Nora Scott was still staying at the place Benjamin Durant had arranged for her.

In the evening, Nora had a video chat with Hardy Rivers about the model. The progress was faster than anticipated; so far, two out of the four blueprints were completed, and the speed continued to increase.

As an outsider, Hardy, in such a short ti, had gradually grasped the essentials, with a comprehension ability that was truly exceptional.

A person like him, unanimously recognized by Fátima and others as a "Ace," was not without reason.

Among the many outstanding individuals Nora had encountered, Hardy was one of the top ones.

"If you can gather the remaining three, we can handle it by the first half of the year," Hardy said, "I’ve also brought soone else in."

"Who?" Nora raised an eyebrow.

"A friend from the official intelligence agency, nad Daniel Ford."

"Oh."

Nora had so impression of Daniel Ford... reportedly a good buddy of Hardy and a cousin of Frank Ford.

There were several etings between Biel Hall and the official intelligence agency, and he was the one responsible for liaising. Nora had interacted with him a few tis. A rather cold person, but indeed capable.

"So..."

Hardy paused.

Nora: "Hmm?"

Hardy urged, "Hurry up."

"..."

"I want to see chanism City," Hardy stated directly.

"..."

This is the reason you’re so eager to help?!

It turned out that the curiosity of a techie really shouldn’t be stimulated. Hardy kept pulling Nora into a late-night discussion, only to find that Pedro Langley had called more than ten tis, and she hadn’t picked up.

She called back.

"Just arrived in Anchel and you’re already in a rush to hide a dog-man from ?" Pedro opened with displeasure.

"..."

Pressing her brow, Nora explained it to him in a few words.

Pedro snorted lightly, taking it as acceptance, then asked, "How long will you stay there?"

"I don’t know," Nora said. "Trying to find the blueprints; it might take so ti."

Pedro imdiately said, "In that case, I’ll co to Anchel in a while."

"Not working?"

"The new drone is ready for a trial run."

"..."

A few companies are impressive, huh!

The next day, at noon, Nora arrived at Virtue Retreat on ti.

Benjamin Durant was sitting ostentatiously at the front desk, and upon seeing Nora and Rosie Sullivan arrive, he waved them over, "Third floor, Cloudwater Haven."

"Oh."

Nora responded and led Rosie upstairs.

Familiar way.

Nora was even more familiar with Anchel’s Virtue Retreat than the one in the Capital City.

Rosie had done her howork thoroughly, explaining to Nora as they walked, "Last night, I investigated the internal intelligence network of Biel Hall, but there’s no trace of the ’Living Map of the Northwest.’

"Hmm."

The identity information of your Hall Master is completely blocked; it would be strange if you could find it.

"So we can only rely on inquiries, unsure if it’s true."

Rosie furrowed her brows, relaying the rumors she had gathered to Nora.

Basically, all those strange tales circulating in the Martial World, ten percent truth, ninety percent fiction. Additionally, she ntioned the book that an obsessed fan of the ’Living Map of the Northwest’ wrote for her.

Coming out of the elevator, Rosie shifted her focus, "Moreover, after this appearance, the behavior of the Living Map has changed noticeably. She started naming her price outright. Took two jobs in half a month, the price was surprisingly high, but both were completed successfully, so as long as the rich needed her, they all quickly sought after her. This ti, we were able to book her based on Biel Hall’s privileges."

Nora: "..." No wonder it was earlier than Frank Ford’s booking.

As they spoke, the two arrived at "Cloudwater Haven."

Rosie glanced at Nora, and with Nora’s consent, she stepped forward to push the door open.

In a retro and unique private room sat a young man. One foot was propped up on the chair, a pile of food on the table, which he was eating directly, without any manners.

He was quite handso.

—Put a slightly ugly face in his place, and just one look would be annoying. But with his looks and physique, his deanor added a touch of carefree sophistication.

Hearing the door open, he looked back—

Upon seeing Nora, he froze montarily.

Instinctively, he put his leg down from the chair, wiped his greasy mouth with the back of his hand, and asked in surprise, "It’s you who booked ?"

Rosie stifled the urge to frown, responding with a "hmm."

"Co on, co on." The man stood up, waving them over, his eyes seemingly glued to Nora, "This beauty looks familiar."

Nora gave him a glance and said in a mild tone, "A celebrity."

"It’s really you!" The man pulled out two napkins, wiped his fingers, then reached out to Nora, "Nora Scott! It’s an honor, it’s an honor!"

"Forget it." Nora said unhurriedly, "We top-tier celebrities, tend to have a bit of a germophobic tendency."

She was blunt, giving no face at all.

The man laughed, showing no embarrassnt, retracting his hand, "That’s right, that’s right. How presumptuous of ."

Walking to the table, Nora lazily lifted her gaze, "The Living Map’s assistant?"

The man continued to smile, "That’s ."

Nora said, "Let’s discuss."

"Please sit."

The man pointed to the seats beside them.

The ss of plates and a table in disarray, Nora didn’t pay it any mind, casting a glance toward a clean sofa, "Sit over there."

"Sure thing."

The man imdiately complied.

Everything was fine, as long as the beauty said so.

The two sat down, and Rosie naturally stood to the side.

"How should we discuss?" Nora asked.

The man pulled out a notebook and a pen, opened it, putting on an act of taking notes, and asked in a serious manner, "What is your mission?"

"To go to the Sand Delta, a desert expedition." Nora folded her legs, leaning lazily on the sofa, casting a sideways glance at him, "Be my guide."

"Duration."

"Seven days."

"Specific location."

Nora provided a location.

The man noted down the crucial information, then smiled and showed Nora a number.

He said, "Taking care of a celebrity like you requires more attention, so it has to be this number."

Seven figures.

"Are you robbing us?" Rosie narrowed her eyes coolly.

"Prices are actually negotiable, not fixed," the man stated leisurely, closing his notebook, exuding a gentlemanly air, "Or should I contact the Living Map and ask for her opinion?"

Nora smirked, eyeing him steadily, "Sure."

The man then stood up, pulling out his phone to make a call, while seemingly unintentionally walking towards the window.

Nora squinted her eyes, a glint of ruthlessness flickering within them.
