Zheng-Fu quickly regained his composure and didn't reveal the truth to the three of them. The reason for his earlier expression, however, was due to the disturbing truth he had just uncovered from the demon. Along with their evil plans, he had also learned so bad news.

Den's calm, polite deanor, combined with his good looks, made Lin-Ying forget all about the Qing-Niang-Ji Heavenly Hall Leader who had transford into a demon.

"Big Sister! Big Sister is awake!" Before Den could respond, the voices of the other two girls rang out as they rushed toward their elder sister, interrupting the mont.
"Xiao-Jing! Pi-Er!" Lin-Ying imdiately turned to look at her two younger sisters, tears of relief streaming down her face. She had feared they might be in danger. But this emotional mont didn't last long. It faded when she realized they were still in Qing-Niang-Ji Heavenly Hall. And then, a question struck her—where was the demon?
"The demon! Where is that demon?" Lin-Ying asked her sisters urgently.
"It's over there, Sister Lin-Ying!" Lin-Pi quickly pointed to the demon's figure.

Lin-Ying turned to where her sister was pointing and saw the demon, now almost dead from blood loss. He had attempted so action in a desperate bid to kill Zheng-Fu and the others, but Zheng-Fu had already dealt with his mind.
"Why is he like that? Who did this?" she asked, shocked. She knew the demon had been the Qing-Niang-Ji Heavenly Hall Leader and a highly skilled master. But what surprised her even more was that there was soone here stronger than him.
"Miss! Before you ask any more questions, you might want to put so clothes on—you're showing off your beautiful body right now!" Before Lin-Ying could get an answer, Diao's voice rang out, pointing out her current state.

But ti was running out, as the magic item's effects were nearly over. If they stayed any longer, things would get worse. The three girls prepared to flee, but before they could, Zheng-Fu, who had been silent for a long ti, finally spoke up.
"Where are you three going?" His voice, though not loud, carried authority and pressure.
"We... we... we were going back to change clothes!" Lin-Ying quickly responded, halting in her tracks.
"Change clothes? Why bother, when you're planning to leave this place? But it won't be that easy, because as long as your slave contract is still valid, stepping out of Qing-Niang-Ji Heavenly Hall will an instant death for all three of you."
Zheng-Fu calmly smirked, teasing them. He knew they wanted to leave but had forgotten one crucial thing—the slave contract still bound them to the place, made by the demon.
Panic flashed in Lin-Ying's eyes. She turned and directly begged Zheng-Fu, "Please give us that slave contract. We promise to repay you generously. Just give us that contract!"
"Promise? What assurance do I have that you'll keep it once I give you the contract? Do you think I'm a fool? Whether or not I give it to you depends on how much you can satisfy !" Zheng-Fu replied with a sly grin. If he could see himself, he'd know how devious he looked.

"Big Brother! Please, give them the contract. I beg you!" Den, feeling pity for the three girls, suddenly knelt before Zheng-Fu, pleading for the three girls with a serious look on his face.
"Yes, Big Brother, please! Give them that contract. Just look at them. How can you still hurt them after seeing how pitiful they are?" Diao joined in, asking on behalf of Lin-Pi, who had caught his eye.

"Big Brother! May I exchange my life for theirs?" Den suddenly spoke up. He wasn't offering to trade the lives of the clan's mbers, but rather his own life in exchange for the slave contracts of the three girls.

Both Diao and the three girls were shocked when they heard this. However, Zheng-Fu wasn't surprised at all. He had already anticipated that Den would say this, and it was exactly what he wanted.

After finishing, Zheng-Fu tossed the three slave contracts to Den.
