Following behind Shangxing and Wenlin, watching the stern-faced strangers brushing past him, he leaned close to Jiang Feiyang’s ear and whispered, "Who are they? I’ve never seen them before! Why are there so many people?"

Just as the two were speaking, Gu Shenghui and Elder Lin approached. After exchanging a few words with Wenlin, Gu Shenghui glanced at Pei Yan and then walked to the side with Wenlin and Shangxing to talk, while Elder Lin strode forward, pulling Pei Yan aside to a secluded area and asking, "I heard you were injured!"
Pei Yan shook his chanical right arm, smiling wryly, "The chanical arm was broken once; I don’t know how it’s doing now."
Elder Lin gestured with his head towards Pei Yan and asked, "Take off your clothes first. Where is the broken chanical arm?"
"I absorbed it back later." As he spoke, Pei Yan straightforwardly stored his entire upper garnt into his ring, baring his torso and extending his chanical arm to Elder Lin.
"Alright, put your abilities away!" Elder Lin placed his hand on Pei Yan’s arm and said softly.
Pei Yan nodded, took a deep breath, and released the chanical state of his right arm.
"Hiss!" Seeing his blackened hand and forearm, Pei Yan couldn’t help but gasp, his arm trembling slightly.
"Don’t worry, it’s alright, don’t worry!" Elder Lin comforted Pei Yan, whose forehead had started to sweat, as a gentle inner energy manifested from his hand and rged into Pei Yan’s forearm.
From a distance, Gu Shenghui glanced over, dismissed a report from a nearby staff mber, and walked up with concern, asking, "Elder Lin, how is he?"
"It looks serious but the problem isn’t major. There’s still residual inner energy in his injured arm, let smooth it out and accelerate his self-recovery." Elder Lin replied with eyes closed while using inner energy to tend to Pei Yan’s injured arm.
"Good!" Gu Shenghui stopped speaking and stood by with his hands behind his back.
"Xiaopei, don’t resist. Let your inner energy follow along with mine and gently inject into your injured arm!" As Elder Lin spoke, he placed his inner-energy-infused hand on Pei Yan’s right shoulder, stroking downward repeatedly.
Pei Yan felt the familiar warmth flooding his body and followed Elder Lin’s guidance to slowly direct his own inner energy to his right arm, under the lead of Elder Lin’s energy, circulating from top to bottom repeatedly, impacting his injured arm.

"He, he, he’s absorbing...!" Jiang Feiyang, standing beside Elder Lin watching in amazent, couldn’t help but shout, but was imdiately silenced by a hard kick from Gu Shenghui, causing him to sit down hurriedly covering his mouth.
Gu Shenghui abruptly stood up, looking around as he morized everyone’s faces, then lowered his head to Jiang Feiyang and asked, "Do you have the Jiezhi Space with you?"

With that, he didn’t even glance at the three, turning around and shouting out to the distance, "Yuan Shaoqing!"
In the crowd, a middle-aged man not very tall and of unremarkable appearance who was directing his subordinates handed his tablet to his assistant and walked over.
After Gu Shenghui bent his head near the man’s ear to whisper a few words, the man looked up, frowning, and said softly, "Are you sure about this?"
"I’m not sure, but it looks very much like it. If it is, this news absolutely cannot leak!" Gu Shenghui answered in a serious, lowered voice.
"Understood!" Yuan Shaoqing nodded after listening, raised his hands, and clapped forcefully, commanding, "Everyone line up in formation!"
"Line up in formation!" Gu Shenghui echoed, gesturing to his subordinates to comply.
As forty-so people assembled into lines in front of them, Yuan Shaoqing pointed to the ground and ordered, "Now, I command everyone to hand over all communication devices and electronic equipnt on your person, place them here. I an everything including the rings, don’t try any tricks with . You all know the consequences of violating orders."
The more than forty people, hearing this command, looked at each other though puzzled, but still followed orders, placing their phones and rings in front of Yuan Shaoqing.
"Now split into pairs for mutual inspection, after checking once, switch partners for a second check!" Gu Shenghui ordered, looking down at the phones, rings, and tablets on the ground.
When the subordinates completed these tasks, Gu and Yuan exchanged a glance and nodded. Yuan Shaoqing called out, "Xu Zheng, Liu Pei!"
Gu Shenghui then nad, "Wenlin, Shangxing!"
The four individuals responded and stepped out from the crowd, to which Gu Shenghui said, "You’ll lead these people to the eting room upstairs, sit two seats apart from each other. You are responsible for monitoring; without orders, no one is allowed to leave the eting room or contact outside parties. Except for you four, others are not allowed to whisper or chat, understood?"
"Understood!" They all replied in unison.
Watching the puzzled crowd head upstairs under the supervision of the four, Gu Shenghui went to the utility room, found a large cardboard box, and with Yuan Shaoqing, placed the items on the floor into it. After ensuring no one was around, they carried the box into the Jiezhi Space.
As soon as the two entered the Jiezhi Space, they were imdiately t with two dazzling beams of light shining in their eyes. Squinting, Gu Shenghui saw, near a pile of debris, Pei Yan sitting cross-legged, naked like an old monk in ditation, a continuous stream of azure inner energy erging from his body covering his entire form, emitting a radiant blue glow.
"Has he already reached the level of externalizing inner energy? But what’s with this concentration! This definitely isn’t the inner energy amount a first-stage awakening should have!" Yuan Shaoqing, equally squinting and puzzled, comnted.
"Jiang Feiyang!" Gu Shenghui glanced at Elder Lin, sitting cross-legged in front of Pei Yan, emitting a white inner energy aura in silence, then softly shouted at Jiang Feiyang, who stood astounded with his mouth agape by the side.
Hearing the leader call him, Jiang Feiyang scrambled over, Yuan Shaoqing quickly asked, "What’s going on here!"
Jiang Feiyang warily glanced at Yuan Shaoqing then looked at Gu Shenghui, who nodded at him, "Speak freely, there’s no need to hide from him!"
