"Father and Mother are always by your side!" Kong-Shi playfully knuckled Zheng-Fu's head while offering these warm words.
"Father!" Zheng-Fu's expression softened with gratitude, a few tears slipping down his cheeks, making the mont feel inexplicably warm.
But before the appreciation could go any further, Zheng-Fu suddenly exclaid, "Father! You're stepping on my foot!"
"Oh!" Kong-Shi quickly lifted his foot when he realized he had indeed been standing on Zheng-Fu's foot. "I'm sorry; I didn't an to!"
"It's all right, Father. I'm not hurt. With my current strength, it would be difficult for you to injure . Speaking of which, I have sothing I'd like to give you!" As Zheng-Fu ntioned his body's resilience, he recalled sothing he had prepared for his parents.
With a swift motion, ten bottles filled with purple liquid appeared in Zheng-Fu's palm. He handed them to his father.
"What are these?" Kong-Shi asked while receiving them, intrigued.
"These are the divine elixir that will restore your body and make you feel seventeen again!" Zheng-Fu said mischievously, not fully revealing its true effects, intending to surprise his father. So he told him that it was a type of energizing dope, since older n all tended to want this kind of dicine.
"Really?" Kong-Shi's eyes widened, glimring with excitent.
"Yes, Father. If you don't believe , drink it, and you'll see!" Zheng-Fu nodded, a sly smile creeping onto his face.
Without hesitation, Kong-Shi opened one of the bottles and drank it all in one go. He eagerly anticipated the effects, but what he felt next wasn't what he had expected. An intense energy wave began to surge within him, flooding through his pulse points and generating a frenzied aura.

A powerful explosion resounded from within Kong-Shi's energy realm, signaling his advancent to the next level—twice in succession.
"Father, try to finish absorbing it before Mother's done cooking, or she'll be angry with you!" Zheng-Fu advised, urging his father to absorb as much energy from the Purple Heavenly Demon Potion as possible. It would take about one shichen or perhaps longer, but this was crucial to elevate his father's energy level, especially since Zheng-Fu would only be staying for a short ti.
Kong-Shi understood and quickly sat in a ditative position, focusing on absorbing the intense energy. His martial arts skills were substantial, making it easy for him to process and absorb this wild energy rapidly.
Before Zheng-Fu left, another explosion resounded from Kong-Shi's energy realm, followed by energy waves from his promotion. In a blink, he had advanced three levels. Who knew how high he might go if he absorbed it all?
An hour later…
"Your father is too much. Even at a ti like this, he didn't stop his work to join us for a al. His son finally cos ho, and he misses it! Wait until he's back—I'll scold him until his ears ring!"

"It's nothing, Mother. Just a bit of a stomachache. I'll go take care of it," Zheng-Fu replied, concealing the truth from his mother as he excused himself to his room.
Once he finished speaking, Zheng-Fu rose and left the dining room, heading to his room. Sothing serious was happening within his dinsional space: the snow forest had begun to dissolve, and frozen plants and beastly creatures were escaping from their frozen state.
Among those monster beasts were the two foxes Zheng-Fu had been looking for, but they were not alone. Several little fox cubs were with them. Zheng-Fu hurried back to his room and moved to an open courtyard behind it to summon them.
Flap!
"Co out!"
Woooooosh!
Thump! Thump! Thump!
As soon as Zheng-Fu reached the open courtyard, he summoned the two foxes and all their cubs.
Grrr! Grrr! Grrr!
Upon appearing, the little foxes imdiately growled at Zheng-Fu. However, the adult foxes reacted differently. Their fluffy tails wagged excitedly as they ran toward him, joyful to see him.

"That's enough! Stop licking my face—it's completely covered in your saliva!" Zheng-Fu gently pushed the foxes away as they covered him in affectionate licks. The cubs, seeing their parents' friendliness, relaxed and started wagging their tails instead of growling.
"How did you and your little ones get into the forbidden forest?" Zheng-Fu asked curiously, then realized they couldn't answer. They simply barked in a series of dog-like sounds.

"All right, enough! I can't understand you. Just know that you're forbidden from entering the clan's restricted forest again, okay? Next ti, you might not be so lucky. Now, I'll go deal with those monster beasts in the forest first. You all stay here and guard this place!"

"Hah! You noticed without looking, yet you say I startled you? Tricky boy!" Kong-Shi scolded lightly. "Did you know your mother scolded senseless last night? She thinks I'm so work-obsessed that I'd skip a al with my own son!"
"It's not my fault, Father! How could I know Mother would do that? Besides, I did this for your sake. Look at you now—you're an interdiate Immortal Soul cultivator! You went from the advanced Immortal stage to this new level in just one day. Instead of complaining, you should be thanking !" Zheng-Fu teased, feigning hurt feelings.
"Don't act like that, silly kid! I know you did it for . I'm thrilled with my new energy level. Usually, my duties keep too busy to train, so my progress has been slow. This was all thanks to your 'stimulant'!"
Kong-Shi grinned widely, practically glowing with pride over his new strength. If he didn't have breakfast plans with his family, he would have been tempted to drink another bottle to keep cultivating.
"Don't overdo it, Father. If you take too much, it might do more harm than good!"
