Sunny Reed began to struggle with all her might.
Seeing this, Charles Reed frowned. "Sunny, what’s wrong?"
Tears stread down Sunny Reed’s face, and she sobbed uncontrollably. "Dad, I want to go ho. I miss my son. I want to see Noah."
Charles Reed said, "But your mother is very worried about you. She’s gotten sick from worrying about you."
Sunny Reed’s lips trembled, and she couldn’t say a word, only shake her head again and again.
Susan Bowman saw that sothing was wrong and imdiately said, "Sunny is very weak. Let her go ho and rest for a few days. She can co see Autumn once she’s recovered; it’ll be the sa."
"Have you all forgotten I’m still here?" Chloe Reed said coolly from the side.
"And it seems I’m the one who decides whether she stays or goes."
Susan Bowman’s aged face was full of wariness and disgust. "You already have the antidote, so why are you still following us? You are not a daughter of the Reed family! The Reeds’ affairs have nothing to do with you!"
Hearing this, Sunny Reed froze.

’Chloe Reed isn’t a daughter of the Reed family?!’
’How is that possible?’
’What on earth happened while I was gone?’
But Chloe Reed just chuckled softly and said, "Although I’m not a daughter of the Reed family, they did raise for all these years. Of course, I have to repay them properly. Autumn Linton misses her so much, so naturally, I have to grant her wish."
With that, she waved her hand, and the bodyguards imdiately forced Sunny Reed into the hospital room.
Autumn Linton had already struggled out of bed. The mont she saw Sunny Reed being pushed in, she rushed forward and threw her arms around her.
"Sunny!"
She was overjoyed, hugging her one mont, then touching her arms and legs the next, as if to check that she was all in one piece. The concern on her face was so genuine, it was as if Sunny Reed were her true-born daughter.
But Sunny Reed was completely stiff. She didn’t even dare to look Autumn Linton in the eye. Her gaze kept darting toward Chloe Reed, terrified the recording would be played. She prayed and prayed for Chloe to just leave.
But Heaven did not hear her prayers.
Watching their affectionate mother-daughter reunion, Chloe Reed chuckled. "How can we let such a happy occasion pass without a little entertainnt? Let play sothing special for you."
As she spoke, she took out her phone.
"Don’t!"
"Chloe Reed, I’m begging you, don’t play it!"
"Chloe Reed!"
Sunny Reed grew frantic. She struggled and lunged toward Chloe, only to be restrained by the bodyguards. Pinned to the floor, her face was a mask of panic and helplessness.
"Sunny, get up! What on earth is going on?" Completely bewildered, Autumn Linton moved to help Sunny Reed up.
Charles Reed’s face darkened as he turned to Chloe Reed. "What are you trying to pull now?"
Chloe Reed chuckled softly. "You’ll all find out soon enough."
As her words faded, a recording of Sunny Reed’s heart-wrenching cries began to play from the phone.
"I had my reasons! I just want revenge!"
"That’s right, I want revenge! I used to have a happy family, but it was Charles Reed and his wife—they’re the ones who killed my parents and made an orphan! Don’t I have the right to get my revenge?"
"They killed my parents, then hypocritically offered to adopt , promising to love forever. But I already had parents who loved ! It’s all their fault. So why should I let them live peacefully? They don’t deserve it!"
