Nora Scott cursed him for not being able to snatch the chicken wings and braised pork.
Flora Loughton cursed him because she didn’t see the ssage in ti.

"Isn’t it a coincidence, the person Miss Loughton ntioned turned out to be Katherine." Nora Scott spun her phone with her fingers and suddenly tilted her head to ask Pedro Langley with a teasing smile, "Katherine is back?"

Putting the phone aside, Pedro Langley made a sound of acknowledgnt.
The phone kept vibrating.
Pedro Langley furrowed his brows.
At this mont, Nora Scott glanced at him and casually asked, "Not replying to your ssages from Loughton?"

Pedro Langley was taken aback, "You found out?"
"Hmm." Nora Scott gave a lazy smile, leaning back against the sofa, then picked up the remote control and turned on the TV, "Earlier when I saw her, I recorded a clip of her playing for Linfield. Linfield’s first reaction was, ’Which school is this teacher from?’ He was asking about the school, but to be specific, he ant—’which university’. The implication being, the previous conversation was ant specifically for Pedro Langley to hear.

Nora Scott switched the TV to a music channel, coincidentally replaying Flora Loughton’s long flute performance, dressed in an evening gown, graceful and beautiful under the stage lights, stunningly striking.
After a mont, Nora Scott focused on Pedro Langley, asking: "Nothing to say?"
"No." Pedro Langley didn’t offer any excuses, obediently taking the punishnt, "Ready for madam’s penalty."
Nora Scott slightly lifted her chin, her gaze shifted to the TV screen, speaking lazily, "I grant you the opportunity to make up for it."

Pedro Langley took the initiative to massage her shoulders.
Nora Scott gazed at him with a smile; the previous anger and chill had vanished. She gently scratched his chin, saying, "I want to build a good relationship with her. Don’t reveal that I know."

Throwing a tantrum appropriately, in Nora Scott’s eyes, isn’t a big deal.
