In the arena, among the surviving witches, there was only one from the Divination Departnt—the Stellar Speaker. In fact, she was the sole newcor from that departnt this ti.

This was normal since the Divination Departnt always had a shortage of mbers and was in high demand. Furthermore, these witches rarely ca to work in the Judgnt Court; they usually took positions in governntal administrative areas or as military strategic staff and such. Having them here in the Judgnt Court as hitn or spies would be a waste of talent.

Considering this, everyone looked at the Stellar Speaker and, in the end, nodded in agreent, accepting her as the Commander. After all, there really wasn’t a better option available.

"Then, let set up the mind link," said another witch who stepped forward, wearing a colorful graffitied mask, the Ninth-ranked Phantom Girl.

With a Commander in place, a communication system was naturally required, and the most common one among the witches was the mind link constructed by the ntal Witches.

Once the mind link was established, the connected witches could communicate telepathically, which was much faster and more convenient than speaking out loud.

There were several ntal Witches present, not as rare as the Prophecy Witches, but the Phantom Girl was indeed the strongest among them.

However, the group did not respond to her as readily as they had with the Stellar Speaker. After all, while mind linking was convenient, it required everyone to let down their guards and allow the ntal Witch to delve deep into their hearts with spiritual power.

If they genuinely were teammates, it wouldn’t be much of an issue, but this was clearly a temporary team-up, and the level of trust among them was not very high. Opening up one’s mind to a ntal Witch was akin to handing over half of one’s life into their hands.

If the Phantom Girl were to secretly leave a backdoor in their consciousness during the mind link, everyone could end up ensnared after the boss battle was over.

"I swear by the Third King, I absolutely won’t harm any of you during the team-up process," the Phantom Girl promised solemnly, understanding everyone’s concerns.

Swearing by the Third King was the heaviest oath in the Witch World, not to be taken lightly. Disrespecting it ca with severe consequences, including punishnt by the power of the oath and being blacklisted as untrustworthy, leading to social death—a risk no witch could afford to take.

Seeing the Phantom Girl swear so decisively, everyone nodded again in agreent.

"Artillery Witches, gather with ."

"Assault Witches, assemble."

"Scout Team, gather."

"Control Team, assemble."

"dical Team, co together."

As the positions of Commander and mind link were taken on, the rest was straightforward—simply a matter of everyone doing their part. For the Witches who had been practicing this division of labor since they were young, it was second nature.

Quickly, a formally structured team, completely different from the previous lackadaisical and disorganized approach, was ford.

To this, the Phantom King perched atop the streetlamp finally nodded.

Now that seed appropriate.

Although, if she hadn’t held back in a manner befitting of a qualified boss just monts ago, the formation of this team might have coincided with the other side suffering significant losses.

Yet, the Judgnt Court was not an army, and many of these young witches had never been battle-hardened on the front lines. Having grown accustod to fighting solo, it was not surprising that they were sowhat disjointed as a team.

So while their response was not exceptional, it was passable.

But the ti for leniency had passed; it was ti for the off-line boss to co back online.

Dorothy smiled to herself, and malice surged within her.

What ca next would not be as gentle as before. If this new team-up proved to be rely for show, the witches’ test scores today would not look good.

Previously she let them take the first strike, but now it was ti for her to return the favor.

Almost in the blink of an eye, the streetlamp shattered, and the shining golden Phantom on top of it had already vanished from its original spot.

"Be careful..."

At the sa ti, within the ntal link of the strategy group, a witch from the scout team issued a warning.

Stay connected via .Côm

"Report the target’s location."

The order from the Stellar Speaker was issued instantly, but as soon as she had finished thinking it, the smiling clown mask had already appeared in front of her.

The Stellar Speaker was not very tall, a petite and delicate witch, standing just over one ter fifty. Therefore, when the Phantom King suddenly appeared in front of her, bending over and looking down at her from above, with their masks almost touching, the oppression was imnse.

Her pupils contracted beneath the mask of the Stellar Speaker as she thought of those unfortunate ones who had been dispatched with just a punch or a kick; now, it seed she was about to follow in their footsteps.

Damn it, why didn’t my danger warning work.

The Stellar Speaker thought with a hint of shock and doubt,

The Six-Ring Foreseeing Magic danger warning was one of the most commonly used spells by the witches of the Divination Departnt. It was a permanent type spell, which, once cast, would last for a long period and would instantly take effect if any danger approached, alerting the caster.

Moreover, this curse could be combined with other trap spells, such as using the danger warning alert as the trigger signal for the traps. Once an enemy approached, they would fall directly into the trap.

The forethinking Stellar Speaker had set up several traps around her, all of which used the danger warning as the activation signal. But now, even though danger was imminent, the danger warning did not trigger, and all the traps were wasted.

"Damn it, is it an anti-prophecy spell? Lord Clown, you said you didn’t understand the art of prophecy."

Rembering the brusque answer of the Phantom King when she had previously sought advice, a chill of anger went through the Stellar Speaker.

Even though she was satisfied with the improved ritual she received in the end, at this mont, she still held resentnt for being deceived.

However...

The petite Prophet Witch did not choose to sit idly by. She seed terrified, stepping back half a step subconsciously, but then she slightly bent her knees, assuming a horse stance, and then stepped forward with an elbow thrust, delivering a blow that was extraordinarily fierce for her small stature.

As witches who were often targeted in the back row, the mbers of the Prophecy Departnt were usually proficient in a kind of martial arts, specifically to teach those who loved to attack from the shadows a lesson.

Although the Stellar Speaker was petite, her evolution template was a powerful mystical creature known as the Star Gazing Bull, a special variation of the Minotaur, capable of perceiving fate and possessing stronger physical abilities than an ordinary minotaur.

So, despite her small stature, the Stellar Speaker possessed true divine power.

The Phantom King witnessed the Prophet Witch’s raised elbow, which was sharp like the horn of a bull, thrusting towards him. Accompanied by the phantom image of a wild bull, it was clear her martial skill had reached a high level of mastery.

I’ll headbutt your lungs out.

The Stellar Speaker, who sensed her impending doom, launched a suicidal attack.

She was well aware that her martial arts could catch other witches off guard, but against the mysterious Phantom King, it probably wasn’t enough.

However, she had no hope of causing significant damage. If she could only hold her opponent for a second or two, she could buy her teammates so ti.

Dorothy could naturally discern the Stellar Speaker’s intentions, and upon realizing this, the smile on her clown mask widened even further.

In order to capture a thief, capture the king first, poor girl. Your determination is comndable, but sadly, all cleverness is futile in the face of absolute power disparity.

You are dood today for one reason only, and that is showing off your laughable martial arts in front of , the Martial God.

Let teach you what a real punch is.

The Phantom King watched the charging elbow, intent on piercing through her lungs. She didn’t dodge or flinch, but raised her own elbow to et it.

Art of the Eight Extres Fist, revised. Doorway elbow thrust.

...Witch against Fist...
