"In this world, who wields the Circulation Dao?"

Fu Manman quickly thought.

Then, she thought of one person:

The Immortal Emperor of the Shangjing Immortal Dynasty.

But what reason would the Immortal Emperor have to co to the Dragon Observation Platform at the Fallen Immortal Land of Taiping Continent to cause trouble!

Fu Manman gritted her teeth. The Eternal Dao was being restricted, greatly diminishing the power she could exert. Her spirit surged, always ready to make a run for it. The trip to the Dragon Observation Platform at the Fallen Immortal Land had far exceeded her expectations. Soone who controls the Circulation Dao, along with all sorts of mysterious techniques erging endlessly. Battling such an enemy posed too great a risk, especially since they were in the Fallen Immortal Land, where a slight mistake could affect the entire world.

As the Human World Executor Dao of Wangxian Pavilion and the Little Freedom Official of the White Jade Capital, she couldn’t bear this responsibility.

The most sensible approach was to seek help.

With this thought, her spirit trembled. She activated the Teleportation Talisman hidden within her, intending to leave this place.

However, just as she activated it, she felt a strange force locking onto her spirit. The Teleportation Talisman hidden deep within her spirit was suddenly pulled out. Her eyes widened, her breath caught, completely unaware of how the other party had done it: snatching sothing directly from one’s spirit!

"My God! What kind of thod is this!"

Fu Manman was stunned. She felt that even the Great Freedom and Carefree Officials of the Three Elders Pavilion in the White Jade Capital might not be able to directly snatch sothing from her spirit.

With the Teleportation Talisman taken, she completely lost her ans of escape.

And the finger pressing on her forehead was about to fully reveal its form.

Unable to escape, she decided to do nothing, coldly watching the person in front of her, wanting to know exactly what he was! She opened her eyes wide, intending to see the person clearly, and then directly use the Little Freedom Order to communicate with the White Jade Capital, recording this person’s energy, spirit, and way, and dealing with him later.

However,

when the true appearance of the person before her was revealed, she forgot to do anything.

Fan Wubing withdrew his finger from Fu Manman’s forehead, and with a smile, said, "Impressive! Originally, I wanted to test your progress. If it weren’t for just happening to know the Circulation Dao, I really would have fallen into your hands."

There was sothing extraordinary in his eyes, amazed at the might of the Eternal Dao. If not for the Circulation Dao, any effort would have been unable to break through.

Fu Manman stared blankly at Fan Wubing. In that instant, all her mories with him surged up like a tide, overwhelming her consciousness. From eting for the first ti at four years old, to their first journey together at fourteen, to expressing her feelings for the first ti at fifteen at the Valley of the Water Spirit in Canglang Country, to the journey to the Changsheng Continent, to the journey to the Sea of Eternal Life, to... countless years of companionship and watching in the long river of ti during the Celestial Snake period, and finally to watching him dissipate into the world.

All the experiences, like shattered pieces of a mirror, glimred with brilliance. She used all her strength to piece these fragnts back together.

When emotions reach their peak, perhaps they beco utterly calm.

Fu Manman felt neither joy nor grievance nor sadness. She just stood there, like a painting.

Fan Wubing looked at her,

she looked at Fan Wubing.

And when the extre emotions faded, calmness was no more.

Fu Manman suddenly crouched down, buried her head in her knees, and silently sobbed. She trembled fiercely, curling up like a young bird drenched in rain.

Fan Wubing took a step forward, crouched down as well, and lifted her head, looking into her tear-filled, reddened eyes, and gently said:

"It’s the first ti I’ve seen you cry."

He reached out to wipe away her tears at the corners of her eyes.

Fu Manman pressed her lips together, her eyes unblinking, staring fixedly at Fan Wubing, and after a mont, she spoke:

"What do you think I’m crying for!"

"For what?" Fan Wubing blinked and asked.

Fu Manman punched him hard on the chest, "You jerk!"

She said, stood up, took a step, and was about to leave this place. After walking a small distance, she turned back, and with a face full of resentnt, stared at him and questioned,

"Why didn’t you stop !"

"Because you would co back," Fan Wubing smiled.

Hearing this, Fu Manman’s tears fell again, unstoppable, "You always do this, you’ll lose soday, you’ll lose !"

Fan Wubing held her, his voice soft and deep, "No, I won’t. Since I ca back, how could I let you leave? If I don’t marry you and bring you ho, my father won’t let in."

Fu Manman sobbed,

"You always do this, you always do this! Making people sad, then making them happy. Why did I have to fall in love with you..." Suddenly, she began to tremble, a look of terror across her face, "No... I shouldn’t be angry with you. I’m sorry... I’m sorry. Clearly, you were the one enduring everything alone, I shouldn’t be mad."

She tightly gripped Fan Wubing’s shoulders, "I’m not angry anymore, so, don’t leave anymore, okay."

Afraid that Fan Wubing might leave again, a hint of plea seeped into her tone.

"I... I have prepared so many gifts for you. I thought that when the day you ca back, I’d give them all to you." Fu Manman began pulling out various gifts from the sleeve of her storage space, each one exquisitely wrapped, "These are for your birthday... these are for New Year’s... this is for the Dao... this is for the Opening Day..." Over the past twenty years, for every holiday, she had prepared gifts, all items collected while patrolling the Dao across the world, each with its own characteristic.

Books, crafts, paintings, pastries...

They were not ethereal treasures brimming with spiritual energy, but mostly mundane objects, each one unique.
