On the other side, Lord Sidwell led four witches to the inn where she was temporarily residing.

However, as the inn drew closer, Miss Moon Rabbit's heart grew increasingly tense. After all, she had inadvertently sold her entire clan, and what's more, to a good-for-nothing Ashen Witch. It was sowhat embarrassing to even talk about, and she had no idea how she would explain this to her people once they arrived.

But whether she died sooner or later, Lord Sidwell finally bit the bullet and used the psychic network to briefly contact the Konoe Sisters accompanying her, summarizing the situation. Then, without waiting for their response, she nervously cut off the psychic connection.

Ah, at least she had given them so prior notice, so they could brace themselves psychologically. That way, it might be easier when she explained later.

That's what Miss Moon Rabbit thought to herself.

Yet, when she finally brought everyone to the front door, and saw her Guardian Knight, Ellie, opening the door only to seem as if she had been scared stiff, Lord Sidwell's mood plumted.

Alas, it's no use; even with all the ntal preparation, it's still so hard to accept? If Ellie, who is relatively thick-skinned, reacted like this, the other clan mbers would probably find it even harder to accept.

Beyond Ellie, Lord Sidwell glanced at the small Moon Rabbit beside her, wondering if, since adults couldn't accept it, perhaps children might be more accepting.

Then she looked down and saw that the normally cute little one looked like she was about to faint.

Ah, this...

Lord Sidwell looked up at the ceiling, feeling like she was certainly going to be a pillar of sha in Moon Rabbit history.

Your journey continues at My Virtual Library Empire

"My king, feel free to make yourselves at ho. We're going to get ready to set up the teleportation beacon," Miss Moon Rabbit said, her Lionheart courage still evident despite her pessimism. She perked up, greeted the four witches behind her, and then took a Guardian by the hand and headed into her room.

In truth, there wasn't much to set up for the teleportation beacon; Lord Sidwell was just trying to salvage what she could. If she couldn't convince her closest Konoe Sisters, how would she face the million people once they arrived at the Ark of the Moon?

Just the thought of that weighed heavily on Miss Moon Rabbit.

"Cough cough, Ellie, Liz, I know this is hard to co to grips with, but don't be afraid or despair at what I'm about to say," she stated upon closing the door, addressing the Moon Rabbit sisters, who seed to be coming back to their senses.

anwhile, the Konoe Sisters, who had finally recovered from the shocking fact that their princess had appeared, exchanged glances with each other and cald their inner turmoil.

Well, there were four witches present after all, and it wasn't decided yet if their future master would be the princess. So they couldn't laugh, they had to hold back their smiles and wait for Her Majesty the Queen to explain the whole situation.

"Yes, Lord Sidwell, speak. Liz and I are professionally trained knights and priests. No matter how terrible the thing is, we will not be afraid," Ellie finally showed so of the Knight of the Moon's solemnness, assuring her.

Relieved to see her Konoe Sisters back to normal, Lord Sidwell cautiously continued.

"I just needed to clear my head earlier, and I ended up wandering into the witches' talent market. You know what that is, right?"

"Mm-hmm, I know. My teachers told about it—it's the witches' slave market, a very scary place," replied little Liz, nodding her head in agreent.

Lord Sidwell: "..."

She paused for a mont, then proceeded to speak.

"Anyway, my mother, your forr queen, left one last prophecy saying that my destined one was in the witches' talent market. Without thinking, I went in and, before I knew it, I t that person and our clan ended up with a new witch master. Can you both still accept that until here?"

The Queen of the Moon carefully gauged the reactions of her two Guardians.

"Mm-hmm, I can understand."

"We can accept it, especially as it was the Forr King's prophecy," they said with solemn respect, tactically leaning back. But eventually, they couldn't help themselves and asked,

"So, which one of the witches is our master?"

"It's the one who just ca back with ."

Lord Sidwell showed difficulty again, not knowing how to explain that their new master was the least capable among the four witches, so he could only stutter his way through the explanation.

Unfortunately, the Konoe Sisters were clearly dissatisfied with this answer and continued to press for more.

"Is it that tallest one, the one with the best figure, who looks very gentle, the big sister witch of the Dragon Kingdom?"

"Er, no, she is the Golden Princess of the Dragon Kingdom, a good friend of your new master. Your new master doesn't have such a good figure."

Lord Sidwell felt embarrassed. Indeed, even a normal person would choose the famously wealthy witch at first glance, wouldn't they?

"Then is it that inconspicuous, the prettiest Nine-tailed Witch?"

"Not her either, your new master isn't that pretty."

"Er, surely it's not that seemingly cute, but most bloody little witch, is it?"

Having eliminated two options, and watching the guess getting closer and closer to the truth, the expressions of the Konoe Sisters turned serious as they stared intently at the queen before them.

"Alright, it's not her either, your new master isn't that strong in a fight."

To this, Lord Sidwell covered her face, realizing from the guardians' line of questioning just how outrageous her choice was. Indeed, normal people would choose the strong one, so why did she have to pick the weakest one?

"Well, I did say you might not accept it, but there's nothing I can do. Who knew my fated one would be such a disappointing witch. I know she's useless, even sowhat a Dust Bunny, but fate is strangely wonderful, I resisted with all my might, yet her dream really moved , she offered conditions I simply couldn't refuse..."

She was still trying to explain, but the Konoe Sisters across from her couldn't hold back any longer.

"Hahaha...."

"Yay...."

This laughter left Lord Sidwell sowhat perplexed. Could the shock have been too much, driving them mad?

"What are you laughing about?"

She asked, clearly puzzled.

Ellie: "Sorry, my lord, I just rembered sothing that makes happy."

Liz: "Mmm-hmm, I'm also happy."

Lord Sidwell: "???"

What happy thing? What could possibly make them happy?

"Could it be that our whole clan becoming Dust Rabbits is what excites you?"

The Queen of the Moon truly felt that her two guardian knights might have been overwheld with excitent, causing their wits to go astray, not having her own Lionheart spirit.

"Ashen? What do you an ashen? Lord Sidwell, isn't it that our clan has finally grabbed onto a golden thigh?"

Ellie was actually taken aback by Her Majesty the Queen's reaction, begging your pardon, but this was about acknowledging her, the young lady, as the master – sothing many witches aspire to yet never have the chance.

"Right, right, with such a powerful master, our clan is truly bathed in light."

Little Liz also nodded, rembering the gentle smile of that lord, feeling that the wandering life of their clan had finally co to an end.

Lord Sidwell: "???"

The Queen of the Moon was thoroughly confused. Your master and the master I'm talking about—are we talking about the sa person?

Seeing her like this, the Konoe Sisters were also taken aback, they looked at each other and then guessed what was happening.

"Um, Lord Sidwell, don't tell you don't recognize the young lady?"

"The young lady? What young lady?"

...Lord Sidwell in deep confusion...
