Basically, as long as one could perform outstandingly in the Ard Society during their studies, there's a great chance of being noticed by the recruiting officers from the major Battle Groups at graduation season. This basically ans that as long as you are fortunate enough to survive the battlefield, after a few planar conquest battles, you'd have practically everything on the fast track to a life of success.
Not to ntion, just by saying you're a mber of a certain Battle Group in the marriage market, preference in mate selection is almost certainly yours. And if you happen to be an officer, right then and there, you're the most sought-after child in several neighboring Witch Territories, and you might even be directly betrothed to a Minor Lord as a son-in-law.
Ard Witches, especially those belonging to renowned Battle Groups, hold such allure and high status in this world.
And this is the main reason why the Ard Society has so many mbers.
Basically, any little witch with a bit of combat talent, regardless of whether they can actually beco a true Ard Witch in the future, would at least try joining the Ard Society. After all, there's no harm in trying, and if it doesn't work out, they can always look to the future. But if it does work out, it's a definite windfall.

Because the current president of the Ard Society, who commands this campus' largest force, is none other than the Disciplinary Committee Chairwoman under the Student Council—Madeline.
This term, the Ard Society has already beco the personnel base for the Disciplinary Committee. The strongest mbers of the Ard Society have been recruited into the campus security team under the Disciplinary Committee—Disciplinary Team Thirteen.

A bunch of excited little witches imdiately rushed out of their dormitories, ready to get to the scene. For a ti, the sky above the Academy was filled with a dark swarm of brooms. You could see many little witches had not even changed out of their pajamas, just rushing out like that, and there were even more who had clearly climbed straight out of bed, without even washing up.
This sight left the Exotics living in the Witch Academy deeply troubled, trembling with fear, unable to comprehend why the gods were causing such a commotion. Could this be the prelude to a war of the gods?
And Dorothy, who was still unaware of what was happening in the outside world, was now following behind the Angel Witch with a rather low profile, stepping into the majestic building that resembled an Arena of the gods.
Then....
"I want to undertake a practical exam. Who in your club is the strongest fighter?"
Once inside and certain that she hadn't stirred up any trouble this ti, Dorothy dropped the act and directly addressed the club mbers with those words.
