Before the Night of Decisive Battle. In the office room of the mansion. All the Pleiades were present before Arthur.
Sebas was the first one to talk. "My lord, their training is complete."
To which Arthur nodded, as he already knew that, as Sebes had already submitted the report about their growth and the training thod they used to increase the power of Rias's peerage.
"How are they?" Arthur asked.
While the statistics did show improvent, Arthur wants to know from the ntors how their students are.
Pleiades looked at each other, then Solution stepped forward.
She bowed gracefully to Arthur, her golden hair cascading over her shoulder like liquid sunlight. "In terms of physical ability and magical control, they have all shown satisfactory improvent," she began, her tone calm and professional. "Rias Gremory, in particular, has adapted well to the refinent training. Her control over demonic energy is far more precise now. However…"
She paused briefly. "She still relies too much on her emotions in battle. I made sure she felt the consequences of that during our sessions. But I believe that alone won't be able to change that nature of her. If I had gotten more ti, then I could have produced a better result. I am ashad of my failure; I hope my Lord isn't displeased with it. She once again gives Arthur a bow.
Arthur just waved his hand. "Nothing like that solution; what you've done is more than enough. That not applies to just Solution, Rest of the Pleiades as well."
Solution stepped back, and Narberal took her place. Her posture was stiff, almost militaristic, and her voice carried its usual cold precision.
"Akeno Hijima possesses considerable magical potential, especially with her hybrid heritage. But she was hesitant to use her fallen angel powers, deeming them impure." Narberal's lips curved faintly—an expression that was almost, but not quite, a smile—"While I couldn't bring out her Fallen Angel Power, after several… persuasive demonstrations of her inadequacy, she began to use her magic power more diversely even without her hybrid heritage."
Arthur raised a brow. "Persuasive demonstrations?"
Narberal nodded once. "Repeated defeats through overwhelming lightning strikes. I ensured she experienced the difference between potential and power."
There was an awkward silence. Even Sebas coughed lightly, trying to mask his amusent.
Arthur sighed but smiled. "Effective, as always."
Next was Lupusregina. She grinned brightly, her hands behind her back. "Asia-chan was adorable! So polite and nervous, like a tiny baby deer! But she's got guts when it matters. I made her heal illusionary soldiers who scread, bled, and begged. At first, she panicked every ti, but by the end of training, she could focus through the chaos. Not bad for soone who hates seeing blood. Arthur-sama, can I have Asia-chan...?"
Yuri just punched Lupus on the head before she could continue. "I apologize for sister behavior, my lord."
"It's alright, Yuri. That's what I love about her." Arthur said with a smile.
"Arthur-sama said he loves ." Lupus started to murmur.
While Arthur still didn't know what was so special about that. He has already slept with them, but they still behave like it's the first ti he is telling them that he loves them.
Yuri Alpha stepped forward next, bowing deeply before speaking. "Koneko Toujou possesses a remarkable physical foundation. Her durability and instincts are strong. I tested her reaction and timing through high-speed combat. I instructed her to land a clean strike on , no matter how long it took. She managed it by the end."
Arthur nodded. "And her potential?"
"Just like Narberal said about Akeno Hijima, Koneko is also similar in a sense; she still suppresses her true strength. Her heritage as a Nekomata remains untapped, but I believe she has begun to accept it, little by little."
"That is enough for now," Arthur said. "For soone burdened by the past, acceptance is already victory."
Finally, Shizu raised her hand slightly—an almost robotic motion—before stepping forward. Her voice was quiet, her expression unreadable. "Kiba Yuuto: skilled with a sword, fast, agile. But predictable. I trained him to sharpen his instincts and increase his agility through projectile evasion."
Arthur tilted his head. "Wooden bullets primarily then to iron bullets."
"Confirmative. They hurt."
The room went still.
"What is the percentage?" Since Shizu is an automation, she has already recorded Kiba's training files in her mory. So she could give a number according to the statue Kiba gave.
"Yes. He dodged 40% by the final day at my normal firing speed. Before training, he was hit by all."
Arthur nodded. Even if it was normal speed, a 40% increase in 10 days is a lot.
Sebas folded his arms behind his back, his expression as stoic as ever. "He lacks experience and mana, but he has courage and the will to push forward. His reaction to death was promising—he overca pure fear through emotional resolve. Crude, but effective. He is still unrefined, yet… his spirit is unyielding. If you give permission, my lord, I would like to continue the training. I also believe he will be able to hear Ddrag's words if his training continues. After all, He still has to awaken his sacred gear's full potential."
Arthur listened quietly.
He looked at each of the Pleiades one by one. "You've all done well. This training wasn't just to make them stronger for the Rating Ga. It was to open their eyes to what true power demands."
Sebas inclined his head. "Then, shall I assu preparations for tomorrow are in place?"
"Yes," Arthur said. "And You will also co with to Underworld tomorrow."
Hearing that, the Pleiades and Sebas just looked at him.
"You are the one who trained them; don't you want to see how they perform in a battle? And it's been a while since I took Pleiades on a date." Arthur said with a smile as he looked at the now blushing Pleiades maids.
