Everything had to start sixteen years ago, when Euphilia led her team to take away and seal Agnes, the leader of the Holy Child Sect at that ti.
Since then, the leaderless Holy Child Sect had been taken over by Agnes's two assistants, Gene and Sally.
However, at the ti, no one knew that the experintal manual, which Agnes had been studying on how Angel Witches could fuse with the Power of Angels, ultimately ended up in the hands of these two assistants; the forcedly-interrupted experints were still being sneakily carried out.
Unfortunately, the gap between people is sotis just so vast; Agnes had indeed successfully stolen the Power of the Lord of Glory and even used it to conceive Sophia, the Saint Heir.
But even with the complete experintal manual in hand, Gene and Sally couldn't even copy the work properly. Not only could they not copy it, but the two were also inept and arrogant; they did not place their hopes on the next generation as Agnes's manual had prescribed but attempted to further fuse with the Power of the Lord of Glory themselves.
And then they "succeeded."
A couple hailing from the potion school eventually successfully developed a magic potion nad "Blood of the Holy Child," which used the Divine Blood of the Lord of Glory as its main ingredient and ultimately allowed Angel Witches to rge with the Power of the Lord of Glory with just one potion intake.
This not only greatly enhanced the aptitude of the Angel Witches but also made their use of the Power of Faith more adept.
Such success left the pair ecstatic, and they imdiately decided to prepare for mass production of the "Blood of the Holy Child."
However, their recent plans had not been going smoothly; first, the secret lab producing the "Blood of the Holy Child" was attacked, and then today's raid by the Judgnt Court happened, sweeping them all up at once.
Well, that's more or less what happened.
"Tsk, after all this fuss, it turns out to be just a bunch of losers who overestimated themselves and played with fire,"
Listening to the confessions of these two mothers from the vice-president, the Fairy King was sowhat speechless.
She had previously thought there might be so grand conspiracy by the Angel Clan behind all this, but it turned out she probably thought too much.
"So, you two really aren't spies from the Angel Clan? No connections to them?"
Ho Martial Soul furrowed his eyebrows, surprised at the outco.
"Of course not, how could we ever bow to those servants of the God King? They deserve it?"
Despite their dire situation, the couple shook their heads, still speaking arrogantly.
"What are you so proud of? You've been sold out and still counting money for others.
The Fairy King scrutinized the pair closely; even the Mind Reading Technique was applied, and it surprisingly showed that the two hadn't lied.
"So why are you so eager to produce that damaging potion? What are you plotting?"
Ho Martial Soul was very puzzled.
"What's wrong with sharing good things with our clan? Moreover, this will help expand the Holy Child Sect and solidify our position,"
the couple answered as if it were only natural.
"Aren't you afraid of how to explain yourselves if your actions were revealed? That potion is made using the Divine Blood of the Lord of Glory, the power of Angels,"
the Fairy King asked again.
"Indeed, it would be troubleso if it were exposed. After our lab was attacked, we've been secretly investigating what happened and prepared excuses, but we really didn't expect that your Judgnt Court, without any investigation, would just barbarically kick in our door,"
the couple also said sowhat grievously.
"Moreover, after drinking that potion, we indeed gained a part of the Power of Fate. We could clearly feel that the God King's Prophecy is about to co true soon. Once the Holy Child ascends, that potion mixed with Angelic power would no longer be taboo,"
they added finally.

At this mont, she just felt truly exhausted. She would rather have these two be ambitious or conniving—which at least would have so flair and audacity—but now this....
Gosh, so much effort just to catch these two self-proclaid clever fools, I'm actually embarrassed.

The Fairy King was still self-closing when a voice suppressing anger rang out nearby. Everyone turned to see that it was the frightened Little Angel Phoenix speaking.

She had been listening by the side all along and naturally knew everything by now. She had already known about the so-called "Blood of the Holy Child" magic potion, as not long ago these two proudly announced that they had developed a new "Divine Blood Potion," which could allow Angel Witches to return to their ancestral roots, becoming closer to the God King.
For Angel Witches who revered the God King, being closer to the God King was the ultimate goal of their lives. Naturally, the announcent of this Divine Blood Potion shocked the whole clan, and many people asked for it, but the Holy Child Sect had always used the excuses that the potion was precious, production was limited, and the potion was still unstable, requiring further experints, to withhold it from outsiders.
