Finished the noodles, Pedro Langley finally realized the difference between Nora Scott and Fátima— Fátima would clean up the table and dishes, unlike Nora, who would remind him to do so.
"Go ahead."
Fátima, habitually tidying up, clapped her hands after leaving the kitchen and spoke to Pedro.
?
Wasn’t Nora supposed to stay quiet?
Fátima paced over, opened the door, and asked Nora, "Finished reading?"
Finally, Nora reacted.
She lifted her eyelids, glanced at the two, and said, "Almost done."
"Oh," Fátima nodded slightly, then said, "Rivers is at ho being idle, have him assist you."
Nora was taken aback, "Hmm?"
"Making mathematical models," Fátima said, "If you don’t have enough people, I’ve recently interacted with so tech personnel who want special recruitnt—"
!!!
Having been accustod to building models with her brain, she unexpectedly forgot there is a scientific thod for this.
"These schematics are not suitable for publicizing," Nora said, "Let’s go with Rivers."
"Alright."
Fátima nodded in agreent.
Pedro Langley: "..." Not knowing another person, couldn’t join the topic.
*
The "Rivers" that Nora and Fátima ntioned is Hardy Rivers, who originally worked in electronic warfare but is proficient with many technologies, being a top-tier technician cultivated by heavy investnt from the nation, and a "ace" that major departnts vie for.
For several years before, he was in the first line, researching theory and practical integration.
He just retired from the front line earlier this year, unlike his good buddy who chose an official intelligence agency; instead, he was assigned to a military academy as a professor while handling so significant research.
However, he’s been idle recently, much like Fátima.
Once the phone connected, Fátima explained the situation with a few words.
After listening, Rivers considered for a mont and made a decision, "Send the blueprints."
"You might not understand them."
"So?"
"Now hurry over," Fátima said matter-of-factly, "I’m at Cloudwater Haven."
"..." Rivers paused briefly, and then said one word at a ti, "Our cheap friendship can’t bear such weight, let’s cut ties."
"See you in an hour."
Dominant officer Fátima hung up the phone.
During the call—
Nora, at so point, moved beside Pedro, tugging at his sleeve, whispering, "Ask ."
"What?"
Pedro was puzzled.
Glancing towards Fátima, Nora hinted, "ntion ’chanism City’."
Sensing Nora’s ploy, Pedro raised his brows and gently reminded, "She’s your dear senior sister."
Not only a dear senior sister, but she’s also pregnant.
Nora said, "Who knows if the Loulanel plan is official, having her involved would make it easier for us."
"..."
Pedro weighed the seriousness of the matter.
Then, he said, "Are these all chanism City schematics?"
Just as expected—
The next second, Fátima responded, "What chanism City?"
Nora glanced at Pedro, raised a brow, and praised.
Yet, Nora’s acting skills were hard to describe, and having interacted with Nora since childhood, Fátima imdiately saw through, "You’re acting for , right?"
Exposed, Nora didn’t feel guilty and frankly smiled at Fátima.
Fátima was montarily speechless.
She’s spoiled.
...
With the story being a bit lengthy, while waiting for Rivers, Pedro was mostly recounting the causes and effects.
Fátima listened with keen interest.
"This matter is easy to resolve—" Fátima understood their intention directly, "If it’s really an official project, I’ll just file a report. This isn’t sothing you initiated, nothing to do with you."
Nora raised her brows, "Just like that?"
"Yeah."
With her, there isn’t anything a report can’t solve.
If there is, then add another.
After all, she’s quite familiar with the official circle.
With just a few nonchalant words, Fátima easily resolved their concerns.
——Assuring they wouldn’t be held accountable.

Because of needing to care for her pregnancy, Fátima didn’t participate much in the Loulanel plan, just instructed Rivers to pay attention, since it wasn’t easy for her little sister to do sothing decent, instead of causing trouble.
Rivers agreed.
——However, it’s for the sake of Pedro’s company’s research on new drones.
For several consecutive days, Nora was busy with Rivers handling the schematics.
After seeing these schematics, Nora knew it was pretty much the sa as "chanism City." Moreover, these schematics are just a small part. If using "Escape Room" chanisms as an example, it might only be equivalent to two rooms among them, with vastness outside, no one knowing whether it’s one building or two.
Luckily Antonio Easton didn’t scramble the schematics into a ss; otherwise, even Nora couldn’t possibly rebuild them.
