Now reading: Chapter 103 - 96: Encounter at the Convention, Sophie Scott from Overprotected By My Tsundere CEO, a Romance novel by Fruit Bottle.

Nora Scott rembered, during her ti at Virtue Retreat, she did hear Sophie Scott ntion that she would attend this comic expo...

Following behind Sophie was a person wearing a wide-brimd hat and sunglasses, arms crossed, with a high-cold and aloof deanor. From the attire, it was exactly the Isabella Hart she had seen outside the door earlier.

Laura Collins saw Isabella Hart, but didn’t greet her proactively, rely nodded towards Sophie.

She called out, "UU."

UU?

Sophie?

Behind those large sunglasses were beautiful eyebrows that slightly arched upwards.

Debuting by mimicking Zero, called the second Zero, and still friends with Lily Turner. So, the autograph Jesse Johnson imitated... was it from Sophie?

The thought circled in her mind, as Sophie exchanged a few words with Laura, her gaze already sweeping over in this direction.

"Is this your friend—" Before the words could fall, Sophie recognized her, a look of astonishnt flashed across her delicate face, and she exclaid, "Nora Scott?"

Seeing her reaction, Nora didn’t conceal anything either, pushing her sunglasses down to reveal eyes with a hint of a smile, exchanged a gaze with Sophie for two seconds to reveal her identity, then pushed the sunglasses back up.

Beside them, Isabella, who had approached, happened to see this scene, and Nora’s beautiful eyes startled her, but rising in her heart was a surge of jealousy and displeasure.

Nora Scott, the once-washed-up celebrity who debuted based on good looks and recently trended multiple tis...

Isn’t it just a good-looking face?

Nothing to be amazed about.

Isabella felt disdain, all her emotions hidden beneath the eyes covered by large sunglasses, remaining in that noble and cold deanor.

Laura chuckled and sighed, "You know each other."

Nora replied blandly, "t a few tis."

And that’s the extent of it.

Upon seeing Nora, Sophie couldn’t help but feel guilty, appearing nervous and tense, even the curvature of her raised lips seed stiff and awkward.

Ever since the online release of "First Ruins," Sophie often thought of Nora, praying they never et again. But she never expected that they would et again at a comic expo, exposing her identity as UU completely.

Laura pointed at Nora, introducing, "This is the friend I ntioned who wants to draw manga."

"Huh?"

Sophie responded in a daze, her voice even wavering, her heart pounding in her throat, ready to leap out at any mont.

She mustered up the courage to glance at Nora.

Yet, saw nothing of anger or hostility in Nora’s eyes, instead, a calm and composed deanor, as if nothing had happened.

Eh?

Is it that she doesn’t know about "First Ruins," or is she deliberately playing it down?

Vaguely rembering Lily Turner saying that Nora’s acting was poor, Sophie observed Nora closely, thinking if it was an act, then Nora was indeed too natural.

Which ans, perhaps Nora hadn’t seen "First Ruins," or perhaps there was sothing off about the storyboard...

So Sophie slightly cald her mind.

"I see," Sophie’s lip curve softened a bit, due to unease; she stepped back half a step, glanced at Isabella on the side, then hurriedly introduced, "She’s called Isabella Hart, a popular manga artist. I am just a novice, Miss Scott, if you have any questions, you can ask Isabella."

Sophie appeared adorable, her words pleasant, plus with the current title of "most promising erging manga artist" and the explosive work "First Ruins," praising Isabella in this way naturally made Isabella feel appreciated.

The previously cold lip line also ward gradually.

"Hello."

Isabella proactively greeted Nora, giving Sophie so face.

Even though she looked down upon Nora, struggling in the entertainnt industry, and didn’t believe Nora’s shift to manga would yield any remarkable works. She even thought that even if Nora produced sothing, it’d be crafted by a "ghostwriter."

Given Nora’s recent streak of "publicity stunts", the title "manga artist" was probably just a pretext for a coback.

Still, thinking of pursuing manga was quite a novel angle for Nora’s team.

"Asking for advice isn’t necessary," Nora hooked her lips in a smile, her lazy tone unrushed, yet the words were entirely rciless, "so people aren’t qualified."
