Following this, the giant humanoid cha's eye sockets, previously glowing blue, switched to red. The heavy armor plating on its body burst open, falling to the ground. Quickly, though, the armor lted like ice to water, transforming into a flowing tal liquid.
This tal liquid, essentially composed of nano-machines, rapidly flowed to Ultimate Unit Zero's damaged hands and severed legs, ultimately solidifying into brand new limbs.
Finally, cool tallic halos hovered above Unit-01's head, and the chanical Angel spread its wings from behind, surrounded by a crimson and wild energy that crushed everything in its vicinity.
Ultimate Unit Zero, in rampage mode.
"Impossible, how can this be, is this Imperial Perfection, the Pseudo-Saint Boundary?"
Having witnessed all of this, Olivia's eyes widened in shock. The scene indeed struck a blow to her worldview; after all, jumping an entire Rank with Explosive Breeding seed a bit far-fetched.
Explosive Breeding, a skill for a temporary boost in strength, is common among Tad Beasts, but normally it can only increase power by one minor Rank, and often has significant side effects. To Explosive Breed an entire major Rank might an nothing would be left after the breeding; naturally evolved Magical Beasts rarely evolve such a suicidal ability.
However, Ultimate Unit Zero didn't appear to be a natural entity, but a man-made one, and what does a machine have to fear from side effects, right? If the body is damaged, just replace it…
Olivia: "..."
The Female City Lord fell silent for a mont, then realized the strength of chanical Series Tad Beasts. If this Explosive Breeding technology could be widely adopted, then chanical Series Beasts, which had been at the bottom for ages, could rise to power.
On the battlefield, the tide of battle had reversed; the previously dominating Tyrant Dragon Beast suddenly found itself at a disadvantage, flailing its stubby arms, trying to use Lightning Quintuple Whip, but the earlier easily shattered Positional Shield was now unbreakable.
The rampaging Unit-01 no longer maintained a humanoid form of combat; it beca like a wild beast, using hands and feet to pounce towards the Tyrant Dragon Beast's head, while the opening on its own head widened further. It was like a laughing Demon, its engine roar like a beast's roar and a ghoul's wail, extraordinarily unsettling.
Seeing the turn of events, the Tyrant Dragon Beast frantically lashed out with its Thunder Whip, but Unit-01 on all fours was incredibly agile, easily dodging every strike. The ferocious Thunder Whip did nothing but further devastate the surrounding area.
Realizing that the Thunder Whip was ineffective, the Tyrant Dragon Beast changed its attack thod. Powerful lightning began to converge towards its neck; the intense White Lightning lit up its spinal ridges, and its chest was so illuminated by Magic Power that its innards were clearly visible.
This was the strongest attack of Dragon-type creatures, the setup for Dragon Breath.
Unfortunately, just as the Dragon Breath was about to be unleashed, the rampaging machine reached the Dragon Beast before it could breathe out. A headbutt to the creature's neck caused the direction of the breath to shift.
The Dragon Breath, initially aid straight at Unit-01, grazed the sky before sweeping across nearby mountains; the breath, like an electromagnetic cannon, split the clouds in two and sheared off the mountain tops, leaving behind only platforms charred black with lava.
With its big move missed, the Tyrant Dragon Beast completely lost the upper hand, pushed to the ground by the Unit-01 which was now attacking like an untad animal, punching and kicking, biting and clawing, behaving nothing like a humanoid machine, completely wild.
"Damn it, Titan Ground Ape, Sky-Ripping Divine Eagle, go and help."
As her beloved Tad Beast was about to be injured, Olivia threw her dignity as a mighty being out the window. Two torrents of Magic Power passed through the Portal around her, arriving at the battlefield and transforming into a huge black ape and a cyan eagle, respectively.
These were another two Emperor Level Tad Beasts.
"And you guys too, Demon Serpent, Hellfire Raven..."

Fearing another mishap, the Female City Lord called forth two more Tad Beasts to join the fray.
Subsequently, a horrific serpent covered with tentacles and a giant raven burning with black smoke hastened to provide support.
Alas, even when Ultimate Unit Zero had resorted to every trick up its sleeve, it was tough to fight off many with just one; being justly outnumbered five to one, even with its cheats, it still had a limit.
As it was about to be torn apart by the five beasts, the red light in Unit-01's eyes went out, and its central energy core in the chest began to flicker.
This caused the watching Female City Lord's expression to change once more.
Damn it, it's going to self-destruct.
Unfortunately, even though she realized this, it was too late to stop it. With a gesture of her hand, the five Tad Beasts turned into torrents of Magic Power and flew back to her. Instinctively, she thought to close the spatial passage, preventing the blast equivalent to a massive nuclear explosion from reaching their side.
However, just as the portal was about to close, a black figure flashed by and darted into the portal.
"Ah, this, sister."
"Clown..."
"Lord Clown..."
At this mont, the three witches who were originally watching from the sidelines all changed their expressions because the one who entered the portal at the last second was none other than Dorothy.
"Not good, Emissary."
Olivia, who had reacted afterwards, also had a drastic change in her expression. After all, in her eyes, the Emissary wasn't very strong. If Dorothy couldn't withstand the explosion and died here, then it would be all over for her.
After all, this Emissary was suspected to be a close confidant of the "Dragon King." If the Dragon King were to bla her, her family would be in danger.
At that mont, the Female City Lord had no ti to worry about whether the explosion had subsided or not; she imdiately reopened the spatial channel and braced herself for the impact of the blast.
However, when the spatial channel opened again, there was no expected blast. Instead, there stood a witch in a red and black battle robe atop the wreckage of the giant robot, clutching in her hand the chanical heart that was still struggling.
"Heh, still pretending to self-destruct? You're quite crafty for sothing chanical. But you didn't expect that I'd already seen through your escape route, did you?"
Dorothy smiled as she watched the chanical sphere in her hand continue to struggle. Even at this point, it was desperately resisting. Unfortunately for it, under the Nine-Ring Sealing Technique—Silencing All Techniques—all magical reactions were temporarily and forcibly suppressed.
This Spell was one of her choices for her High-order Spell Slot before.
And clearly, the Machine Spirit within the chanical Heart also belonged to a type of Magic Power creature. Under the influence of the Sealing Skill, it was quickly forced into shutdown mode, plunging into sleep.
"Phew, you really are a familiar with a fate entwined with mine, always causing such a commotion," the Ho Martial Soul remarked. She then added a few other sealing spells with a touch of her magic power for good asure before finally breathing a sigh of relief.
And as the Machine Spirit fell into slumber, the chanical Heart finally returned to normal, its surface quickly projecting a virtual screen.
Dorothy looked curiously at the screen.

Ho Martial Soul: "....."
Ah, what have I stumbled upon here?
Although I'm not very familiar with the Talent rules of the Beast Taming World, is it really good for a newly awakened Machine Spirit to have so many Talents?
...Witch in shock...
