The two of them just left the office amidst the gossiping glances of others.
After a while, cheers erupted in the office.
Yay, the captain's leading the way to leave work on ti, what a wonderful team with no overti.
......
anwhile, Evelette and Lucia quickly arrived at Monica Square, only to find no circus there, contrary to their expectations, with quite a few passersby around.
Many people were feeding pigeons near the fountain in the center of the square, while others were playing musical instrunts not far away, and so idle witches were dancing to the music.
Hmm, it's quite a normal square, nothing wrong at all.
But the thing is, they got off work at half past five, and now it's just about ten minutes until the agreed ti of six o'clock, so isn't the Circus of the Heart coming early to prepare the venue?
Both the Fla Demon Witch and the Vampire Clan Witch exchanged a glance, seeing doubt reflected in each other's eyes.
Evelette finally felt that the Circus of the Heart had a taste of urban legend, indeed quite unique.
"Are your people ready?"
She looked up at the young lady of the Vampire Clan Witch beside her and asked.
Lucia was startled by this; she hadn't told the captain that she had brought others along, so how did the captain know?
However, she had already sworn on the honor of her family to cooperate fully, so she didn't hide anything, and simply nodded her head.
"Earlier at work, I had already inford them to be in place early. Once the Circus of the Heart appears, they'll be absolutely unable to escape."
The tone of the young lady of the Vampire Clan Witch was very confident, considering the luxurious lineup she brought this ti, with five Earls, more than ten Viscounts, and even a Marquis keeping watch in the shadows.
With this arrangent, how can you tell we'll lose?
"Hope so."
Seeing Lucia's confident deanor, Evelette made no further comnt, only narrowed her eyes to scan the surroundings.
Indeed, there were quite a few people lurking around, and besides those Vampire Clan Witches, there seed to be other people in the square waiting for sothing.
Probably so lucky audience mbers who received invitations, just like the two of them.
However, the ten-minute wait soon passed, but until 5:59, they hadn't seen any trace of the circus. Just as they began to suspect they were being played, six o'clock arrived.
Buzz...
The clown mask tickets in their hands suddenly trembled, and then the clown transford into a laughing eye.
The position of the eye was transparent.
Curious, Evelette held up the eye and placed it against her own, observing the square through this transparent eye.
She was just instinctively giving it a try.
But in the next instant, the scene on the square before her changed dramatically, all the passersby and pigeons vanished, and a vast circus with various tents appeared on the large square, brightly lit.
Standing at the entrance of the circus was a witch with clown makeup on her face, seemingly waiting for them all along.
"Hee hee hee, welco dear audience to the Circus of the Heart, believe that we will surely offer you an unforgettable night."
The clown let out a laugh, bowed with chest touched, and sharply greeted them with a piercing voice.
.....Circus opening.....
