Golden Lion, being the closest to Ares, felt it most intensely. His face twisted in shock as he inhaled sharply.

His heart surged as if a tidal wave was crashing against his chest, his breath caught in his throat.

Captain John felt as though a ferocious beast had locked onto him, his hair standing on end as his body trembled involuntarily.
He took a deep breath, steadying his wildly pounding heart, and muttered,

"No matter how much I respect him, he always manages to exceed my expectations!"
He truly believed that Ares' talent was one in tens of millions. Even Captain Rocks himself had said Ares had reached officer-level strength.

Everyone who had remained conscious instantly snapped back to their senses!
All were horrified.
"That strike… Shiki's going to feel that one for a long ti!" Wang Zhi gazed skyward, his heart pounding as Golden Lion's body slamd into the ground. Even just watching it made him feel the pain.
His face was heavy with concern and confusion.
"Ares… last ti you lashed out because you were drunk, but this ti, why did you attack Shiki?"
Wang Zhi couldn't understand why Ares seed to have completely lost his senses this ti.
He had heard Whitebeard yelling earlier, warning Golden Lion that the dragon was Ares. He knew full well that the mighty dragon in the sky was Ares.
But Ares' current state was deeply worrying.
Rocks' face also darkened as he realized that Ares was descending toward the ground.
"Shiki's hurt!"
His expression grew tense as he quickly ordered,
"John, go check on Shiki."
"I'll go stop Ares!"
Captain John tossed aside his near-empty wine bottle, smashing it on the ground with a sharp crack. He imdiately dashed toward where Golden Lion had crashed.

Ares, his crimson eyes blazing, was descending swiftly from the sky.
In his sights was Charlotte Linlin, who was still battling Whitebeard.
His dragon head tilted downward.
His jaws opened wide.
While diving, he unleashed a ferocious dragon breath!
A torrent of blazing flas roared forth, illuminating Whitebeard's body, casting an orange glow over his golden hair and his signature white mustache.
"This brat, Ares!"
Whitebeard caught a glimpse of the incoming flas from the corner of his eye and instantly made a decision
He leaped backward, swiftly evading the inferno.
The surging, all-consuming flas instantly engulfed Linlin.
