Dorothy shook her head, correcting her thoughts that had almost slipped away.
In the past week, she had completed the "missionary" work on the outskirts and fringe districts of the City of Sin; several hundred of those little hamr necklaces had been sent out. After all, seeds of Strength were already sown, so what remained was to quietly wait for these seeds to take root and sprout.
In those little hamr necklaces, she had set initiation conditions. As soon as they sensed a wearer harboring the strong emotion of desire for Strength, to protect sothing, and to rebel, the Technique within the necklace would trigger, injecting the Magic Potion "Blood of the Hero" into the bearer's Physique, causing their awakening.

In fact, not to ntion those mortal creatures, among the Four Great Golden Calamity Races, only the Witch Clan could directly use the pure Primordial Magic Power, while the other three Races utilized variant forces of Primordial Magic Power.
The Divine Power of Faith of the Angels, the Demonic Power of Original Sin of the Demons, the Dragon's Might of the Great Dragons.
These were the special powers obtained by the three Races reprocessing the Primordial Magic Power by combining with the specific traits of their Races. Purely in terms of power and destructiveness, these three types of power might rival the Primordial Magic Power, but they ultimately lost part of the almost omnipotent magical nature of the Primordial Force.
Forget about those exotic races; even the Witches themselves aren't quite clear why they are so special. Currently, the mainstream speculation in the academic witch community points to the original Witch, who is the God King.
Scholars speculate that her Physique might be particularly special, naturally aligned with Primordial Magic Power, allowing her to carry this powerful force that does not belong to mortals.
As for the other prival Witches that followed, they aren't really considered genuine originals; historically, it appears that the other Witches were awakened by the God King, from which it can be deduced that the God King might possess the authority, "to create Witches."
World consciousness gave rise to the God King, and as the primordial Witch King by nature, she, in turn, created the Witch Clan; perhaps this is the real truth of the matter.
The scholars proposing this theory also use the prival Witches who are rare self-awakened in the current era (like the Elental Queen) as evidence.
This kind of prival Witch, whose parents are both mortals but later awaken themselves as Witches, is a phenonon only found in the Witch World. There is no such ergence of prival Witches in other worlds, surely because the God King, sitting in the Witch World, has her authority enveloping the whole world, thus enabling the gifted and extraordinary mortals to self-awaken.
Of course, this kind of speculation always remained just that, speculation, as no one dared to actually ask the God King to verify it.
But now, Dorothy proved the correctness of this hypothesis, because the most special ingredient in the "Blood of the Hero" potion was Denisha's blood.
