Hanging up on Wen Qingsheng, Zhou Dong quickly asked, “Xiaoyu, aren’t you concerned about not taking cooperation with Lotus Supermarket in Sacred Land County more seriously?”
Wu Xiaoyu handed the phone back to him, pressing him down onto the sofa, and laughed, “How could I not care?”
“Then why did you…” Zhou Dong didn’t finish his sentence as he realized Wu Xiaoyu’s cunning. Pointing at him with a grin, he said, “I knew it! You really have a knack for business!”
“Oh, shut up! You’re the cunning one! Your whole family is cunning!” Wu Xiaoyu retorted without hesitation.
They exchanged so jabs but then burst into hearty laughter. It was true, there’s no business without so cunning!
Once you enter the business world, you can’t help but beco more shrewd, because being too naive would an a big loss!
However, being cunning doesn’t an deceiving or fooling custors; it’s just about outsmarting competitors and suppliers to avoid losses!

“Of course! How else would he have my phone number? He ca over yesterday noon. I told him you went to the city, and he asked for my number before leaving disappointed,” Zhou Dong explained truthfully.
Knowing that Wen Qingsheng had indeed been to Longhe Town, Wu Xiaoyu felt even more confident. It was clear that Wen Qingsheng was genuinely interested in his mushroom sauce and not just repaying a favor.
