Capítulo 1881: Chapter 966: The Witch of the Forest’s First Ti
“Alright, alright, I apologize, I’m sorry.”
Dorothy quickly made an apology as she saw the Dragon Loli in front of her about to leap up and headbutt her in the stomach.
If it were a different type of witch loli, getting a headbutt might not be a big deal. But Dorothy figured that with the enormous dragon horns on this one’s head, that headbutt could send her straight to et her Good Sister.
Actually, it’s not that bad, but dying from a loli headbutt is just too comical, better avoid it.
Though this isn’t a true loli; this one apparently is a few hundred years older than Mother Dragon.
“Hmmph, I’ll let it slide this ti.”
Miss Tyranny coldly huffed, deciding to forgive her colleague since she’d benefited from several of the Clown’s missions before. Otherwise, given her usual temper, she’d have already thrown down a white glove.
“Let’s get acquainted again, I’m Dorothy. Yengade, I probably don’t need to introduce anyone else; you should already know.”
The Hobody Witch extended her hand to an old friend, introducing herself.
Even though they were old friends, the Clown Grand Inquisitor had long beco the fifth major threat in the Judgnt Court, but this was practically their first offline eting. Dorothy wanted to make it sowhat ceremonial.
Opposite her, Miss Tyranny wasn’t pretentious. Her temper flared up and dissipated quickly; since she’d already forgiven, she wouldn’t hold a grudge, so she cheerfully shook hands with Dorothy and said her na.
“My na is Inanna. Valkyrie.”
When Dorothy heard her old friend’s na, she was taken aback.
“Valkyrie? Uh, isn’t that…..”
She noticed Miss Tyranny’s surna, recalling that the Valkyrie family owned the Dragon Roar Colosseum. No wonder Miss Tyranny was collecting rent here.
“Hehe, that’s right, this is my territory. Next ti you co over, you can use my na to get a discount.”
Seeing the Hobody Witch’s surprised expression, Inanna proudly puffed out her seemingly highly defensive armored chest and spoke so generously.
“Uh, I thought saying your na would make it free?”
Dorothy whispered, throwing a small sarcastic comnt.
Yes, the Dragon Roar Colosseum’s fees were quite high, being the best arena; its rental fees were three to four tis that of other arenas. Penny-pinching as she was, Dorothy was really reluctant to co play here for no good reason.
After all, she was just a harmless civil engineering witch not particularly into battle.
“It can be free too. You fight , and if you win, I’ll let you use it for free. After all, the ancestors stipulated that only the strong can have privileges here.”
Despite Dorothy’s whispered complaint, Miss Tyranny’s ears were sharp and she overheard, so she eagerly proposed.
Actually, she’d been itching to fight the mysterious Clown for a long ti, but hadn’t had the opportunity. Now encountering her by chance, she truly felt an urge to scratch that itch.
“Fight you? You know our strength levels, right?”
Noticing Miss Tyranny eagerly warming up, Dorothy rolled her eyes speechlessly.
“We can choose an equal mode, both with 200,000 Mana power, how about that?”
Inanna ignored the Hobody Witch’s eye-rolling.
Ha, who exactly doesn’t know their own limits here? Clown, just look at your record; which of it looks like the work of a 210,000 Mana little witch?
Besides, I was outside watching when you went on a rampage on Japan; you can fool others but can’t fool .
Miss Tyranny secretly thought.
But seeing the unmasked Dorothy in front of her, Inanna was quite shocked herself; she truly hadn’t expected this witch’s magic level was genuinely that low.
But recalling that her team had investigated Dorothy’s details, with her being only 16 this year and a half-witch, the magic level did seem reasonable, even quite outstanding among half-witches.
Yet pondering the terrifying record she’d heard about a month ago of her taking on thousands at the dock…
Her hands itched; she terribly wanted to fight her heartily, her battle addiction flaring.
“No deal, not fighting ans not fighting, I’m a cultural person who dislikes conflicts. I’m here for business, get a good stall, doesn’t need to be too big, two square ters will do. I’ll pay you twenty bucks.”
Dorothy was not interested in entertaining the invitation of this battle-hungry figure. She fished out twenty Gold Coins from her pocket and tossed them over as she spoke.
“Alright.”
Seeing the Clown had no intention to fight, Miss Tyranny regretfully took the money.
As for that rubbish about being a cultural person who dislikes conflicts? Ha, she wouldn’t believe a single punctuation mark; when you combed hos and chopped heads, you were far more skilled than I was.
But, given the friendship, Inanna decided to secure a better stall for Dorothy after pocketing the money.
Generally, if you want a good stall, you’d need to book in advance. Today, most of those pri spots were already rented out; Dorothy and her friends arrived late.
Luckily, they didn’t need much space, just two square ters. Inanna figured she could work sothing out to give them a spot.
Yes, finding an old friend to clear out a corner for them should do.
