The flight was delayed; it was supposed to arrive at Solara Airport at 7 PM, but it didn’t land until 9. Assistant Rhodes picked up Simon Forrester and Sienna Thornton, and it was already 10 o’clock by then.
The car drove straight towards the destination along the winding coastal road.
Sienna Thornton rested her chin on her hand, watching the blue and green sea scenery outside the window, frequently exclaiming, "Norport is so beautiful! The climate is so comfortable too!"
She had just gotten off the plane and taken off her long trench coat. Now she was only wearing a fresh light blue shirt dress. The wind blew in through the car window, creating a breeze between her skin and the fabric, making it very refreshing.
Simon Forrester was looking down at docunts, not speaking, while Harrison Rowe, sitting in the front passenger seat, eagerly took over the conversation: "I also really like Norport. It’s clean and ecological. It would be great to settle down here one day."

ntioning this, Sienna Thornton’s previously clear voice suddenly softened, "My mother’s health isn’t great. After you said that, I feel like we should settle here for her sake."
"Exactly, if you have that thought, you should hurry. The housing prices in Norport are steadily rising, averaging around ten thousand now. In a few years, it won’t be this price anymore. Rember Brimfield’s average price per square ter in 2009? It’s more than ten tis that now..."
"Ahem," Simon Forrester, who had been silent the whole way, suddenly coughed lightly, lifting his eyes and casting a cold glance at Harrison Rowe, "talking so much?"
Assistant Rhodes didn’t dare to chatter idly with Sienna Thornton anymore.
Sienna turned to Simon Forrester for help, "Hey Mr. Forrester, are you familiar with the real estate developers here?"
"I know a few, but not very well."
"You know so?" Sienna’s interest was piqued. She turned around to face Simon Forrester, looking up at him with admiration, "Then can you help inquire about the price of a small two-bedroom here? If the price is right, I want to take a loan to buy one..."
"Bang!" Simon Forrester closed the docunt forcefully, turned his face to look at her, raising an eyebrow slightly, "You want to develop a guesthouse and buy a house in Norport? Can you handle both?"
Sienna responded quickly, "So you an you’re only willing to help with one?"
Simon Forrester didn’t deny it.
Sienna seized the opportunity, "Then I still want to focus on the guesthouse. So you’ll help design the plans?"
Simon Forrester acquiesced.
Sienna cheered "Yay" and turned to smile brightly at Harrison Rowe, "Assistant Rhodes, you heard that, your Mr. Forrester is willing to help design the guesthouse!"
Assistant Rhodes neither nodded nor shook his head, glancing slightly at Simon Forrester, only to see a faint smile playing at the corners of his lips...
At ten thirty, the car arrived near the project site in the southern sea area of Norport, stopping in front of a standalone villa in the South of France style.
Assistant Rhodes got out of the car, just about to walk around to open the door for Simon Forrester, when Simon Forrester got out himself, walked to the other side, and personally opened the car door for Sienna Thornton, helping her out of the car.
