a dark silhouette tore through the smoke and charged forward again at shocking speed.
Sui Feng's Bankai form had already vanished, returning to that deadly glint at her fingertip.
She knew very well that the previous attack could not possibly make Rosse lose combat ability.
Right now, she had to fight for the last bit of ti.
"You still haven't given up," Rosse spoke calmly, without the slightest tension.
He didn't even draw his blade. He simply raised his arm casually, like an unbreakable wall, placed perfectly in the path of Sui Feng's charge.
From start to finish, he hadn't used his full strength.
If he wanted to finish Sui Feng, one strike would be enough.
But taking her down in a single hit was nowhere near as interesting as slowly making her despair.
Clang!
Sui Feng shifted her grip into a stabbing motion and drove the stinger into Rosse's arm.
The mont it struck, a black butterfly mark appeared on Rosse's arm.
Rosse took the opportunity to swing his sword casually, forcing Sui Feng back and widening the distance again.
"Rosse, her Shikai has a two-hit kill ability. Don't let her hit you in two identical spots," Kukaku's anxious voice rang out as she told Rosse the information she had just learned.
Knowing her enemies were five captains, she had made sure to gather information on them, to ensure she would have a greater chance in the future.
