On the street, a figure in a black cloak and clown mask, the Clown Grand Inquisitor, led a team that sped past.
In the crowd, a little witch in a school uniform, her face frad by black-rimd glasses, stood on the sidewalk like an ant.
In the mont their paths crossed, their eyes t, and the pupils reflecting in each other’s gaze were the sa.
"The Judgnt Court really is impressive,"
Once the dark tide had receded, the three little witches resud their journey, with Dorothy sharing her impressions.
"Indeed, it’s quite a display of authority."
Little Fox nodded, her puppet expressing agreent with her senior’s words.
"Impressive? I find it quite annoying."
Senior Mia, however, frowned and spoke with a hint of disdain.
For a major rchant like her, the most troubleso thing was this group of ubiquitous, ever-vigilant spies. Even though she had no intention of tax evasion or the like, nobody liked the feeling that every move they made could be watched by a pair of eyes hidden nearby.
The higher a witch’s status and the greater her influence, the more she felt this way, but with the Judgnt Court backed by The Third King and under his direct command, everyone had to endure it despite their dislike.
And although detested, it must be said that the peace and stability in the Witch World, even with mighty witches who held apocalyptic powers, dared not act recklessly; for this, the Judgent Court did have significant rit.
"It looks like that group of Judges is headed for the God King Cathedral of the Angel Witches; those Angel Witches are going to have a tough ti today,"
The Golden Princess laughed a bit schadenfreude as she glanced in the direction the dark tide had gone.
But after laughing, Senior Mia also looked puzzled.
"What on earth did those Angel Witches do to warrant the deploynt of so many Judges?"
Normally, the Judges of the Judgnt Court operated in teams of about a dozen, and a regular Judge team was sufficient for most tasks.
But this ti, they had dispatched thousands of Judges, and the one leading them, wearing a clown mask, was none other than a Grand Inquisitor. Their ranks were far too luxurious, it was as if the entire force of the Judgnt Court within the Witch Academy had erged in full force.
This was no case investigation; it was nearly enough to wipe out a family, especially since the truly formidable and ancient Angel Witches were all by the side of the Divine King. The ones left behind were the newer generations who had lost their way.
Among the new generation, so Awakeners had tried to reset the chaos, only to be ousted by the Conservatives. These few sane mbers were now active on the frontlines, and it was said that they had already established the God King’s Church on the front.
The Conservative Faction remaining in the academy relied solely on an old school principal, but now even the principal had stepped back; the Conservative Faction had split into several factions, creating chaos.
And now, they have encountered a sudden raid by the Judgnt Court...
Thinking of how those young Angel Witches had little skill but were quick-tempered, Senior Mia couldn’t help but shake her head.
Ordinarily, people feared the na of the God King and gave concessions to the Angel Witches, but today, she hoped these fools would be a bit shrewder, not to be so foolish as to treat the people of the Judgnt Court with the sa pride as descendants of the God King, otherwise...
Well, it remained to be seen if their revered Divine King would truly bless his unworthy descendants.
Mia shook her head and put the thought out of her mind.
The three little witches continued to the club premises as planned.
anwhile.
The Clown Grand Inquisitor quickly led his team to their destination— the God King Cathedral.
This was an exceptionally majestic Gothic cathedral.
Emmm... perhaps it’s not accurate to call it one cathedral, but rather a complex— a continuous group of cathedral-style buildings with the Main Cathedral in the center being particularly imposing and vast.
This place was originally the absolute center of the Angel Witch residence, except that as the Angel Witch residence had beco the Witch Academy, the God King Cathedral had also been relocated and is now floating around the outskirts of the Witch Academy, much like a satellite to the Academy.
On regular days, this area is the private land of the Angel Witches, where students are forbidden to loiter aimlessly; only the Angel Witches themselves may enter at will.
Dorothy stopped at the entrance of the cathedral. Although she could actually go straight in, this place was, after all, a cathedral dedicated to the God King. It wasn’t just about respecting the Angel Witches but also about considering the God King’s face, who was the Supre Supervisor of the Judgnt Court. It was better to show so respect.
The hobody witch thought it best to start with diplomacy before resorting to force, hoping that the group of Angel Witches would have the sense not to make things unpleasant for everyone.
She stretched out her hand, signaling the Judges behind her to stop and wait for the Angel Witches to co out for negotiations.
With such a grand display, the Angel Witches inside the cathedral weren’t blind and should have soone coming out soon.
Dorothy took out a tipiece and began counting down. Her patience was limited, and she naturally wouldn’t let those inside drag their feet. She would be polite for one minute, and when ti was up, she would enter whether or not anyone ca out.
Fortunately, the group of Angel Witches didn’t play dead, and soon a golden-haired Angel Witch with four wings ca to the door.

"Lord Judicators, what is the aning of this?"
"Here by order to investigate a case."
The hobody witch’s watch still hadn’t stopped; she pulled out a piece of parchnt and threw it to the opposite side, speaking coldly.
"This is a Search Warrant. You can see for yourself, we all follow the rules here."
This piece of parchnt was a Search Warrant just signed last night by the Mother Superior. Dorothy was certainly one to execute the law impartially.
The four-winged Angel on the other side took the parchnt, opened it, and upon seeing the blood-red Dragon Head seal, couldn’t help but tremble.
"Then please allow us to accompany you, my Lords. I will show you the way," she said.
This golden-haired Angel Witch did not resort to the cliché move of claiming the Search Warrant was fake and resisting; she kept her deanor very low, first respectfully handing the parchnt back to Dorothy, then revealing a modest smile on her beautiful face.
Indeed, this golden-haired Angel was extrely beautiful with a noble air, the kind that stood out even among witches, and her aloof presence exuded an aura of distinction, clearly soone brought up in luxury. Now, such a lady of grace and wealth was humbling herself before you, which could likely make it difficult for anyone to refuse her.
But Dorothy never judged people by their looks; after all, none were as beautiful as she was anyway. These beauty tricks were useless against her.
"There’s no need, Skywalker, you lead the way."
She couldn’t be bothered to give the angelic beauty another glance, but turned to the Vice-President behind her, who wore a bird mask, and spoke.
"Yes, Lord Clown."
Ivette imdiately stepped out from the line; she would lead the charge today.
To this, the golden-haired four-winged Angel seed sowhat helpless. She wanted to say sothing more, but in the end, she restrained herself. However, her restraint didn’t an others would do the sa.
"What are you trying to do? Do you not know where you are?" ca a voice from within the cathedral, causing Dorothy to raise her eyebrows slightly under her mask.
Indeed, the voice sounded sowhat familiar.
Sure enough, as the cathedral doors opened, a familiar figure appeared before everyone’s eyes. It was none other than an acquaintance of hers, Sophia’s cheap cousin, Phoenix.
Good grief, I was about to look for you, and here you are falling right into my lap.
The hobody witch smirked.
...Little Angel on a suicide mission...
