A cool voice echoed, carrying an undeniable presence that altered the room’s atmosphere.

Luna Durant and Stella Durant instinctively heightened their alertness, staring warily at Jared Oliveira. Luna Durant even placed her hand on the whip at her waist, ready to lash out at Jared Oliveira at any mont.
However, Jared Oliveira remained unfazed and relaxed, calmly picking up his teacup and leisurely taking a sip, before looking up at Alberto Sedgewick at the door.
"Why are you here?" he asked.
"Heard you were here," Alberto Sedgewick spoke slowly, eyes half-lidded, "ca to have tea with you."
Jared Oliveira bluntly refused, "No ti."
Alberto Sedgewick seed to not hear him, did not respond, and said casually, "Co next door after you’re done talking."
After speaking, he didn’t pause for a second and turned to leave.
The young assistant to Jared Oliveira appeared at so point, walked over, and closed the door.
Frank Ford was still confused, not knowing the situation, while Nora Scott was nonchalantly drinking tea. However, Luna Durant and Stella Durant couldn’t sit still after watching the scene just now.
Stella Durant’s brows were covered with a thin layer of frost, and she looked at Jared Oliveira full of vigilance, her voice suddenly sinking, "What does he an?"
"an what?"
Jared Oliveira maintained his casual air, yet there was an undeniable charm in his deanor.
Stella Durant took a deep breath, staring at him for a mont, before asking each word slowly, "Are you the assistant to the Living Map?"
Jared Oliveira lifted his eyelids, placed the teacup down, and calmly replied, "No."
"Damn—"
Luna Durant, with her fiery temper, upon hearing this, was ready to draw her whip and fight Jared Oliveira.
However, just as she was about to stand, Stella Durant held her down.
Stella Durant gave Luna Durant a warning look, then suspiciously scrutinized Jared Oliveira, "Are you the Living Map?"
"Impossible!" Before Jared Oliveira could respond, Luna Durant directly denied it, her eyes wide as she refuted, "Isn’t the Living Map female?"
This person in front of us is clearly a man!
Could it be that she’s been missing for a year or two just to... change her appearance gender?!

Frank Ford, uninvolved, blinked blankly.
"Yes, it’s ."
Jared Oliveira’s face remained calm and his tone steady as he acknowledged.
"So," Jared Oliveira paused, his fingers slightly curled, tapping lightly on the table, his gaze seemingly calm yet imbued with intensity, "aren’t you going to speak directly to , in person?"
Stella Durant’s eyelids twitched.
With that, she already confird Jared Oliveira’s identity.
Rumors were never fully trustworthy...
Stella Durant never considered that the real Living Map might look exactly like the legend says. She hadn’t anticipated even the gender being incorrect.
But it’s quite logical, for a woman to travel the northwestern territories and accomplish such legendary feats would inherently be more challenging. Whereas for a mysterious and unpredictable virtuoso... the acceptance level increases significantly.
More so, the person who appeared at the door was Alberto Sedgewick, Master Sedgewick himself, notorious for being ruthless and cold, who would never cooperate in a re act. Now, since he exposed Jared Oliveira’s pretending, and proactively invited him for tea, their relationship was evidently solid. Thinking from this angle, the odds of Jared Oliveira being the Living Map were high.
Stella Durant’s myriad thoughts swirled around and effectively convinced herself of the truth that "Jared Oliveira is the Living Map."
She paused, suddenly throwing the topic to Nora Scott, "Miss Scott, have nothing to say?"
"No," Nora Scott seed like a spectator, slightly curling her lips as she glanced at Frank Ford, "I’m with Frank."
Frank Ford, clueless and innocent, nodded, "Yes, she’s with ."
Stella Durant sniggered.
Stella Durant eyed Frank Ford and internally muttered: fool.
If Nora Scott were rely an actress, she might indeed be there as a viewer with Frank Ford, but she is Master Sliver, as well as the Hall Master of Biel Hall.
Solely by those latter two identities, she would definitely get involved in this Loulanel Plan.
Only a fool would believe she has no agenda.
"Then how about this," Stella Durant squinted slightly, looking at Nora Scott and Frank Ford, suggesting, "Since our ti and goals align, why not join forces, how’s that?"
"Huh?"
Frank Ford blinked, not grasping it.
But Nora Scott, on the side, stiffened, her hand holding the teacup faltered, spilling so tea.
She quickly regained her composure, but all those subtle movents were fully witnessed by Stella Durant and Luna Durant.
